| 1 | In vitro study of enhanced photodynamic cancer cell killing effect by nanometer-thick gold nanosheets显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)by near-infrared(NIR)irradiation is a promising technique for treating various cancers.Here,we reported the development of free-standing wafer-scale Au nanosheets(NSs)that exhibited an impressive PDT effect.The Au NSs were synthesized by ionic layer epitaxy at the air-water interface with a uniform thickness in the range from 2 to 8.5 nm.These Au NSs were found very effective in generating singlet oxygen under NIR irradiation.In vitro cellular study showed that the Au NSs had very low cytotoxicity and high PDT efficiency due to their uniform 2D morphology.Au NSs could kill cancer cells after 5 min NIR irradiation with little heat generation.This performance is comparable to using 10 times mass loading of Au nanoparticles(NPs).This work suggests that two-dimensional(2D)Au NSs could be a new type of biocompatible nanomaterial for PDT of cancer with an extraordinary photon conversion and cancer cell killing efficiency. | Ziyi Zhang Dalong Ni Fei Wang Xin Yin Shreya Goel Lazarus NGerman Yizhan Wang Jun Li Weibo Cai Xudong Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,12: | 2 |

| 3 | SiRNA-mediated ankyrin-G silence modulates the expression of voltage-gated Na channels in murine hippocampal HT22 cells显示文摘Background:Voltage-gated sodium channels are the targets of many commonly used antiepileptic drugs.NaV1.6,encoded by Scn8a,increased in chronic mesial temporal epilepsy animal models and co-localized with Ankyrin-G,encoded by Ank3.We hypothesized that inhibition of Ank3 transcription by siRNA decrease the expression of NaV1.6.Results:We characterized expression of the target genes in hippocampal neuron HT22 cells by Real time-PCR.The melt peak in the resolution curve of Scn1a,Scn8a and Ank3 were all unique.Ank3 transcription was interfered and the relative Ank3 mRNA levels of the three interfered groups compared to GAPDH were 0.89±0.13,0.52±0.07 and 0.26±0.05 while that of the negative control group was 1.01±0.08(P<0.05).When Ank3 transcription was inhibited by siRNA,the relative mRNA levels of Scn8a decreased in the three groups(0.91±0.09,0.33±0.06 and 0.25±0.05),compared to the negative control group(1.10±0.09).Tested by Western blotting,protein levels of ankyrinG and Nav1.6 decreased after ank3-siRNA.Ankyrin-G in negative control group,group1,group2 and group1+2 were 0.813±0.051,0.744±0.041,0.477±0.055 and 0.351±0.190 respectively(P<0.01)while Nav1.6 were 0.934±0.036,0.867±0.078,0.498±0.070 and 0.586±0.180(P<0.01).The quantity analysis of immunofluorescence showed significant decrease of ankyrin-G and Nav1.6(Student’s test,P=0.046 and 0.016 respectively).Conclusion:We therefore concluded that in HT22 cells the expression of Nav1.6 was down-regulated by Ank3 RNA interference. | Guanzhong Ni Xiaoting Hao Xiaodong Cai Jiaming Qin Liemin Zhou Patrick Kwan Ziyi Chen | 2019 | Acta Epileptologica2019,1,1: | 0 |
| 4 | A Knowledge-enhanced Two-stage Generative Framework for Medical Dialogue Information Extraction显示文摘This paper focuses on term-status pair extraction from medical dialogues(MD-TSPE),which is essential in diagnosis dia-logue systems and the automatic scribe of electronic medical records(EMRs).In the past few years,works on MD-TSPE have attracted increasing research attention,especially after the remarkable progress made by generative methods.However,these generative methods output a whole sequence consisting of term-status pairs in one stage and ignore integrating prior knowledge,which demands a deeper un-derstanding to model the relationship between terms and infer the status of each term.This paper presents a knowledge-enhanced two-stage generative framework(KTGF)to address the above challenges.Using task-specific prompts,we employ a single model to com-plete the MD-TSPE through two phases in a unified generative form:We generate all terms the first and then generate the status of each generated term.In this way,the relationship between terms can be learned more effectively from the sequence containing only terms in the first phase,and our designed knowledge-enhanced prompt in the second phase can leverage the category and status candidates of the generated term for status generation.Furthermore,our proposed special status'not mentioned'makes more terms available and en-riches the training data in the second phase,which is critical in the low-resource setting.The experiments on the Chunyu and CMDD datasets show that the proposed method achieves superior results compared to the state-of-the-art models in the full training and low-re-sourcesettings. | Zefa Hu Ziyi Ni Jing Shi Shuang Xu Bo Xu | 2024 | Machine Intelligence Research2024,21,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Research on two-proton radioactivity in density-dependent cluster model显示文摘The density-dependent cluster model(DDCM) provides a unified framework to study α decay,heavy-cluster radioactivity,and proton emission.Two-proton(2p) radioactivity is a rare decay mode of exotic nuclei near or beyond the drip-line.It is of great interest to explore the applicability of DDCM to this exotic decay mode.In this work,DDCM has been extended to study 2p radioactivity.The 2p-radioactivity half-lives are calculated for several known 2p-emitters,including19Mg,45Fe,48Ni,54Zn,and67Kr.The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental data,with the standard deviations comparable to or smaller than those given by some other theoretical models and empirical formulas.We also predict the half-lives of a number of possible 2p-emitters with S2p<0 and Sp> 0 using the new data from AME2020 and NUBASE2020.These predictions serve as useful references for future experimental and theoretical investigations on 2p radioactivity. | Ziyi Yuan Dong Bai Zhen Wang Zhongzhou Ren Dongdong Ni | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,2: | 0 |
