1PTCA失败后的急症冠状动脉搭桥术:20年的经验回顾(英文)显示文摘目的 :评价经皮冠状动脉血管成形术失败后 (fPTCA)的急症冠状动脉搭桥术 (eCABG) 2 0年的经验。方法 从 1977年至 1997年 ,共有 10 1例病人在fPTCA后行eCABG术。全组平均年龄 (5 6± 5 )岁 (32~78岁 ) ,在fPTCA后 (85± 2 5 )h(1~ 16 8h)行eCABG。平均术前左室射血分数 (5 7± 9) % (30 %~ 75 % )。所有病人中 ,单支病变 (SVD)占 5 5 % ,二支病变 (twVD) 39% ,三支病变 (TrVD) 15 % ,前降支 (LAD)受累 74 %。15 %病人在eCABG前作过心肺复苏。结果 fPTCA的eCABG的发生率从 2 9% (1977~ 82 )下降至 6 %(1983~ 87) ,0 0 2 % (1988~ 92 )下降至 0 0 0 4 % (1993~ 97) (P =0 0 0 1)。病人平均年龄从 (5 0± 10 )岁 (1977~82 )上升至 (6 2± 10 )岁 (1993~ 97) (P =0 0 0 0 1)。三支病变的发生率从 4 % (1977~ 82 )上升至 6 8% (1993~ 97)(P =0 0 0 0 1) ,LAD扩张的发生率从 76 % (1977~ 82 )降为 36 % (1993~ 97) (P =0 0 0 9)。eCABG的死亡率5 % ,在各个时间都稳定。左乳内动脉的使用从 8% (1977~ 82 )上升至 5 4 % (1993~ 97) (P =0 0 0 6 )。 (14± 4 )年 (1~ 2 0年 )后 ,实际生存率 (84± 8) % ,(70± 11) %免予心肌梗死 ,(5 8± 17) %免予二次手术。Ares K.Menon Martin C.Heidt Peter Roth Joerg BabinEbell Zoltan Szalay Marko I.Turina Paul R.Vogt 2003中华胸心血管外科杂志2003,19,5:1

3Redistribution of Soil Organic Carbon Triggered by Erosion at Field Scale Under Subhumid Climate,Hungary显示文摘Soil organic carbon(SOC) has primary importance in terms of soil physics, soil fertility and even of climate change control. One hundred soil samples were taken from an intensively cultivated Cambisol to quantify SOC redistribution triggered by soil erosion under a subhumid climate, by the simultaneous application of diffuse reflectance(240–1 900 nm) and traditional physico-chemical methods.The representative sample points were collected from the solum along the slopes at the depth of 20–300 cm with a mean SOC content of 12 g kg^(-1). Hierarchical cluster analyses were performed based on the determined SOC results. The spatial pattern of the groups created were similar, and even though the classifications were not the same, diffuse reflectance had proven to be a suitable method for soil/sediment classification even within a given arable field. Both organic and inorganic carbon distributions were found to be a proper tool for estimations of past soil erosion processes. The SOC enrichment was found on two sedimentary spots with different geomorphological positions. Soil organic matter composition also differed between the two spots due to selective deposition of the delivered organic matter. The components with low-molecular-weight reached the bottom of the slope where they could leach into the profile, while the more polymerised organic matter compositions were delivered and deposited even before on a higher segment of the slope in an aggregated form.
