| 1 | 中国地震烈度区划图(1990)及其说明显示文摘中国地震烈度区划图(1990)采用地震危险性概率分析方法编制,编制中充分考虑了我国地震活动的时、空非均匀性特征,对地震危险性分析方法做了重要改进。在地震活动特点和构造活动特点对比分析的基础上,先划分出26个地震带作为地震活动分析的统计单元,再进一步在地震带内划分潜在震源区,据此将全国划分为733个不同震级上限的潜在震源区。按各震级段地震资料的可信时期,求得地震带的地震重复率系数(b值),并根据对地震活动的时间不均匀性及空间不均匀性分析求得未来时间段的年发生率及其空间分布函数。采用分区烈度椭圆衰减模型,求得全国共约三万个点不同超越概率的烈度值,最后以50年超越概率为10%的风险水平给出1∶400万的中国地震烈度区划图。本图可作为中小工程的抗震设计依据、国土利用规划的基础资料以及制定减轻地震灾害对策的依据。 本图反映了我国八十年代的地震科学水平,也使我国工程建设的抗震设防进入概率设计阶段。 | The Compiling Committee of Seismic Zoning Map in China | 1992 | 中国地震1992,8,4: | 28 |
| 2 | Glutamine synthetase as an early marker for hepatocellular carcinoma based on proteomic analysis of resected smal hepatocel ular carcinomas显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a highly malignant tumor with a poor prognosis.Because small HCCs possess most of the characteristics of early HCC,we investigated small HCCs to screen potential biomarkers for early diagnosis.METHODS:Proteins were extracted from 10 sets of paired tissue samples from HBV-infected small-HCC patients.The extracted proteins were well resolved by two-dimensional electrophoresis.These HCC-associated proteins were then identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF MS following image analysis.Western blotting and immunohistochemistry were used to assess glutamine synthetase(GS)and phenazine biosynthesislike domain-containing protein(PBLD)expression in liver tissue.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays in 152 serum samples(from 49 healthy donors,24 patients with liver cirrhosis,and 79 with HCC)were used to further assess the significance of GS clinically.RESULTS:Fifteen up-regulated and three down-regulated proteins were identified.Western blotting confirmed GS overexpression and decreased PBLD expression in liver tissue.Immunohistochemistry showed that GS was expressed in 70.0%(84/120)of HCCs and 35.8%(43/120)of nontumor tissues;PBLD was expressed in 74.2%(89/120) of nontumor tissues and 40.8%(49/120)of HCCs.The Chi-square test showed significant expression differences between HCCs and adjacent tissues.Consistent with this,serum GS levels in HCC patients were significantly higher than those in liver cirrhosis patients and healthy donors,while the latter two groups were also significantly different.In addition, a diagnostic cutoff value of 2.6 mg/ml was used for GS;it was elevated in 19(76.0%)of 25 HCC patients with AFP≤20 ng/ml and 47(88.7%)of 53 HCC patients with AFP≤200 ng/ml.CONCLUSION:GS and PBLD are abnormally expressed in most HCCs.GS may be a novel serum marker for early HCC, especially for those patients with low AFP levels(≤200 ng/ml). | Jiang Long,Zhen-Wei Lang,Hua-Guang Wang,Tai-Ling Wang,Bao-En Wang and Si-Qi Liu Liver Research Center,Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University,Beijing 100050,China Department of Hepatology,Department of Pathology, Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University,Beijing 100069,China Department of Pharmaceutical Affairs,Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University,Beijing 100020,China Department of Pathology,China-Japan Friendship Hospital,Beijing 100029,China Beijing Genomics Institute,Chinese Academy of Science,Beijing Airport Industrial Zone B-6,Shunyi,Beijing 101300,China | 2010 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2010,9,3: | 21 |
| 3 | Study on Control Countermeasures of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Lakeside Belt of Poyang Lake——Taking Duchang Section in the Lower Reaches of Poyang Lake as Example显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to study the control countermeasures of agricultural non-point source pollution in lakeside belt of Poyang Lake.[Method] The current situation of water quality of Poyang Lake was analyzed firstly,then the causes of agricultural non-point source pollution in Duchang section of Poyang Lake were studied,finally corresponding control countermeasures were put forward.[Result] Agricultural non-point source pollution in Duchang section of Poyang Lake was mainly related to the rapid development of pearl industry and livestock industry,aggravated soil erosion and excessive utilization of fertilizer.Based on analysis of current environmental situation and bearing capability of resources in Poyang Lake basin,agricultural non-point source pollution would be controlled through the reduction of external source pollution load,restoration of river wetland and construction of aquatic ecosystem.After the primary implementation of agricultural non-point source pollution control project,the amount of agricultural non-point source pollution in demonstration plot was reduced,and the quality of effluent met the first Class (Class A) of state Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002).Meanwhile,biodiversity index in river wetland increased by about 30%,so the pollution load entering Poyang Lake was decreased.[Conclusion] The study could provide technology integration and demonstration for the environmental remediation in lakeside belt of Poyang Lake. | ZHANG Yang-fan1,TAO Chun-yuan1,HUANG Yi2 1.Research Center of Poyang Lake Eco-economy,Jiujiang University,Jiujiang 332005,China 2.Duchang Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone Construction Office,Duchang 332600,China | 2011 | Meteorological and Environmental Research2011,2,7: | 12 |
| 4 | The fluxes and controlling factors of N_2O and CH_4 emissions from freshwater marsh in Northeast China显示文摘Nitrous oxide (N2O) and methane (CH4) emissions were measured using a static chamber method in two adjacent plots of freshwater marsh predominated by Calamagrostis angustifolia, one is seasonal waterlogged (SW) and the other without surface water accumulation (NW), in Sanjiang Plain wetland (47°35′N, 133°31′E), northeast China, during 2002-2004. The diurnal and seasonal flux variations of both gases were significantly correlated with 5-cm-soil temperature. The NW marsh is a source of N2O and sink of CH4, while the SW marsh is sink of N2O and source of CH4. Remarkably, we observed a N2O emission peak under Eh of +300 to +100 mV, and CH4 emission peak under Eh of +300 to +400 mV, which indicate additional sources of N2O and CH4 for the freeze-thaw induced emission peaks of N2O and CH4 observed between late July and early August. | 5 | The complete mitochondrial genomes sequences of Asio flammeus and Asio otus and comparative analysis显示文摘The complete mitochondrial genomes of Asio flammeus and Asio otus were se- quenced and found to span 18858 bp and 18493 bp, respectively. It is surprising to find the for- mer to be the largest among all avian mitochondrial genomes sequenced so far. The two ge- nomes have very similar gene order with that of Gallus gallus, neither contains the pseudo con- trol region, but both have a single extra base, namely Cytidine, at position 174 in ND3 gene. The control regions of Asio flammeus and Asio otus’ mitochondrial genomes span 3288 bp and 2926 bp respectively, which are the longest among vertebrates except for Myxine glutinosa and con- tribute to the large size of two genomes. The 3′end of the control region of Asio flammeus and Asio otus contains many tandemly repeated sequences, which are highly similar to a putative control element, i.e. Mt5, and may form stable stem-loop secondary structures. Such repeated sequences probably play an important role in regulating transcription and replication of mito- chondrial genome. | 6 | The synthesis of astaxanthin esters,independent of the formation of cysts,highly correlates with the synthesis of fatty acids in Haematococcus pluvialis显示文摘The compositions and contents of astaxanthin esters and fatty acids in four types of Haematococcus pluvialis cells were studied by HPLC and GC-MS. Results showed that the synthesis and accumulation of astaxanthin was independent of the formation of cysts, but was highly correlated with the synthesis and accumulation of fatty acids, though it is an well known phenomenon that the accumulation of astaxanthin is usually accompanied by the formation of cyst. The red cysts contain more than 30% of fatty acids, with 81% of the unsaturated fatty acids. | 8 | Evolutive characteristics of aromatics under high pressure and temperature of deep lithosphere显示文摘Pyrolysis of lignite in closed systems was conducted at temperatures from 400 to 700℃ and pressure from 1 to 3 GPa in order to investigate the evolutive characteristics of aromatics and the effects of pressure and temperature on the maturation of organic matter under the extreme conditions. The total yield of liquid hydrocarbons decreased with increasing pressure and the aromatics shows more mature with increasing temperature at a given pressure. The data indicate that high pressure significantly suppresses the thermal evolution of geological organic matter especially at lower temperature, but favors the cyclization, polymerization and aromatization of pyrolysate. The pressure effect on maturation of organic matter is nonlinear. | 10 | Using humic acid for remediation of sandy soils contaminated by heavy metal显示文摘This paper presents the development of a new remediation technology for contaminated sandy soil using humic acid (HA). Distribution of amount of Cr (VI) in the aqueous or solid system containing humic acid and sandy soil, was studied using batch experiments, es-pecially for effects of reaction time, pH, concentrations, temperature and irradiation on the reduction of Cr (VI), and the optimum reaction conditions. The results indicated a significant increase of the adsorption of Cr (VI) because of the complexion reaction between HA and Cr (VI) that occurred under acidic condition. The reaction mechanisms of HA with chromium on sand surfaces were certified. Thus it came to a conclusion that HA could be used effectively on remediation of Cr (VI)-contaminated soil and groundwater in a wide range of pH, with or without sunlight.
