1Ti-based composite coatings with gradient TiC_x reinforcements on TC4 titanium alloy prepared by laser cladding显示文摘TiCx-NiTi2/Ti cermet composite coatings C1 and C2 with gradient TiCx reinforcements were prepared on TC4 titanium alloy by laser cladding method.The microstructure and phase compositions were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)meter.The TiCx exhibited a dendritic microstructure,and homogeneously dispersed in the Ti-based matrix where NiTi2 was embedded.With increasing ingredient supercooling,temperature gradient and cooling temperature,the dendrites displayed a finer morphology with longer primary trunks and intensified side branches in the dilution zone.But the smoothed,coarse columnar ones became dominant in the upper clad layer due to the repeated energy input during multi-track cladding.The Vickers microhardness presented a linear change trend through the cross-sections,which well confirmed the gradient distribution of TiCx.With more TiCx,C1 presented higher hardness than C2.LIU ShuNv LIU ZongDe WANG Yang YUE Peng 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,7:20
2Design and analysis of spiral bevel gears with seventh-order function of transmission error显示文摘This paper proposes a new approach to design and implement a seventh-order polynomial function of transmission error(TE) for spiral bevel gears with an aim to reduce the running vibration and noise of gear drive and improve the loaded distribution of the tooth.Based on the constraint conditions of predesigned seventh-order polynomial function curve and the theory of linear algebra,the polynomial coeffcients of the seventh-order polynomial function of transmission error can be obtained.By applying a method named reverse tooth contact analysis,the modifed roll coeffcients as well as parts of machine-tool settings for the face-milling of spiral bevel gears can be individually determined.Therefore,a predesigned seventh-order polynomial function of transmission error for spiral bevel gears can be obtained by the modifed roll with high-order coeffcients,and comparisons of the seventh-order polynomial and parabolic functions of transmission error are also performed.The achievement of spiral bevel gears with the seventh-order function of transmission error can be accomplished on a universal Cartesian-type hypoid gear generator or a numerically controlled cradle-style hypoid gear generator due to its simple generating motion of axes of the cradle and the work piece.The results of a numerical example show that the bending stresses of the tooth of seventh-order are less than those of a parabolic one,while the contact stresses remain almost equivalent.Su Jinzhan Fang Zongde Cai Xiangwei 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,5:17
3Precise modeling of arc tooth face-gear with transition curve显示文摘A fabrication method is adopted for which an imaginary gear simultaneously realizes conjugated meshing with an arc tooth cylindrical gear and an arc tooth face-gear.The cutter fllet and tooth crest edge form the tooth root fllet of the gear,and the linear tooth surface equation of the imaginary gear and the position vector of the curvature center of the cutter fllet are constructed with certain cutter inclination to deduce a working arc tooth surface equation.The tooth root fllet equation of the arc tooth face-gear is derived from the meshing geometry and kinematics.A numerically controlled machining model of the arc tooth face-gear is established through the transformation of adjustment parameters from the cutter-tilt milling machine to a common multi-axis NC machine.Motion parameters of each movement axis of the NC machine are acquired.A processing example is presented to verify the precision of the fabrication method in processing the arc tooth face-gear.The method provides a theoretical and tentative basis for the analysis of tooth surface contact stress,tooth root bending stress and dynamics.A hobbing test is conducted to demonstrate the good meshing condition of the arc tooth face-gear pair.Cui Yanmei Fang Zongde Su Jinzhan Feng Xianzhang Peng Xianlong 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,5:9
4Magnetoresistance oscillations in La-based metallic glass显示文摘We report that La60Fe30Al10 metallic glass has clear,reproducible,periodic variation in its differential resistance as a function of a perpendicular magnetic field below its superconducting transition temperature. The oscillation period corresponds to a superconducting flux quantum. The observed phenomena originate from the Little-Parks-like resistance oscillations in the cylindrical La nanorod with a high aspect ratio and uniform orientation precipitated on the ribbon surface. 5Microstructure and corrosion properties of laser cladding MoNi based alloy coatings显示文摘Mo-based alloys are widely used for their excellent wear and corrosion resistance as well as high temperature resistance.Mo-NiCrBSi and Mo-Ni alloy coatings were prepared on 1020 water wall tube by laser cladding technology in the present study.The microstructure and phase compositions were analyzed by means of the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD).The corrosion properties of the coatings were evaluated by an electrochemical experiment at room temperature in 3.5 wt.%NaCl electrolyte.With increasing content of Mo,the structure homogeneity in Mo-Ni coatings deteriorated,the grain size increased,the average hardness and the corrosion resistance declined,due to the more content of harmful phases.Compared to the Mo-Ni coatings,the overall performance was better for the Mo-NiCrBSi,which had the higher hardness contributed by the element B and Si as well as the better corrosion resistance due to the addition of Cr.LI XinZhi LIU ZongDe WANG YongTian 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,5:4
6Influence of molybdenum on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiC-TiB 2 reinforced metal matrix composite coatings显示文摘TiC reinforced nickel-based composite coatings with different molybdenum contents were in-situ fabricated on 316L steel by the pulsed Nd:YAG laser in order to solve the severe wear problem of biomass fired boiler tubes.TiB 2 decomposed and formed several borides in composite coatings.The microstructure and phase compositions of coatings were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD).It was found that the increase of molybdenum could create new binder phases and lessen deficiencies in the coatings,preventing the reinforcement from being pulled out of the matrices and leading to less delaminations during erosion.Though the addition of molybdenum improved the average hardness of composites,it could not improve the wear resistance.The wear mechanisms of these composite coatings were further discussed in this paper.YANG Guang LIU ZongDe WANG YongTian 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,4:3
7Comprehensive comparison on the chemical metabolites and taste evaluation of tea after roasting using untargeted and pseudotargeted metabolomics显示文摘Roasting is a common manufacture technology for processing various teas.It is not only used in decreasing the water content of finished tea,but also improving the flavor of teas.In the present study,the roasted and non-roasted teas were compared by liquid-chromatography mass spectrometry and sensory evaluation.The roasted tea tasted less bitter and astringent.The content of main galloylated and simple catechins,caffeine and theobromine in roasted were significantly lower than non-roasted teas.Targeted taste-compounds metabolomics revealed that(-)-epigallocatechin gallate,kaempferol-glucose-rhamnose-glucose and(-)-epicatechin gallate were main contributors tightly correlated to astringent intensity.Flavonol glycosides including kaempferol-glucose,quercetin-glucose,kaempferol-glucose-rhamnose-glucose,and quercetin-glucose-rhamnose-glucose in roasted teas were also significantly less than non-roasted teas.To study the chemical changes during roasting,tea with a strong astringency was roasted under 80,100,120,140,and 160°C.With the increase of roasting temperature,the bitter and astringent intensity of tea was gradually decreased,but the main astringent compounds including(-)-epigallocatechin,(-)-epigallocatechin gallate and kaempferol/quercetin glycosides were irregularly varied with temperature.The Pearson correlation coefficient analysis suggested procyanidin B2,coumaroylquinic acids and gallotannins were tightly correlated to the astringent and bitter perceptions,while N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidonesubstituted flavan-3-ols were negatively correlated.Zongde Jiang Zisheng Han Mingchun Wen Chi-Tang Ho You Wu Yijun Wang Na Xu Zhongwen Xie Jinsong Zhang Liang Zhang Xiaochun Wan 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,3:3
8Screening ofα-glucosidase inhibitors in large-leaf yellow tea by offline bioassay coupled with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘Larger-leaf yellow tea(LYT)is a characteristic type of Chinese tea produced in Huoshan County,Anhui Province,which is made by mature leaves with stems.According to recent report,LYT showed competitive effects in anti-hyperglycemia in comparison to other teas such as green or black tea.However,the bioactive compounds of LYT are still undiscovered so far.For this purpose,5 fractions of LYT were prepared by sequential extraction.The in vitro bioassay results indicated that the ethyl acetate fraction of LYT had the strongest inhibitory effects onα-glucosidase andα-amylase.Fluorescence-quenching analysis and proteinbinding test revealed that the compounds of ethyl acetate fraction could inhibitα-glucosidase andα-amylase activities through binding to enzymes or other mechanisms.All chromatographic peaks of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)of ethyl acetate fraction were separated and collected.The purified compounds were identified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and subsequently screened by calculating their inhibition ratio onα-glucosidase at the real concentration in LYT infusion.The results showed that(-)-epigallocatechin gallate,(-)-gallocatechin gallate,caffeine,N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone-substituted flavan-3-ols were effective inhibitors forα-glucosidase.You Wu Zisheng Han Mingchun Wen Chi-Tang Ho Zongde Jiang Yijun Wang Na Xu Zhongwen Xie Jinsong Zhang Liang Zhang Xiaochun Wan 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,3:3
