1Three-dimensional silk fibroin scaffolds enhance the bone formation and angiogenic differentiation of human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells:a biocompatibility analysis显示文摘Silk fibroin(SF)is a fibrous protein with unique mechanical properties,adjustable biodegradation,and the potential to drive differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)along the osteogenic lineage,making SF a promising scaffold material for bone tissue engineering.In this study,hAMSCs were isolated by enzyme digestion and identified by multiple-lineage differentiation.SF scaffold was fabricated by freeze-drying,and the adhesion and proliferation abilities of hAMSCs on scaffolds were determined.Osteoblast differentiation and angiogenesis of hAMSCs on scaffolds were further evaluated,and histological staining of calvarial defects was performed to examine the cocultured scaffolds.We found that hAMSCs expressed the basic surface markers of MSCs.Collagen type I(COLI)expression was observed on scaffolds cocultured with hAMSCs.The scaffolds potentiated the proliferation of hAMSCs and increased the expression of COL-I in hAMSCs.The scaffolds also enhanced the alkaline phosphatase activity and bone mineralization,and upregulated the expressions of osteogeniorelated factors in vitro.The scaffolds also enhanced the an gioge nic differe ntiati on of hAMSCs.The cocultured scaffolds in creased bone formati on in treating critical calvarial defects in mice.This study first demonstrated that the application of 3D SF scaffolds co-cultured with hAMSCs greatly enhaneed osteogenic differentiation and angiogenesis of hAMSCs in vitro and in vivo.Thus,3D SF scaffolds cocultured with hAMSCs may be a better alter native for bone tissue engin eering.Yuwan Li Ziming Liu Yaping Tang Qinghong Fan Wei Feng Changqi Luo Guangming Dai Zhen Ge Jun Zhang Gang Zou Yi Liu Ning Hu Wei Huang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,6:2
2Development of optical-thermal coupled model for phosphor-converted LEDs显示文摘In this review, first, we discussed the effect of phosphor features on optical properties by the software simulation in detail. A combination of these parameters: phosphor material, phosphor particle size and particle distribution, phosphor layer concentration, phosphor layer thickness, geometry, and location of the phosphor layer, will result in the final optical performance of the phosphor layer. Secondly, we introduced how to improve light extraction efficiency with various proposed methods. Thirdly, we summarized the thermal models to predict the phosphor temperature and the junction temperature. To stabilize the optical performance of phosphor-converted light emitting diodes (PC-LEDs), much effort has been made to reduce the junction temperature of the LED chips. The phosphor temperature, a critical reliability concern for PC-LEDs, should be attracted academic interest. Finally, we summed up optical-thermal coupled model for phosphors and summarized future optical- thermal issues exploring the light quality for LEDs. 3Auroral Electrojet Event Associated With Magnetospheric Substorms显示文摘The auroral electrojet index is an important index in monitoring and predicting substorms.A substorms usually includes auroral breakup,auroral electrojet event marked by AE increase,energetic particle injection at geosynchronous orbit,mid-low latitude Pi2,etc.However the question whether an auroral electrojet event corresponds to a substorms remains unanswered.Using the auroral electrojet index in 2004,we analyzed five auroral electrojet events and studied their relation with substorms.The results show that there are three kinds of auroral electrojet events:(1) simultaneous rapid increase of westward auroral electrojet and eastward auroral electrojet;(2) rapid increase of westward auroral electrojet and almost unchangeable eastward auroral electrojet;(3) rapid increase of eastward auroral electrojet and almost unchangeable westward auroral electrojet.Most of auroral electrojet events correspond to substorms.However a few auroral electrojet events are not accompanied by substorms.This situation most often occurs for the auroral electrojet event in which eastward auroral electrojet dominates.Zou Ziming Cao Jinbin Li Yi 2010空间科学学报2010,30,4:0
