1Effects of Puerarin on Experimental Model of Retinal Vein Occlusion in Rats显示文摘Objective To establish a model of retinal vein occlusion(RVO)in rats and to study the effect of puerarin on ischemic retinal disease and the corresponding mechanism.Methods RVO was induced in 10 adult male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats by laser photothrombosis.Retinal blood flow was examined before and after 1 h of the operation,and model rats with the retinal vein blood flow decreasing by 50%compared to the basic value were chosen and then puerarins(20,40,and 80 mg/kg)were given.The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and nitric oxide(NO)were analyzed.In addition,the histopathology of RVO-eyes was performed.Results RVO-eyes displayed the signs of retinal damage and ischemia on Doppler Flowmeter and histopathology.Puerarin(20,40,and 80 mg/kg)increased blood flow by 9.3%(P<0.05),33.1%(P<0.001),and 41.5%(P<0.001),respectively.On the other hand,the histological changes were less severe at different degrees,relieving the symptoms such as edematous and thick neuroretinal layers,lax,edematous,and disorganized optic fibers layers,swollen and confused inner and outer nuclear layer.Besides,dose-dependent decrease of VEGF and IL-1βand increase of NO in vitreous fluid were observed,with respect to the model group.Conclusion A rat model of laser photochemical-induced RVO is established and a decrease in the retinal blood flow and histological damage is detected.The puerarin has therapeutic benefit in the rat model of RVO,through the pathway of neovascularization,anti-inflammation,and increase of NO.Chun-hua Hao Wei-ting Wang Ming-xiang Shao Zhuan-you Zhao Li-da Tang 2014Chinese Herbal Medicines2014,6,2:7
2复方血栓通胶囊对视网膜分支静脉阻塞病灶微循环的影响显示文摘目的评价复方血栓通胶囊治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床效果及其对病变区视网膜微循环的影响。设计临床对照研究。研究对象连续收集自然病程为3~6个月的视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者90例,随机分为复方血栓通治疗组和对照组各45例。方法治疗组患者接受复方血栓通胶囊1.5 g每日3次和卵磷脂络合碘1.5 mg每日3次;对照组接受曲克芦丁120 mg每日3次和卵磷脂络合碘1.5 mg每日3次。所有患者连续观察6个月,每3个月复查一次荧光素眼底血管造影,定性描述病变区毛细血管无灌注区(NPA)及侧枝循环的形成情况。当患者NPA>5 PD时给予病变区激光光凝。主要指标患者激光治疗率(NPA形成率),侧枝循环形成率。结果观察期内,治疗组中31例(68.89%)因FFA显示NPA>5 PD或发现视网膜新生血管而接受激光治疗,对照组中33人(73.33%)接受激光治疗,两组间激光治疗率差异无统计学意义(P=0.816)。至随访期结束,治疗组中34例(75.56%)FFA显示侧枝循环建立,而对照组中24例(53.33%)FFA显示侧枝循环建立,两组间侧枝循环形成率差异具有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论复方血栓通胶囊有助于视网膜分支静脉阻塞病灶视网膜血管与正常视网膜血管间建立侧枝循环。李毅斌 郝琳娜 李辽清 肖媛媛 2012眼科2012,21,3:3
3Predictors of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor treatment responses in macular edema following central vein occlusion显示文摘Retinal vein occlusion (RVO) ranged the second common cause of retinal vascular disease,consisting of central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) and branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO).1,2 Although the prevalence of CRVO was one-third of BRVO,it associated with worse prognosis both before and after the anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) regimes came into clinic use.A recent pooled age-and sex-standardized analysis showed that the prevalence was 0.8 per 1 000 (CI:0.61-0.99) for CRVO around the world.3 Similarly,in our country,the 10-year incidence of CRVO in Beijing (2001-2011) was 0.3±0.1 per 100 persons.Huang Peirong Song Zhengyu Sun Xiaodong 2014Chinese Medical Journal2014,,16:3
4激光光凝法和光动力疗法诱导视网膜静脉阻塞动物模型新进展显示文摘视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是一种引起视力减退的常见视网膜血管病,仅次于糖尿病性视网膜病变。RVO的病因复杂,发病机制尚未完全阐明,且病情易反复,治疗手段有限。随着现代医学技术的发展,RVO模型的诱导方法有许多。激光光凝法和光动力疗法(PDT)已成为制备RVO模型的主要方法。迄今,激光光凝法或PDT已成功在鼠、兔、猪和猴等多种动物中诱导出RVO模型,且不同动物模型的眼底可近似表现人类RVO的典型临床表征和组织病理学特征。此外,激光光凝法或PDT诱导的RVO模型有各自的优势与局限,尚缺乏标准的实验参数。就建立理想的RVO模型的方法以及该模型对人类RVO的病因学、病理学及药物干预研究的意义进行综述。裴超(综述) 冯俊(审校) 2020中华实验眼科杂志2020,38,7:2
5Therapeutic effect of a traditional Chinese medicine formulation on experimental choroidal neovascularization in mouse显示文摘AIM:To investigate therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine formulations,Hexuemingmu(HXMM)on laser-induced choroidal neovascularization(CNV)and followup effect in mice.METHODS:C57 BL/6 mice of 8-week-old were used and CNV was induced with 577 nm laser photocoagulation.Animals were randomly divided into groups and different doses of HXMM were administered daily.One,four,and eight weeks after the intervention,the electroretinogram(ERG),fundus fluorescence angiography,choroidal flat mount and immunofluorescence staining were preformed to evaluate the function and CNV formation.The expression levels of angiogenic proteins were determined by Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining.An analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to test the differences among the groups.RESULTS:The results showed that HXMM effectively increased amplitude of ERG of mice(P<0.05),alleviated fundus CNV leakage(P<0.05),and reduced the area of neovascularization and the expression of angiogenic proteins(P<0.05)after laser-induced CNV.CONCLUSION:HXMM can protect the retinal function of mice after laser-induced CNV,and inhibit the CNV development.Yu-Fei Zhang Chuan Jiang Xiao-Hong Zhou Dong-Yu Wei Shao-Heng Li Pan Long Man-Hong Li Zuo-Ming Zhang Tao Chen Hong-Jun Du 2021International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2021,14,10:0
6羟苯磺酸钙对视网膜分支静脉阻塞病灶微循环改善的临床观察显示文摘目的:评价羟苯磺酸钙治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床疗效及对病变区视网膜微循环的影响。方法收集2011年9月-2013年9月医院门诊确诊为视网膜分支静脉阻塞且发病时间<1周,自然病程为3~6个月的患者45例(45眼)。入选患者接受羟苯磺酸钙分散片(0.5 g,口服,3次/d)+卵磷脂络合碘片(1.5 g,口服,3次/d)。所有患者连续观察6个月,每3个月复查一次荧光素眼底血管造影( FFA),定性描述病变区毛细血管无灌注区( NPA)及侧枝循环的形成情况,当患者NPA>5 PD时给予病变区激光光凝。结果观察期内有13例(28.89%)因FAA显示NPA>5 PD或发现视网膜新生血管而接受激光治疗。至随访期结束,有32例(71.11%) FFA显示侧枝循环建立。结论羟苯磺酸钙有助于视网膜分支静脉阻塞病灶视网膜血管与正常视网膜血管间建立侧枝循环,改善视网膜分支静脉阻塞病灶的微循环,早期应用羟苯磺酸钙可能有效控制NPA的形成。金谊伟 徐莉 陈铁军 2014东南国防医药2014,16,3:0
