1探针支杆对压气机转子性能及流场影响的数值模拟研究显示文摘为了研究探针支杆对压气机转子性能及流场的影响,以低速轴流压气机单转子为研究对象,利用定常和非定常计算方法分析了在转子叶片上游50%弦长位置处安装探针支杆后转子整体性能及流场结构的变化。结果表明:支杆的存在会使压气机转子设计点静压升下降1.09%,损失增大8%;近失速点静压升下降0.8%,损失增大4.2%。同时支杆尾迹会周期性改变泄漏涡的形态与强度,不会改变泄漏涡破碎导致的泄漏涡脱落频率。支杆尾迹造成的非定常效应使叶尖区域局部总压升有所升高,在近失速工况下,总压升提高更显著。马宏伟 项乐 2016推进技术2016,37,12:12
2Effects of Probe Support on the Flow Field of a Low-Speed Axial Compressor显示文摘This paper presents an investigation on the effect of probe support on the flow field of an axial compressor.The experiment is carried out in a large-scale low-speed research compressor.A cylindrical probe support intruding to 50% blade span was installed at 50% chord upstream from the rotor leading edge.The region from 5° to 32° off the probe support in the direction of rotation at the rotor outlet was measured with a 5-hole probe and a high-response total pressure probe.The experiment is performed at both near-design and near-stall points.The measuring results of 5-hole probe and high-response total pressure probe indicate that the probe blockage effect is different at different blade spans.The wake of the probe support weakens the leakage vortex intensity at the tip region,leading to greater total pressure rise.At near-design condition,the presence of probe support has a negative effect on the region from 75% to 92% span,while improves the flow field below 75% span.At near stall condition,the probe support has a negative effect on the region from 70% to 90% span,and almost has no influence on the flow field below 70% span.MA Hongwei LI Shaohui WEI Wei 2014Journal of Thermal Science2014,23,2:10
3航空发动机进气总压畸变地面试验测试技术进展显示文摘航空发动机3种常见进气畸变形式为总压畸变、旋流畸变和总温畸变。进气总压畸变涉及进气道/发动机兼容性评估、发动机稳定性评估、飞行包线预测等多方面,是影响发动机稳定性和性能的重要因素。近些年国内外研究人员关于进气总压畸变开展了大量进气道试验、发动机部件试验以及整机试验等地面模拟试验,其中利用畸变发生器模拟发动机进口畸变环境的地面试验备受关注。结合国内外关于进气总压畸变地面模拟试验的研究现状,总结了试验中所涉及的畸变发生器类型和安装位置、AIP选取位置和总压测试方案以及其他截面测试方案等,分析了在畸变发生器安装位置和AIP位置选取中以及AIP总压测试方案设计中需要考虑的因素,并对发动机进气总压畸变地面试验测试方法的发展趋势进行了展望。钟亚飞 马宏伟 李金原 郭君德 2020航空发动机2020,46,6:4
4Effects of Airfoil-probe Tubes on the Flow Field of a Compressor Cascade显示文摘To explore the effects of airfoil-probe tubes and its installment position on the flow field of the compressor cascade, and find out the mechanism that how the airfoil-probes affect the aerodynamic characteristics of the compressor cascade, this paper performed both numerical and experimental works on the same compressor cascade. The experiment mainly focused on the cases of low Mach number(Ma = 0.1), and cases with different Mach numbers(0.1, 0.3, 0.7) and different incidence angles(-5, 0, 5) are investigated by the numerical method. The case without the airfoil-probe tube was referenced as the baseline, and other three cases with the airfoil-probe tubes installed in different chordwise positions(30%, 50%, 70% of the chord length) were studied. The diameter of the airfoil-probe tube is 3mm, which is configured as 300% amplification of some particular airfoil-probe according to the geometrical similarity principle. The results show that the airfoil-probe tubes have a negative influence on the flow capacity of the cascade at all investigation points. The separations and the large scale streamwise vortices that induced by the airfoil-probe tube on the pressure side cause most the losses at the high Mach number. The influence of the airfoil-probe tube on the flow field in the vicinity of the pressure side surface is local separation at the low Mach number. The airfoil-probe tubes also have a clearly effect on the leakage flow. It decreases the mass flow of the leakage flow and weakens the intensity of the leakage vortex, but enlarges the influence area. 5Effects of Probe Support on the Stall Characteristics of a Low-Speed Axial Compressor显示文摘In order to investigate the effects of probe support on the stall characteristics of micro compressors, an experiment was carried out on a large-scale low-speed research compressor according to the principle of geometric similarity. A cylindrical probe support intruding to 50% blade span was mounted at 50% chord upstream from the rotor blade leading edge. The static pressure rise characteristic of the compressor is measured, with and without the probe support respectively. The dynamic compressor behavior from pre-stall to full stall was also measured. The results indicate that the stability margin of the compressor is lowered after installing the probe support. The stall inception is aroused by modal wave disturbances. The disturbances developed into two stall cells smoothly before installing the probe support, while the disturbances first developed into a single stall cell then splitting into two stall cells after installing the probe support. The presence of probe support lowers the initial intensity of the rotating stall of the compressor, while it doesn't alter the intensity of the rotation stall after the compressor enters into full stall.Hongwei Ma Shaohui Li Wei Wei 2016Journal of Thermal Science2016,25,1:4
6探针支杆尾迹对压气机转子叶片振动特性的影响研究显示文摘针对某轴流压气机试验中出现的第一级转子叶片振动应变信号突增现象,开展了不同构型探针支杆尺寸对压气机转子叶片振动特性影响的对比试验。通过对比不同构型探针支杆尺寸、不同安装布局下转子叶片振动信号的变化,证实了进口探针支杆尺寸是诱发转子叶片异常振动的主要原因。同时采用流固耦合数值模拟方法,分析了探针支杆尾迹诱发转子叶片共振的流动机理。研究结果表明:支杆直径为10mm的圆柱形探针诱发转子叶片发生整转速阶次激振的一阶共振,当探针支杆尺寸减小后,转子叶片振动响应水平显著降低。探针支杆诱发压气机转子叶片共振的扰动频率来源于支杆尾迹诱导频率与支杆通过频率的共同作用,支杆尾迹脱落涡会引起转子叶片进气攻角产生大幅值脉动。向宏辉 高杰 杨荣菲 刘氦旭 吴森林 2021实验流体力学2021,35,2:1
7Experimental Study of the Vibration Phenomenon of Compressor Rotor Blade Induced by Inlet Probe Support显示文摘An experimental investigation was conducted in order to understand the installation effects of inlet measurement probes on the vibration characteristics of the rotor blades in two axial compressors.The vibration signal of the rotor blades was analyzed for different layouts of the inlet measurement probes.For the three-stage axial compressor,the first-order resonance occurs on the first stage of the rotor blades at an engine order excitation condition,which is induced by the cylindrical probe support with a diameter of 10 mm.When the size of the probe support is decreased,the vibration level reduces evidently.In contrast,for the six-stage axial compressor,the first-order resonance occurs on the first stage of the rotor blades at an excitation source of 6th order,which is triggered by the inlet measurement probes and the upstream struts.When the number of the inlet measurement probes is changed,the resonance of the rotor blades vanishes.YANG Yong XIANG Honghui GAO Jie XU Kaijun YANG Rongfei GE Ning 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,5:1
8叶型探针头部对跨声速涡轮叶栅流场的影响叶型探针头部对跨声速涡轮叶栅流场的影响显示文摘为探究叶型探针头部对跨声速涡轮叶栅流场的影响,采用数值模拟的方法,对叶片前缘的不同叶高位置处装有探头的跨声速涡轮叶栅流场进行了研究。分析了不同攻角下叶片负荷性能变化、流场的旋涡结构、流动损失以及探针的适用性。结果表明:叶型探针头部影响了叶片加载性能,且影响效果受气流攻角的变化明显。气流绕过探针头部后形成较长的流向涡结构。在大的正攻角下叶片吸力面出现附着涡层,该附着涡层是带有探针的叶片负荷性能下降的主要因素。叶型探针对叶栅通道各位置造成的损失占比沿流向逐渐减小,大攻角下叶型探针使栅后流场损失增加7.4%。安装在展向不同位置处的探针都能在整个可调进气攻角范围内具有较好的适用性。张庆典 马宏伟 杨益 钟亚飞 2022航空动力学报2022,37,11:0
