1二(2-乙基己基)磷酸萃取L-苯丙氨酸显示文摘以二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)-正辛烷萃取L-苯丙氨酸为对象,研究了D2EHPA浓度、L-苯丙氨酸初始浓度以及pH值对萃取平衡分配系数的影响。不同pH值下负载有机相的红外谱图分析表明,D2EHPA与L-苯丙氨酸形成的萃合物结构与pH值无关。提出了在萃取过程中同时存在着离子交换反应和质子转移反应的观点。1个氨基酸分子与2个二(2-乙基己基)磷酸二聚体相结合。本文建立的萃取平衡分配系数关联式,拟合精度令人满意。刘阳生 戴猷元 汪家鼎 1999化工学报1999,50,3:25
2Mechanisms of aid-leaching reagent calcium fluoride in the extracting vanadium processes from stone coal显示文摘The mechanisms of aid-leaching reagent calcium fluoride in the extracting vanadium processes were researched by comparing the blank extraction with the extraction with calcium fluoride as aid-leaching reagent. The leaching experiments were carried out under the conditions of 95 ℃, 6h, 1.5 mlg-1 , 15 vol % H2SO4 , and 5 % calcium fluoride (mass ratio of CaF2 to stone coal). The concentrations of hydrogen ion were adjusted from initial 1.82 and 4.79 mol L -1 to the pH of 1.80 ± 0.05 by 200 g L-1 lime milk, respectively. The solvent extraction experiments were carried out under the organic phase using 15 vol% D2EHPA, 5 vol% TBP, and 80 vol% sulfonated kerosene and O/A phase ratio of 1/4. The leaching rate of vanadium and six-stage countercurrent solvent extraction rate of vanadium can be remarkably improved from 66.71 to 92.97 % and 81.15 to 98.81 %, respectively, when calcium fluoride was added as aid-leaching reagent. In the leaching process, fluorine can enhance the breakage of the structure of vanadium-bearing minerals. Meanwhile, fluoride ion can combine with iron ion to generate acid-insoluble iron fluoride hydrate (Fe2F57H2O) and consume all ferric ions and a portion of ferrous ions. In adjusting pH value process, the massive impurities are decreased to form KAlSO4 and FeAlF5 . 3酸性磷萃取剂在皂化过程中的结构变化与萃合物的组成显示文摘本文研究了酸性磷酸酯(D2EHPA等)皂化过程和萃取前后有机相结构的变化,证实了酸性磷酸酯萃取剂在皂化过程中生成微乳状液,进一步阐明萃取稀土离子时,在微乳状液的油水界面上发生离子交换反应,生成具有螯合型结构的萃合物,同时伴随着有机相中微乳状液的破乳过程。在用完全皂化的D2EHPA-仲辛醇-煤油溶液萃取二价离子时,得到萃取有机相中苹合物的组成为MA2,而不是通常认为的MA2·2HA,从而可以提高萃取容量。吴瑾光 陈滇 高宏成 金天柱 李声崇 徐光宪 1980高等学校化学学报1980,1,2:22

5溶剂萃取-铵盐沉钒法从石煤酸浸液中提取五氧化二钒的研究显示文摘采用D2EHPA-TBP-磺化煤油混合体系萃取-硫酸反萃-酸性铵盐沉钒方法从石煤酸浸液中分离、回收五氧化二钒。结果表明:在酸性介质中钒萃取率取决于溶液pH值,当溶液初始pH值≤2.5,钒萃取率高,杂质离子不发生水解沉淀,利于钒的分离、富集。以10%D2EHPA、5%TBP、85%磺化煤油的有机相做萃取剂,在相比为1∶1,溶液初始pH值2.45的条件下,经7级逆流萃取,钒的萃取率为96.7%。以1.5mol/L的硫酸溶液做反萃取剂,在相比(O/A)为5∶1的条件下,负载有机相经3级逆流反萃取,钒的反萃率大于99%,采用酸性铵盐沉钒,在550℃条件下煅烧脱氨后得到的五氧化二钒产品纯度为99.01%。李兴彬 魏昶 樊刚 邓志敢 李旻廷 李存兄 2010矿冶2010,19,3:12

7Solvent extraction of molybdenum from acidic leach solution of Ni–Mo ore显示文摘A P204(D2EHPA) diluted with sulfonated kerosene was used for the selective extraction of molybdenum from an acidic Ni–Mo ore leach solution that was reduced using sodium thiosulfate. The results indicate that P204(D2EHPA) is an effective extractant for the extraction of molybdenum. The extraction of Mo is more than 90 % at pH of 0.5, contact time of 10 min, and organic-toaqueous phase(O/A) ratio of 1:1 with 10 vol% P204(D2EHPA). 8D2EHPA萃取回收Cr(Ⅲ)的研究显示文摘以回收废水中Cr(Ⅲ)为目的,选择2-乙基己基磷酸(D2EHPA)为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,进行了萃取回收Cr(Ⅲ)的实验研究。考察了皂化剂种类、溶液pH值、助溶剂种类、萃取剂浓度等因素对于萃取平衡影响以及三种无机酸、两种有机酸对于负载Cr(Ⅲ)的D2EHPA反萃效果的影响。结果表明,pH值是影响D2EHPA/煤油萃取Cr(Ⅲ)的重要因素,在pH<2时,D2EHPA几乎不萃取Cr(Ⅲ),通过萃取剂的皂化,提高水相pH值,可以实现D2EHPA萃取Cr(Ⅲ)。随平衡水相pH值的升高,D2EHPA显示出良好的萃取效果。NaOH溶液作为皂化剂比氨水的分相效果好。加入助溶剂后萃取效率提高,其中10%~20%正辛醇是适宜的助溶剂选择。D2EHPA/正辛醇/煤油萃取Cr(Ⅲ)后立即用无机酸或有机酸反萃,其中硫酸、盐酸或草酸的反萃率能够达到90%以上。霍小平 秦炜 孙晓玮 戴猷元 2007高校化学工程学报2007,21,5:9
9中空纤维支撑液膜技术处理含铜废水显示文摘重金属废水的处理在环境保护和重金属资源综合利用方面都受到广泛的关注。采用中空纤维支撑液膜技术,用CuSO4水溶液模拟工业含Cu(II)废水,二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)/煤油为液膜相,盐酸为接受相,研究了液膜相组成、两相流速、流动方式等因素对中空纤维支撑液膜过程传质性能的影响。结果表明,料液相在管程流动时的传质通量大于料液相在壳程流动时的传质通量,传质通量随着管、壳程两相流速的增大及液膜相中载体浓度的增加而增大。模拟实验结果表明,中空纤维支撑液膜技术可同时实现废水中Cu(II)的去除与浓缩,处理效果好。废水中Cu(II)的去除率达97%以上,富集液中Cu(II)浓缩倍数达5倍以上。崔春花 任钟旗 张卫东 杨彦强 郝子苏 2008高校化学工程学报2008,22,4:9
10非离子表面活性剂TX114浊点萃取D2EHPA的规律显示文摘Cloud point extraction(CPE) utilizing non-ionic surfactant TX114 was carried out to separate and concentrate di(2-ethyl hexyl) phosphoric acid(D2EHPA) in its dilute aqueous solution.The CPE process was facilitated at 45℃.The influence of TX114 concentration,D2EHPA concentration and solution acidity on the extraction efficiency was studied.The results showed that extraction efficiency increased with decreasing TX114 concentration and increasing D2EHPA concentration.Such unusual extraction behavior might be the result of the reverse-micelle coacervate phase,solublizing D2EHPA on the surface of micelle,and the influence of D2EHPA on the cloud point of TX114.黄焱 秦炜 丁昱文 戴猷元 2008化工学报2008,59,2:8

12Solvent extraction of copper and zinc from bioleaching solutions with LIX984 and D2EHPA显示文摘The solvent extraction of copper and zinc from the bioleaching solutions of low-grade sulfide ores with LIX984 and D2EHPA was investigated. The influences of extractant content, aqueous pH value, phase ratio and (equilibration) time on metals extraction were studied. The results show that LIX984 has a higher selectivity for copper than for iron, zinc and other metals, and has the copper extraction rate above 97%, while the zinc and iron extraction rate is less than 1.6% respectively. Zinc extraction is carried out following the copper extraction from the raffinate. The zinc extraction with di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid(D2EHPA) is low due to its poor cation exchange. A sodium salt of D2EHPA is used and the zinc extraction rate is enhanced to above 98%. Though iron (Ⅲ) is strongly extracted before the extraction of zinc by D2EHPA, it is difficult to strip iron from the organic phase by sulfuric acid. The zinc stripping rate is above 99% with 100g/L sulfuric acid, while that of iron is 0.16%. 13从含Cu,Ni,Fe和Zn离子的Sarcheshmeh铜矿合成及工业溶液中萃取和反萃Cu和Ni(英文)显示文摘以D2EHPA、LIX 984、Cyanex 302、Chemorex CP 150和Acorga 5774为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,对取自Sarcheshmeh铜矿含Cu(770mg/L)、Ni(3200mg/L)、Fe(800mg/L)和Zn(200mg/L)的合成及工业溶液中Cu和Ni的萃取与反萃进行全面研究。萃取阶段考虑的影响因素有混合速度和时间、萃取剂浓度、p H和温度。此外,采用不同浓度的各种无机和有机酸(硫酸、盐酸、硝酸和柠檬酸)对Cu和Ni进行反萃。结果表明,在时间为3 min、混合速度为500 r/min、温度为28℃以及A/O比为1:1的条件下,Cu和Ni的萃取率最高。此外,用10%(v/v)LIX984可有效萃取Cu,而用30%(v/v)Cyanex 302可有效萃取Ni。萃取Cu和Ni的最佳p H分别为2~3和4~5。从含Ni、Cu、Zn和Fe离子的合成及工业溶液中可选择性萃取Cu和Ni,其萃取率分别为85%、93%和77%、82%。最佳条件实验结果表明,合成及工业溶液中Ni的反萃率达96%,Cu的反萃率为93%。最后,分别用D2EHPA、LIX 984和Cyanex 3023种萃取剂分3个阶段萃取Zn、Fe、Cu和Ni 4种元素,而杂质萃取率最低。Amirhossein SOEEZI Hadi ABDOLLAHI Sied Ziaedin SHAFAEI Esmaeil RAHIMI 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,2:6

15Separation of Eu(Ⅲ) with supported dispersion liquid membrane system containing D2EHPA as carrier and HNO_3 solution as stripping solution显示文摘The Eu(III) separation in supported dispersion liquid membrane (SDLM),with polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF) as the support and dispersion solution containing HNO3 solution as the stripping solution and Di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) dis-solved in kerosene as the membrane solution,was studied.The effects of pH value,initial concentration of Eu(III) and different ionic strengths in the feed phase,volume ratio of membrane solution and stripping solution,concentration of HNO3 solution,concentration of carrier,different stripping agents in the dispersion phase on the separation of Eu(III) were also investigated,respectively.As a result,the optimum separation conditions of Eu(III) were obtained as the concentration of HNO3 solution was 4.00 mol/L,concentration of D2EHPA was 0.160 mol/L,and volume ratio of membrane solution to stripping solution was 30:30 in the dispersion phase,and pH value was 5.00 in the feed phase.Ionic strength had no obvious effect on the separation of Eu(III).Under the optimum conditions studied,when initial concentration of Eu(III) was 1.00×10–4 mol/L,the separation rate of Eu(III) was up to 94.2% during the separation period of 35 min.The kinetic equation was developed in terms of the law of mass diffusion and the theory of interface chemistry.The results were in good agreement with the literature data.裴亮 王理明 于国强 2011Journal of Rare Earths2011,29,1:5

17Mechanism of extractant loss in solvent extraction process (Ⅰ)——Transfer of saponified D2EHPA from organic phase to aqueous phase and its aggregation behaviour显示文摘The phenomenon of the loss of saponified D2EHPA(di(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid,HA)from organic phase to aqueous phase and its aggregation behaviour were studied with FT-IR and DLS(dynamic light scattering)techniques based on the fact that saponified extractant can form reversed micelles orw/o microemulsions in n-heptane,a non-polar diluent.The results indicate that 'normal rnioelles' or o/wmicroemulsions are formed from acidic extractant and its sodium salt in aqueous phase,and the micelle ormicroemulsion drop has a non-polar core which can solubilize nheptane,so the equilibrated aqueous phasecontaining extractant is a complex fluid rather than a 'real solution'.Therefore,the aqueous aggregate for-mation leads to the extractant loss in solvent extraction process.Strong electrolytes can prevent or lessen theextractant loss.The results of this paper provide a theoretical possibility for solving the problem ofextractant and solvent loss in liquid-liquid extraction industry.王笃金 吴瑾光 李彦 翁诗甫 吴佩强 徐光宪 1995Science China Chemistry1995,38,11:4
18Mass Transfer of Copper(Ⅱ) in Hollow Fiber Renewal Liquid Membrane with Different Carriers显示文摘The extraction ability of organophosphorus extractant D2EHPA(di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid) and hydroximic extractant Lix984N are investigated by the extraction equilibrium experiments.Effects of carrier concen-tration and organic/aqueous volume ratio on the mass transfer of hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane(HFRLM) are studied.Results show that,in the extracting process,kerosene and n-heptane are more suitable than methyl-isobutyl ketone,butylacetate and benzene as the diluents of D2EHPA or Lix984N.The favorable feed pH is 4.4 for D2EHPA and 2.6 for Lix984N.The mass transfer flux of HFRLM increases with carrier concentration and finally reaches a plateau.The mass transfer flux and the overall transfer coefficient increase with the organic/aqueous volume ratio,reach the maximum and then decrease.张卫东 崔春花 杨彦强 2010Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2010,18,2:4
19制革污泥中铁和铬的连续萃取分离工艺研究显示文摘采用磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯-煤油萃取体系,进行连续萃取分离制革污泥中的Fe3+与Cr3+的试验。考察了浸取液、萃取剂浓度、pH、搅拌速度、搅拌时间和静置分离时间等因素的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,可使Fe3+的单级萃取率达到95%以上,有效分离了制革污泥淋滤液中的Fe3+与Cr3+;以HCl作为反萃剂反萃负载有机相,对Fe3+单级反萃率可以达到80%左右。并模拟工业化进行放大试验,结果与实验室的相近,说明此方法可以作为工业化Fe3+与Cr3+萃取分离的依据。孙永会 马宏瑞 李冬雪 2008中国皮革2008,37,7:4
20Rare earth extraction from wet process phosphoric acid by emulsion liquid membrane显示文摘The recovery of rare earths(RE) during the wet processing of phosphoric acid is very important, the method of emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) with di(2-ethylhexly) phosphate(D2EHPA) as carrier has the high selectivity while cannot provide a satisfactory extraction rate. Here novel method of emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) using Aniline as carrier to extract RE from the feed solution was proposed. The method could increase the extraction rate of RE in the real sample to 93%. The effects of different parameters such as type and concentration of carrier and surfactant, hydrochloric acid concentration, organic to internal phase volume ratio, membrane to external phase volume ratio on extraction of RE^(3+) were investigated. Quantitative extraction(>93%) of RE^(3+) was observed with 6 vol.% Aniline and 4 vol.% T154 liquid membrane at external to internal phase volume ratio of 10 for the feed solution.
