1A review on machinability of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)and glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)composite materials显示文摘Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) composite materials are heterogeneous and anisotropic materials that do not exhibit plastic deformation. They have been used in a wide range of contemporary applications particularly in space and aviation,automotive,maritime and manufacturing of sports equipment. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) and glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP) composite materials,among other fiber reinforced materials,have been increasingly replacing conventional materials with their excellent strength and low specific weight properties. Their manufacturability in varying combinations with customized strength properties,also their high fatigue,toughness and high temperature wear and oxidation resistance capabilities render these materials an excellent choice in engineering applications.In the present review study,a literature survey was conducted on the machinability properties and related approaches for CFRP and GFRP composite materials. As in the machining of all anisotropic and heterogeneous materials,failure mechanisms were also reported in the machining of CFRP and GFRP materials with both conventional and modern manufacturing methods and the results of these studies were obtained by use of variance analysis(ANOVA),artificial neural networks(ANN) model,fuzzy inference system(FIS),harmony search(HS) algorithm,genetic algorithm(GA),Taguchi's optimization technique,multi-criteria optimization,analytical modeling,stress analysis,finite elements method(FEM),data analysis,and linear regression technique. Failure mechanisms and surface quality is discussed with the help of optical and scanning electron microscopy,and profilometry. 2Mechanisms linking dietary fiber, gut microbiota and colon cancer prevention显示文摘Many epidemiological and experimental studies have suggested that dietary fiber plays an important role in colon cancer prevention. These findings may relate to the ability of fiber to reduce the contact time of carcinogens within the intestinal lumen and to promote healthy gut microbiota, which modifies the host's metabolism in various ways. Elucidation of the mechanisms by which dietary fiber-dependent changes in gut microbiota enhance bile acid deconjugation, produce short chain fatty acids, and modulate inflammatory bioactive substances can lead to a better understanding of the beneficial role of dietary fiber. 3Fiber and prebiotic supplementation in enteral nutrition:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘AIM:To investigate fiber and prebiotic supplementation of enteral nutrition(EN) for diarrhea,fecal microbiota and short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs).METHODS:MEDLINE,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Academic Search Premier,and Web of Science databases were searched for human experimental and observational cohort studies conducted between January 1990 and June 2014.The keywords used for the literature search were fiber,prebiotics and enteral nutrition.English language studies with adult patient populations on exclusive EN were selected.Abstracts and/or full texts of selected studies were reviewed and agreed upon by two independent researchers for inclusion in the meta-analysis.Tools used for the quality assessment were Jadad Scale and the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network Critical Appraisal of the Medical Literature.RESULTS:A total of 456 possible articles were retrieved,and 430 were excluded due to lack of appropriate data.Of the 26 remaining studies,only eight investigated the effects of prebiotics.Results of the meta-analysis indicated that overall,fiber reduces diarrhea in patients receiving EN(OR = 0.47;95%CI:0.29-0.77;P = 0.02).Subgroup analysis revealed a positive effect of fiber supplementation in EN towards diarrhea in stable patients(OR = 0.31;95%CI:0.19-0.51;P < 0.01),but not in critically ill patients(OR = 0.89;95%CI:0.41-1.92;P = 0.77).Prebiotic supplementation in EN does not improve the incidence of diarrhea despite its manipulative effect on bifidobacteria concentrations and SCFA in healthy humans.In addition,the effect of fiber and/or prebiotic supplementation towards fecal microbiota and SCFA remain disputable.CONCLUSION:Fiber helps minimize diarrhea in patients receiving EN,particularly in non-critically ill patients.However,the effect of prebiotics in moderating diarrhea is inconclusive.Mazuin Kamarul Zaman Kin-Fah Chin Vineya Rai Hazreen Abdul Majid 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,17:18

5Development status of high power fiber lasers and their coherent beam combination显示文摘High-power fiber laser has been emerged great potential in a wide range of applications and becomes a robust candidate for high energy solid state laser system. To further increase the output brightness of single-channel fiber laser, high-brightness pump sources and high-power-handling passive components should be fabricated and utilized in the fiber laser systems, in addition to the advanced techniques for multiple nonlinear effects managements. The state-of-the-art high power fiber lasers are reviewed, in terms of narrow-linewidth fiber lasers, broadband fiber lasers and fiber lasers at 2 μm. Coherent beam combining is a promising technique to obtain higher output power while maintaining excellent beam quality simultaneously,which breaks through the bottlenecks of single-channel fiber laser. Based on a series of key techniques for coherent beam combining, high-power coherent beam combining of fiber lasers could be enabled with high combining efficiency. In this paper, we review the progress of high-power fiber lasers and their coherent beam combining in the recent decade, particularly the relevant work in our group. 8Effect of bowel rehabilitative therapy on structural adaptation of remnant small intestine: animal experiment显示文摘AIM To investigate the individual and thecombined effects of glutamine, dietary fiber,and growth hormone on the structural adaptationof the remnant small bowel.METHODS Forty-two adult male Sprague-Dawley rats underwent 85% mid-small bowel( TPN ) support during the first threepostoperational days. From the 4thpostoperational day, animals were randomlyassigned to receive 7 different treatments for 8days: TPNcon group, receiving TPN and enteral20 g.L- 1 glycine perfusion; TPN + Gin group,receiving TPN and enteral 20 g.L-1 glutamineperfusion; ENcon group, receiving enteralnutrition (EN) fortified with 20 g@L-1 glycine; EN+ Gin group, enteral nutrition fortified with20g. L 1), and villus height(jejunum 620 μm ± 56 μm, ileum 450 um ± 31 μm)and mucosal thickness (jejunum 800 μm ± 52 μm,ileum 633 μm± 33 μm) than those in ENcon, EN +Gin (jejunum villus height and mucosa thickness450 μm ± 47 μm and 610 μm ± 63 μm, ileum villusheight and mucosa thickness 330 μm ± 39 μm and500 μm± 52 μm), EN + GH groups (P<0.05), andthan those in EN + Fib group although nostatistical significance was attained.CONCLUSION Both dietary fiber and GH whenused separately can enhance the postresectionalsmall bowel structural adaptation. Simultaneoususe of these two gut-trophic factors can producesynergistic effects on small bowel structuraladaptation. 9基于红外相机陷阱技术的蒙新河狸(Caster fiber birulai)活动节律显示文摘2013年4—11月,在新疆布尔根河狸自然保护区5个蒙新河狸家族内布设20台远红外相机,共拍摄蒙新河狸有效照片4 991张。采用4种啮齿类动物活动模式指数(日活动强度差异指数α,夜行性指数β,峰值指数γ,活动强度指数θ)分析蒙新河狸不同季节活动节律。结果表明:除4月、11月外,蒙新河狸日活动差异不大;蒙新河狸各时间段夜行性指数β值均高于0.542,表明蒙新河狸属于典型夜行性动物;4—10月,蒙新河狸活动模式呈典型的双峰型,20:00—22:00和次日6:00—8:00有2个明显的活动高峰。11月,由于河狸家族之间栖息地环境不同,水流、水文差异导致河面结冰速度不同,双峰特征也不明显。在布尔根河狸自然保护区,由于河谷林茂密和蒙新河狸的夜行性,用传统方法不易获得蒙新河狸的活动信息,而红外相机陷阱技术较少受到环境条件和研究人员的限制,可为蒙新河狸的长期监测提供有效的技术手段。刘冬志 黄效文 初红军 刘元超 张帆 陈刚 戚英杰 2015干旱区研究2015,32,1:14

11Study on the effect of wheat bran dietary fiber on the rheological properties of dough显示文摘The aim of the study was to determine the influence of wheat bran dietary fiber on wheat flour dough rheological properties.In this paper,wheat bran dietary fiber(WBDF)with different levels(0,3%,6%,9%,12%)were added to wheat flour and the characterization of dough rheological properties was conducted by rapid visco-analyzer,farinograph,as well as rotational rheometer.The results from pasting properties showed a gradual reduction in peak viscosity,trough viscosity,final viscosity and setback with increasing WBDF content.At high WBDF concentration,the significant increase of water absorption,formation time as well as weakening degree implied the harder formation of gluten network structure and the competition for water between gluten and WBDF particles.Such conclusion was in line with the findings from dynamic rheology tests,in which the doughs containing WBDF were more sensitive to strain regardless of their rigid and stiff texture.This study revealed vulnerable dough structure induced by WBDF,as well as the strengthened elastic property,elaborating the harmful effects ofWBDF on the rheological properties of doughs.Ning Liu Sen Ma Li Li Xiaoxi Wang 2019Grain & Oil Science and Technology2019,2,1:13
12Alfalfa-containing diets alter luminal microbiota structure and short chain fatty acid sensing in the caecal mucosa of pigs显示文摘Background: Pork produced by outdoor-reared pigs raised mostly on alfalfa pastures attracts increasing population of consumer from most of the world. In China, pigs were raised with alfalfa-containing diets to seek for good quality pork.However, the influence of dietary alfalfa involving high level of insoluble dietary fiber(IDF) on pig intestinal luminal microbiota composition remains unclear. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of alfalfa on luminal microbiota and short chain fatty acids(SCFA) production, and gene expressions involved in SCFA sensing, transporting and absorbing in pig caecal mucosa.Results: Twenty-four growing pigs were randomly allotted to four diets containing 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% alfalfa meal for a 28-d experiment. Ingestion of alfalfa meal-contained diets significantly increased the ratio of body weight gain to feed consumption. Illumina MiS eq sequencing of the V3 region of the 16 S r RNA genes showed that alfalfa-containing diet significantly decreased the relative abundance of genera Turicibacter, Acidiphilium, Paracoccus, Propionibacterium,Corynebacterium, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, and Staphylococcus, and increased the relative abundance of genera Lachnospira, Marvinbryantia, and Desulfovibrio in the caecal digesta. Butyrate concentration was significantly increased in the hindgut by the supplementation of alfalfa meal in diets. 13Meat quality traits of four Chinese indigenous chicken breeds and one commercial broiler stock显示文摘Meat quality traits of four genotypes of Chinese indigenous chicken [Ninghai chicken(NC),frizzle chicken(FC),Ninghai xiang chicken(XC),and Zhenning loquat chicken(LC)] and one genotype of commercial broiler [Arbor Acres plus broiler(AAB)] were analyzed.The indigenous chickens were raised before the commercial chickens in order to achieve the same final processed days.Indigenous chickens of NC,FC,XC,and LC showed significantly higher inosine-5′-monophosphate(IMP) content,shorter fiber diameter,and lower shear force than those of AAB(P<0.05).In the indigenous genotypes,NC and FC had significantly shorter fiber diameters and lower shear forces than XC and LC(P<0.05),and NC and XC had a higher IMP content than FC and LC(P<0.05).Moreover,the indigenous genotype of LC significantly displayed the highest protein content(P<0.05) in the five genotypes of birds,and no significant differences of protein content were found between the other genotypes of NC,FC,XC,and AAB(P>0.05).The indigenous chickens from FC displayed the highest total lipid content in the five bird genotypes(P<0.05).Significant differences of pH,color values of L* and a*,and drip loss for the five genotypes of birds were also observed.In conclusion,there were significant differences in the meat quality traits of the bird breeds selected in this study,and the indigenous chickens,especially the NC genotype,produced better quality meat as far as the IMP content,fiber diameters,and shear forces were concerned.Rong-fa GUAN Fei LYU Xiao-qiang CHEN Jie-qing MA Han JIANG Chao-geng XIAO 2013Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2013,14,10:12

15Long-term stabilization of the optical fiber phase control using dual PID显示文摘We propose an approach of long-term stabilization of optical fiber phase by controlling a piezo-based phase modulator and a Peltier component attached to the fiber via a phase-locked loop( PLL) circuit w ith dual proportional-integral- derivative( PID) adjustment. With this approach,we can suppress the fast disturbance and slow drifting of optical fiber to satisfy the requirements of optical phase long-term locking. In theory,a mathematical model of an optical fiber phase control system is established. The disturbance term induced by environment influence is considered into the PLL model. The monotonous and continuous changing environment disturbance w ill cause a steady-state error in this theory model. The experimental results accords w ell w ith the theory. The steady-state performance,adjusting time,and overshoot can be improved by using the dual PID control. 16A fiber optic sensor for detecting and monitoring cracks in concrete structures显示文摘The formation and propagation of cracks reflect the aging and pathologic changes of concrete structures and may cause problems such as seepage and long-term durability. Crack detection and monitoring is therefore an effective way to evaluate structural health conditions. An important challenge in such a task is that the locations and orientations of cracks in concrete structures are difficult to predict due to material inhomogeneity and complexity. The number of the required conventional electric and electromagnetic sensors to cover all possible cracks may be too large to be practical for a monitoring scheme. In this paper, a fiber optic sensor with distributed crack sensing capability based on optical time domain reflectometry is proposed and its sensing principle is introduced. Experiments are conducted to obtain the optical power loss versus crack opening at different fiber inclination angles, and then a model is developed to quantify it. Finally, an experiment is performed to demonstrate the practical application of the sensor. 17高效液相色谱法测定聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝中的二甲基亚砜残留显示文摘建立了聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维原丝中二甲基亚砜(DMSO)残留量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。采用的色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-三氟乙酸-水(体积比为29∶1∶70)混合溶液,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL,检测波长为205nm,柱温为常温。研究结果表明,在DMSO的质量浓度为1.00-100.00mg/L范围内,峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.998 9,最低检出限为0.3mg/L,平均回收率为98.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%。该方法简便、快速、准确。另外,利用建立的HPLC方法,对原丝中残留的DMSO在水中的溶出规律也进行了研究。刘建军 王成国 陈娟 尹玉勇 2007色谱2007,25,2:10
18FP cavity and FBG cascaded optical fiber temperature and pressure sensor显示文摘A fiber Bragg grating(FBG) and Fabry–Perot(FP) cavity cascaded fiber sensing system was manufactured for temperature and pressure sensing. Temperature sensing as high as 175°C was performed by an FBG for the linear variation of an FBG wavelength with temperature. After the temperature was sensed, the demodulation system can find the original FP cavity length and its pressure and cavity length correlation coefficient; thus, the ambient pressure would be calculated. The sensing pressure can be as high as 100 MPa with a repeatability of 1/10,000 and high stability. 19High-Sensitivity Temperature Sensor Based on Polarization Maintaining Fiber Sagnac Loop显示文摘A high-sensitivity all-fiber temperature sensor based on a Sagnac interferometer is demonstrated by splicing a section of polarization maintaining fiber(PMF)between two sections of standard single mode fibers(SMFs).In this sensor,the SMF-PMF-SMF structure in the Sagnac loop is bent into a circle to enhance the sensitivity.The length and curvature of the PMF in the loop are investigated and can be optimized to further increase the temperature sensitivity of the sensor. 20基于Pushdown方法的圆钢管混凝土柱-钢梁框架抗连续倒塌机制分析显示文摘为研究结构在关键构件失效后的抗连续倒塌机制,基于ABAQUS纤维梁-柱单元建立了钢管混凝土柱-钢梁框架的有限元模型,钢材及核心混凝土材性分别调用课题组基于ABAQUS软件开发的材料本构子程序i Fiber LUT中的i Steel05和i Concrete01。采用Pushdown分析方法,对长边中柱失效、短边中柱失效、内部柱失效和角柱失效等4种典型工况下的连续倒塌进行了分析,研究典型柱失效后剩余结构的抗连续倒塌机制。研究结果表明:纤维梁-柱单元模型可以精准地分析空间框架连续倒塌性能。4种柱工况下结构的抗连续倒塌能力由大到小为:短边中柱失效、内部柱失效、长边中柱失效、和角柱失效。宋子龙 王文达 王景玄 李华伟 2015自然灾害学报2015,24,1:10
