1基于TES观测的2005~2010年间中国3个代表性区域对流层臭氧浓度变化分析显示文摘臭氧(O3)是大气中复杂光化学反应的产物.对流层臭氧既是全球性污染物,又是温室气体.本文采用Aura卫星上搭载的对流层辐射光谱仪(tropospheric emission spectrometer,TES)获得的对流层O3垂直分布数据,基于傅里叶变换,分析了2005~2010年间我国3个代表性区域(西部、华北和华南地区)的对流层臭氧在484,681和825hPa高度上的浓度变化趋势以及季节分布特点.结果显示,在中国大部分地区,O3浓度均呈现夏季高冬季低的特点,而在华南地区和华北近地面,臭氧呈现明显的春秋季双峰值现象.臭氧在464hPa高度上均呈现比较明显的增长趋势,其中华北地区增长速率最快,达到0.89±0.059nL(La)-1.在681hPa,我国华北和西部地区的臭氧都出现了明显的增长趋势,平均年增长率分别为0.57±0.065和0.41±0.041nL(La)-1;而华南地区O3浓度趋势却无明显变化.在近地面的825hPa,华北地区臭氧浓度仍然保持了0.36±0.074nL(La)-1的增长速度,而华南地区则呈现了微弱的-0.21±0.061nL(La)-1的下降趋势.在全国尺度上,我国对流层臭氧浓度在2005~2010年间整体呈现上升趋势,这将对我国的人体健康、农业生产和生态系统造成不良影响.沈路路 王聿绚 2012科学通报2012,57,16:9
2Changes in tropospheric ozone levels over the Three Representative Regions of China observed from space by the Tropospheric Emission Spectrometer (TES), 2005-2010显示文摘Tropospheric ozone observations over China from 2005 to 2010 at three pressure levels (484,681 and 825 hPa) from the Tropospheric Emission Spectrometer on board the NASA Aura satellite have been analyzed.Fourier Transform analysis revealed the trends and seasonality of regionally-averaged,monthly-mean ozone concentrations over western,northern and southern China.Significant increases in ozone levels are found over all three regions at 464 hPa and the rate of increase is fastest over northern China,reaching 0.89±0.059 nL/(La).At 681 hPa,ozone shows increases over northern and western China,at a rate of 0.57± 0.065 nL/(La) and 0.41±0.041 nL/(La) respectively,but is constant over southern China.At 825 hPa,ozone increases at a rate of 0.36±0.074 nL/(La) over northern China,while decreasing over southern China at a rate of 0.21±0.061 nL/(La).Over the three regions,ozone levels are generally higher in summer and lower in winter.Over southern China at all three pressure levels and northern China at the 825 hPa level,ozone shows double peaks occurring in spring and autumn as a result of the combined effects of atmospheric chemistry and global transport.This work provides a useful observational dataset and tools for future analysis of changes in tropospheric ozone over China.SHEN LuLu WANG YuXuan 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:7
3由TES反演的大气水汽中δD的时空分布特征显示文摘水汽在大气中的输送具有空间上和时间上的连续性。利用水汽同位素可以更全面地分析水汽的来源、路径、水循环中各分量的再分配和补给形式,更深入地了解水循环中各种空间和时间尺度下水汽的连续变化特征和历史。本研究利用对流层发射光谱仪(TES)反演的825—100hPa层间7个等压面上HDO和H2O数据分析了对流层不同层次大气水汽中δD的时空分布规律以及水汽中δD与大气湿度、大气温度的关系,探讨了水汽同位素与降水同位素的关系以及大尺度水循环过程对水汽同位素的可能影响。结果显示,在空间分布上,对流层大气中水汽δD具有非常明显的带状分布,水汽中δD的分布与可降水量的分布存在很好的对应关系;水汽中δD随垂直气压呈对数型递减,平均递减率由赤道向高纬度减小、陆地向海洋减小。在时间变化上,大气水汽中δD的季节变化存在地域性差别。在中低纬度陆地,水汽中δD的季节变化明显,且与可降水量的季节变化相对应;在中高纬度的许多地区,夏季水汽中δD小于冬季。对流层水汽中δD的空间分布和季节变化具有一致性特点,上对流层和下平流层间水汽中δD的空间分布和季节性变化特点与对流层相反。对流层大气水汽中的δD与层间平均温度和可降水量的相关关系具有相似的分布形势。与降水中的稳定同位素相比,水汽中的稳定同位素在空间分布、季节变化、与温度和湿度的关系上存在某些差异,反映二者在受稳定同位素分馏的影响和水循环中大气环流类型的影响方面存在明显差别。章新平 张新主 关华德 黄一民 吴华武 2012气象学报2012,70,6:7
4利用GOME-2卫星数据反演对流层臭氧显示文摘基于GOME-2level 1B数据利用最优估计反演算法获得了GOME-2臭氧廓线产品,分析了GOME-2对流层臭氧反演产品的误差和信息量等特征,并对比验证了紫外光谱仪GOME-2与热红外光谱仪TES反演的对流层臭氧柱总量及其敏感性。结果表明:GOME-2对流层臭氧柱总量反演随机误差在10%以内;GOME-2相对TES的对流层臭氧柱总量偏小5%~20%;晴空下GOME-2对流层臭氧反演的敏感性随高度增加而上升,接近TES的敏感性垂直分布;在有云条件下,GOME-2和TES的云下部分信号都被屏蔽,在云顶之上GOME-2臭氧反演敏感性明显高于热红外仪器TES。王飞 刘毅 蔡兆男 刘传熙 2016遥感技术与应用2016,31,2:6

6TBM TES手套箱泄漏事故下氚浓度与通风关系研究显示文摘为了分析TBM TES室内通风是否能在手套箱发生氚泄漏时控制室内氚浓度在安全剂量值,采用Fluent对手套箱的氚泄漏和扩散进行模拟,得到不同通风下手套箱泄漏时的氚泄漏速率以及室内氚浓度分布,并对比分析了模拟数据与理论数据。结果表明TES手套箱泄漏速率为1.41×10^(-5)g/s和1.02×10^(-5)g/s时,分别为5次/h和8次/h的换气通风能控制室内氚浓度在安全剂量值2.0×10^(10)Bq/m^3内;而氚泄漏速率为1.56×10^(-5)g/s时,3次/h的换气通风不能控制室内氚浓度在安全剂量值内;模拟结果与理论结果相一致。结果为TES通风除氚设计提供了理论依据。刘贵议 付万发 宋江锋 唐涛 钱晓静 罗德礼 2017核电子学与探测技术2017,37,2:5
7基于脑电自回归预测的实时相位估计方法显示文摘经颅电刺激(transcranial electric stimulation,TES)等无创刺激方式在与大脑内在神经电活动锁相时,能更有效的调节神经振荡活动。由于脑电(electroencephalogram,EEG)信号复杂的时变性,现有的方法难以同时满足相位估计精度和实时性的要求。为此,提出一种用于锁相刺激系统的实时相位估计方法。该方法对EEG信号进行自回归(autoregressive,AR)建模,然后利用AR模型预测EEG信号并进行相位特征点识别,再通过相位特征点计算出待刺激点的相位。采用该方法对20名受试者(年龄20~36岁,男性12名,女性8名)的闭眼静息EEG数据进行分析,发现该方法的性能与模型系数更新时长、预测步长及EEG的窄带功率大小有关,对高窄带功率的EEG数据具有更优性能;在最佳模型参数下(模型系数更新时长为5 s、预测步长为30),20名受试者的平均锁相指数(phase locking value,PLV)为0.968,平均相位误差(average phase error,APE)为13.33°。相对于平均周期法,该方法具有更高的PLV值和更低的相位误差,可用于闭环锁相经颅电刺激仪器的研发。陈妮 覃玉荣 孙鹏飞 2020电子测量与仪器学报2020,32,6:5

14Suppression of supercooling of PCM-water emulsions using nano-additives显示文摘This study aims to develop a paraffin-based phase change material(PCM) emulsion with a low extent of supercooling for thermal energy storage(TES) systems to improve the cooling efficiency.Hexadecane-water emulsions were prepared and characterized. Multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) were dispersed in the emulsion as a nucleating agent to reduce the supercooling. The MWCNTs were chemically modified with carboxyl groups to improve the dispersion of the tubular particles in the organic liquid. Thermal analyses of the emulsions by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) indicated that the extent of supercooling was significantly reduced. 15Tip-enhanced photoluminescence spectroscopy of monolayer MoS_2显示文摘Probing the optical properties of molybdenum disulfide(MoS_2) is vital to its application in plasmon-enhanced spectroscopy, catalysts, sensing, and optoelectronic devices. In this paper, we theoretically studied the Raman and fluorescence properties of monolayer MoS_2 using tip-enhanced spectroscopy(TES). In the strong-coupling TES system, the Raman and fluorescence enhancement factors can be turned to as high as 4.5 × 10~8 and 3.3 × 10~3,respectively, by optimizing the tip–MoS_2-film distance. 16TES通过Mena依赖的方式抑制胃癌生长和转移显示文摘背景与目的在前期研究中,我们在原发性胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)中发现了一个候选抑癌基因——TES(testin LIM domain protein)。TES包括3个LIM结构域,后者是与细胞黏附和细胞骨架调节蛋白发生特异性相互作用的区域。Mena是一种已知的细胞骨架调节因子,可通过与片状伪足(lamellipodin,Lpd)相互作用调节肌动蛋白丝的组装并调节细胞黏附与运动。因此,我们假设TES在胃癌中通过与Mena相互作用发挥抑癌因子功能。本研究旨在探索TES在胃癌中的肿瘤抑制功能。方法我们通过体外细胞增殖实验、克隆形成实验、细胞周期分析、转移实验和体内肿瘤形成与转移试验来研究TES在胃癌中的抑癌作用。采用免疫沉淀–质谱法研究TES和Mena的相互作用。我们采用免疫组化分析了172例胃癌样本中TES和Mena的表达情况,并研究了胃癌中TES和Mena的临床病理特征及预后意义。结果TES抑制胃癌细胞的增殖和克隆形成,导致细胞周期阻滞,并在裸鼠内抑制胃癌细胞的成瘤性。此外,TES还可以抑制胃癌细胞在体外的迁移和侵袭,同时抑制体内肿瘤转移。TES与Mena相互作用,抑制了Mena与Lpd之间的相互作用。Transewll实验表明,TES通过Mena依赖方式抑制胃癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。在Mena高表达的胃癌患者中,TES的表达与肿瘤浸润(P=0.005)、淋巴结转移(P=0.003)、TNM分期(P=0.003)及预后(P=0.010)相关。但在Mena低表达的胃癌患者中无以上相关性。结论我们认为TES通过Mena依赖的方式发挥抑癌作用。TES可作为一种有价值的胃癌预后标志物及潜在的治疗靶标。王丹丹 陈义兵 赵靖靖 张晓菲 朱广超 翁德胜 潘科 吕琳 潘求忠 江珊珊 王磊磊 夏建川 2020癌症2020,39,7:2
17Study on Synthesis and Biological Activities of Novel Water-Soluble Metalloporphyrins显示文摘The synthesis and characterization of a series of metal porphyrins, M II (Por), {Por = dianionic of 5,10,15,20 tetrakis[4 (4’ bromobutyloxy)phenyl]porphyrinato and 5,10,15,20 tetrakis[4 (4’ butyloxypyridine bromide)phenyl] porphyrinato, M = Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, Ni, Ru CO} were described. The complexes 3a 3e were prepared from the reactions of compound 2 with metal acetates in chloroform, and the treatment of 3a 3f with excess of pyridine gave corresponding complexes 4a 4f. These new compounds were identified by absorption spectroscopies, 1H NMR and elemental analyses. 18Small RNAs in pollen显示文摘In plants, each pollen mother cell undergoes two rounds of cell divisions to form a mature pollen grain, which contains a vegetative cell(VC) and two sperm cells(SC). As a companion cell, the VC carries the SCs to an ovule by germinating a pollen tube. In-depth sequencing analyses of mature pollen showed that micro RNAs(mi RNAs) and short interfering RNAs(si RNAs) are present in both the VC and SCs. Additionally, epigenetically-regulated transposable elements(TEs) are reactivated in the VC and these TE m RNAs are further processed into 21-nt epigenetically reactivated si RNA(easiR NA) in SCs, which prevent 24-nt si RNA accumulation and sequester mi RNA loading. Small RNAs are thought to move from the VC to SCs, where they regulate gene expression and reinforce TE silencing. 20TES functions as a Mena-dependent tumor suppressor in gastric cancer carcinogenesis and metastasis显示文摘Background: In our previous study, we identified a candidate tumor suppressor gene, testin LIM domain protein (TES), in primary gastric cancer (GC). TES contains three LIM domains, which are specific interacting regions for the cell adhesion and cytoskeleton regulatory proteins. Mena is a known cytoskeleton regulator that regulates the assembly of actin filaments and modulates cell adhesion and motility by interacting with Lamellipodin (Lpd). Therefore, we hypothesized that TES plays a role as tumor suppressor in GC through interacting with Mena. This study aimed to investigate the tumor suppressive functions of TES in GC. Methods: We explored the tumor suppressive effect of TES in GC by in vitro cell proliferation assay, colony formation assay, cell cycle analysis, Transwell assays, and in vivo tumorigenicity and metastasis assays. The interaction of TES and Mena was investigated through immunoprecipitation-based mass spectrometry. We also analyzed the expression of TES and Mena in 172 GC specimens using immunohistochemistry and investigated the clinicopathological and prog-nostic significance of TES and Mena in GC. Results: TES suppressed GC cell proliferation and colony formation, induced cell cycle arrest, and inhibited tumorigenicity in vitro. Additionally, it inhibited GC cell migration and invasion in vitro and suppressed metastasis in vivo. TES interacted with Mena, and inhibited the interaction of Mena with Lpd. Transwell assays suggested that TES suppressed migration and invasion of GC cells in a Mena-dependent fashion. In GC patients with high Mena expression, the expression of TES was associated with tumor infiltration (P = 0.005), lymph node metastasis (P = 0.003), TNM stage (P = 0.003), and prognosis (P = 0.010). However, no significant association was observed in GC patients with low Mena expression. Conclusions: We believe that TES functions as a Mena-dependent tumor suppressor.
