| 1 | 德国历史学派与19世纪经济学方法论之争的启示显示文摘In the mid-19th century, out of their dissatisfaction with the neglect of the economic theories about other countries’ experiences in the British classic economics, the economists in the German Historical School worked hard to construct an economic theory that was congruent to the developmental stage in their own country’s culture and history. Their deeply-cherished concern about the reality in a transitional era when Germany was approaching modernization drove them to propose that the living condition of the working class be improved by the power of the state. In the late 80’s of the same century, the Methodenstreit of German Historical School versus the Austrian School broke out, after which the mainstream economics was well on its way in terms of theoretical refinement and scrutiny, whereas the influence from the Historical School gradually subsided. Even so, the lessons from the Historical School are still enlightening to research in contemporary social sciences. This paper describes the unique basics in the theory building of the Historical School; explains the background and meaning of its academic origin, research methodology, and the Methodenstreit; and from there, discusses implications for contemporary social sciences. | 何蓉 | 2005 | 社会2005，25，3： | 15 |

| 4 | 略论西南地区早期平底双耳罐的源流及其族属问题显示文摘The rock-cut tomb and cist burial culture prevailed once in ancient southwest China.There have long been many discrepancies of views on its origin, evolution, periodization and ethnic attribution in academic circles. Based on an analysis of the pottery flat-bottomed amphoras that constitute its major characteristic feature, the present paper points out that these typical vessels were roughly distributed in the upper Minjiang River valley, western Sichuan, eastern Tibet, northwestern Yunnan, southwestern Sichuan, and the areas to the west of the Dianchi Lake and to the east of the Erhai Lake. Most of the amphoras recorded so far are unearthed from rock-cut and cist tombs while a small number from earthen-pit,brick-and-stone and brick-chambered burials. Those found in Yunnan are from earthen-pit and cist tombs. Through a systematic study of their typological classification, periodization and origin, the author comes to the conclusion that the emergence of these vessels resulted from the constant southward migration of nomads belonging to the Di-Qiang ethnic group in northwest China. The starting point of these vessels can be traced to the turn from the Xia to the Shang period. Latter, with the amalgamation of ethnic groups and the formation of a plural national unity in the Han Dynasty, these immigrants gradually changed their way of life from husbandry to settled farming, and in southwest China early-style flat-bottomed amphoras became extinct little by little. Therefore their lower limit was the Eastern Han period. Thus they were out of prevalence in the Eastern Han period. The above-described amphoras fall roughly into five types and further into several subtypes and styles, which represent respective temporal and spatial links of their evolutionary sequence. Their proto-type and similar forms must have originated from the Keshengzhuang Ⅱ, Qijia, Siba, and Kayao cultures in the northwest China. The cultural source and ethnic attribution of early-style flat-bottomed amphoras in the southwest China reflect clearly that from the Bronze Age to the early Iron Age, owing to the collision of civilizations and the acceleration of their development, a migration ware was again brought about in the ethnic history of west China. | 5 | 商品房住宅区公共物业自治管理制度分析 以上海市水仙苑小区为例显示文摘The reform of the housing system in Shanghai has unexpectedly given rise to a self-governed property owners’ collective supervisory system, primarily in the form of Property Owners’ Supervisory Council (POSC), which has picked up some of the government’s administrative functions. Although this new, institutionalized management model has theoretically made democratic managerial participation at the grassroots level possible, it has brought about endless problems, overt and covert, shortly after its appearance, some of which are even alarming. A comprehensive analysis of the data collected over a long period of time has led to the conclusion that this system is a failure, attributable to the overt factor related to skills in reality and the covert “priori” factor that is masked by the former. The existence of such “priori” factor once again demonstrates the deep-rooted, traditional managerial logic: Positive operations is society need only to depend upon individuals’ unstable self-disciplined morality rather than to build a system. The current paper points out that any change in the socioeconomic structure that has long been subject to the power of politics is to inevitably incur a corresponding global structural accommodation, including politics itself. | 9 | A fast method to diagnose phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline silicon显示文摘A series of hydrogenated silicon thin films were prepared by the radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method (RF-PECVD) with various si-lane concentrations. The influence of silane concentration on structural and elec-trical characteristics of these films was investigated to study the phase transition region from amorphous to microcrystalline phase. At the same time,optical emis-sion spectra (OES) from the plasma during the deposition process were monitored to get information about the plasma properties,Raman spectra were measured to study the structural characteristics of the deposited films. The combinatorial analysis of OES and Raman spectra results demonstrated that the OES can be used as a fast method to diagnose phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline silicon. | 12 | An example of earthquake nucleation of the strong continental earthquakes显示文摘 Introduction The study on earthquake nucleation is widely concerned by seismologists in the world. The experimental and theoretical studies indicate that earthquakes should be preceded by quasi-static slip within a nucleation zone (Oh-naka, 1992; Dodge, Beroza, 1995; Dodge, et al, 1996; Ohnaka, Kuwahara, 1990; Yamashita, Ohnaka, 1991). The earthquake nucleation process means a transition from quasi-static to quasi-dynamic rupture process, and it itself is a short-term precursor. Immediate foreshocks are local dynamic instabilities that occur during the transition from the quasi-static to the quasi-dynamic nucleation of the dynamic instability (Ohnaka, 1992). According to the recent theoretical study, immediate foreshocks can be regarded as the localized fractures accompanied by the quasi-static nucleation process of a large earthquake (Shibazaki, Matsu'ura, 1995). Therefore, foreshocks could occur during the nucleation process. The nucleation of earthquakes can be illuminated through analyzing foreshock activity in detail. Detection of the nucleation process by means of a foreshock study is a potential tool for earthquake predic-tion. The nucleation process of Izu peninsula earthquake with M=7.0 on January 14, 1978 is revealed by Ohnaka with foreshock activities. It was observed that the nucleation zone indicated by foreshocks grew at a rate of 1~40 cm/s before reaching a diameter of 10 km. The depths of foreshocks do not change much more, keep within 10 km. Recently, Hurukawa have studied the nucleation process of Off-Etorofu earthquake with MW=7.9 on December 3, 1995. The results show distinctly the nucleation process before the main shock. In the nucleation process, rupture started at the deepest point of the foreshock area, and then propagated to the shallow depth with the apparent ve-locity of 5~20 cm/s (Hurukawa, 1998). Rastogi and Mandal (1998) studied the rupture nucleation process of five Koyna medium-sized main shocks using the time-space patterns of foreshocks. They found that the nucleation zone grew at a rate of 0.5~10 cm/s until it finally attained a diameter of about 10 km before the occurrence of the main shock and the fracture nucleated at shallow depths and gradually deepened, the main shock occurred at the deepest point of the nucleation zone, that is, at the depth of about 8~11 km.
