2铅和镉污染对大羽藓生理特性的影响显示文摘This paper dealt with the effects of Pb 2+,Cd 2+ and their combined pollution on the contents of chlorophyll,potassium and calcium in Thuidium cymbifolium.The results showed that except at 0.1 mg Cd 2+·L -1,the chlorophyll content decreased with increasing Pb 2+ and Cd 2+ concentrations,which was 18% of the control at 100 mg Cd 2+·L -1,and decreased by 48.6% at 200 mg Pb 2+·L -1.The potassium and calcium contents also decreased with increasing pollutants concentrations,being decreased by 61.1% at 100 mg Cd 2+·L -1.Cd 2+ had a stronger toxicity than Pb 2+,and the toxicity of their combined pollution was stronger than that of each pollutant.Pb 2+ could increase the toxicity of Cd 2+.魏海英 方炎明 尹增芳 2005应用生态学报2005,16,5:27
3Effect of low-nitrogen stress on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of maize cultivars with different low-nitrogen tolerances显示文摘Nitrogen(N)is a critical element for plant growth and productivity that influences photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence.We investigated the effect of low-N stress on leaf photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of maize cultivars with difference in tolerance to low N levels.The low-N tolerant cultivar ZH311 and low-N sensitive cultivar XY508 were used as the test materials.A field experiment(with three N levels:N0,0 kg ha–1;N1,150 kg ha–1;N2,300 kg ha–1)in Jiyanyang,Sichuan Province,China,and a hydroponic experiment(with two N levels:CK,4 mmol L–1;LN,0.04 mmol L–1)in Chengdu,Sichuan Province,China were conducted.Low-N stress significantly decreased chlorophyll content and rapid light response curves of the maximum fluorescence under light(Fm′),fluorescence instable state(Fs),non-photochemical quenching(qN),the maximum efficiency of PSII photochemistry under dark-adaption(Fv/Fm),potential activity of PSII(Fv/Fo),and actual photochemical efficiency of PSII(ΦPSII)of leaves.Further,it increased the chlorophyll(Chl)a/Chl b values and so on.The light compensation point of ZH311 decreased,while that of XY508 increased.The degree of variation of these indices in low-N tolerant cultivars was lower than that in low-N sensitive cultivars,especially at the seedling stage.Maize could increase Chl a/Chl b,apparent quantum yield and light saturation point to adapt to N stress.Compared to low-N sensitive cultivars,low-N tolerant cultivars maintained a higher net photosynthetic rate and electron transport rate to maintain stronger PSII activity,which further promoted the ability to harvest and transfer light.This might be a photosynthetic mechanism by which low-N tolerant cultivar adapt to low-N stress.WU Ya-wei LI Qiang JIN Rong CHEN Wei LIU Xiao-lin KONG Fan-lei KE Yong-pei SHI Haichun YUAN Ji-chao 2019Journal of Integrative Agriculture2019,18,6:25
4川东北普光气田下三叠统飞仙关组白云岩成因——来自岩石结构与Sr同位素和Sr含量的证据显示文摘研究了川东北普光气田下三叠统飞仙关组白云岩储层的岩石结构Sr的含量和Sr同位素组成,讨论了它的成因,飞仙关组优质储层为成岩期埋藏交代白云化作用的产物,来自岩石结构和Sr同位素和Sr含量的证据包括如下几个方面:(1)与准同生白云岩比较,埋藏白云岩的岩石结构和Sr同位素和Sr含量地球化学特征与前者有显著差别;(2)飞仙关组所有各类碳酸盐岩(或矿物)具有早三叠世海水Sr同位素组成特征,^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr比值变化范围为0.706588~0.708187,覆盖了全球早三叠世海水Sr同位素的变化范围(0.7076~0.7078),平均值0.707656与全球早三叠世平均值(0.707743)基本一致;(3)埋藏白云岩^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr比值变化范围为0.707122~0.707419,平均值0.707421,都略低于全球早三叠世海水Sr同位素变化范围和平均值,但与已报道的川东北早三叠世飞仙关期海水Sr同位素变化范围(0.707330~0.707383)和平均值(0.707350) 都非常接近,说明白云石化流体具有强烈的川东北地区早三叠世飞仙关期海水Sr同位素组成特征;(4)综合岩石结构、Sr同位素和Sr含量地球化学特征,证明飞仙关组白云岩储层为成岩期埋藏交代作用产物,白云石化流体来自地层中高Sr和高盐度的海源地层水。郑荣才 文华国 郑超 罗平 李国军 陈守春 2009岩石学报2009,25,10:24

6Lightning activity and precipitation structure of hailstorms显示文摘By using the cloud-to-ground (CG) lightning location data from the lightning detection network of He- nan Province, surface Doppler radar data and standard orbit data of PR, TMI and LIS on TRMM satellite, the spatial and temporal characteristics of CG lightning flashes in 10 severe hailstorms are analyzed. The results show that the percentage of +CG lightning in these hailstorms is high with an average value of 45.5%. There is a distinct increase in CG flash rate during the rapid development stage of hailstorms. The hailstone falling corresponds to an active positive flash period, and the increase of +CG flash rate is generally accompanied with a decrease of –CG flash rate. The flash rate declines rapidly during the dissipating stage of hailstorms. The precipitation structure and lightning activity in two typical hail- storms are studied in detail. It is found that strong convective cells with reflectivity greater than 30dBZ mainly are situated in the front region of hailstorms, whereas the trailing stratiform region is in the rear part of the hailstorms. The maximum heights of echo top are higher than 14 km. Convective rain con- tributes much more rainfall to the total than stratiform rain, and the convective rain takes about 85% and 97% of the total in the two cases, respectively. Total lightning in the hailstorms is very active with the flash rate up to 183 fl/min and 55 fl/min, respectively. The results also indicate that most lightning flashes occurred in the echo region greater than 30 dBZ and its immediate periphery. The probability of lightning occurrence is 20 times higher in the convective region than in the stratiform region. The result suggests that the lightning information is helpful to the identification of convective rain region. 7Reduction in cadmium accumulation in japonica rice grains by CRISPR/Cas9-mediated editing of OsNRAMP5显示文摘Cadmium(Cd) intake is harmful to human health and Cd contamination in rice grains represents a severe threat to those consuming rice as a staple food. Knockout of Cd transporters is a promising strategy to reduce Cd accumulation in rice grains. OsNRAMP5 is the major transporter for Cd and manganese(Mn) uptake in rice. Nevertheless, it is uncertain whether knockout of OsNRAMP5 is applicable to produce low Cd rice without affecting plant growth and grain yield. In this study, we adopted CRISPR/Cas9-based gene editing technology to knock out OsNRAMP5 in two japonica varieties. We generated three independent transgene-free osnramp5 mutants and investigated the effect of osnramp5 mutations on Cd accumulation and plant growth. Hydroponic experiments showed that plant growth and chlorophyll content were significantly reduced in osnramp5 mutants at low Mn conditions, and this defective growth in the mutants could be fully rescued by supply of high levels of Mn. Cd and Mn accumulation in both roots and shoots was markedly reduced in the mutants compared to that in wild-type plants. In paddy field experiments, although Cd in flag leaves and grains was greatly reduced in osnramp5 mutants, some agronomic traits including plant height, seed setting rate, and grain number per panicle were affected in the mutants, which ultimately caused a mild reduction in grain yield. The reduced plant growth in the mutants can be attributed to a marked decrease in Mn accumulation. Our results reveal that the manipulation of OsNRAMP5 should be treated with caution: When assessing the applicability of osnramp5 mutants, soil pH and soil water content in paddy fields need to be taken into consideration, since they might affect the levels of available Mn in the soil and consequently determine the effect of the mutation on grain yield.YANG Chang-hong ZHANG Yang HUANG Chao-feng 2019Journal of Integrative Agriculture2019,18,3:19
8江苏高淳县薛城新石器时代遗址发掘简报显示文摘The Xuecheng site lies at Xuesi village of Xuecheng township, Gaochun county, Nanjing city, Jiangsu province, on the southern shore of the Shijiu Lake. It was excavated in 1997, which resulted in the revelation of 115 Neolithic tombs and many ash-pits, house-foundations and fireplaces and the discovery of pottery, jade, stone and bone artifacts and quantities of animal remains. The cultural deposits can he divided into the upper, middle and lower layers, which are all simple in cultural content and represent the late, middle and upper phases respectively. The cultural aspect shows strong regional features distinctly different from the contemporary cultures of adjacent areas, which suggests that the remains can he named “Xuecheng cultural type. ” Chronologically, the early phase roughly corresponds to the middle and late Majiahang culture, the middle phase to the second period of Beiyinyangying culture or a little earlier than it, and the late phase to the middle and late Songze culture.周裕兴 王志高 张金喜 2000考古2000,,5:17
9古镇慢旅游特质要素识别与分析——基于游客体验的视角显示文摘慢旅游是古镇旅游发展的新形态,核心理念在于游客的深度体验。本文从游客体验的视角,对古镇慢旅游者进行深度访谈,运用ROST Content Mining软件进行内容分析,提取古镇慢旅游体验高频特征词,编码析出古镇慢旅游的特质要素及其情感效价。研究发现,古镇慢旅游的特质要素由文化空间、休憩场所、自然元素和人文意蕴四部分构成。文化空间的正向体验和负向体验均高于其他要素;自然元素的正向体验显著高于其负向体验。本文进一步从特质要素系统着手,提出通过凸显古镇地方性文化、加强内部环境治理、积极塑造人文精神等策略,推动古镇旅游持续发展。本文为推进古镇慢旅游发展战略提供理论支持和实践指导。胡家镜 万秋 吕兴洋 张垭欧 2019资源科学2019,0,3:16
10A method for canopy water content estimation for highly vegetated surfaces-shortwave infrared perpendicular water stress index显示文摘In this paper, a new method for canopy water content (FMC) estimation for highly vegetated surfaces- shortwave infrared perpendicular water stress index (SPSI) is developed using NIR, SWIR wavelengths of Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) on the basis of spectral features and distribution of surface targets with different water conditions in NIR-SWIR spectral space. The developed method is further explored with radiative transfer simulations using PROSPECT, Lillesaeter, SailH and 6S. It is evident from the results of validation derived from satellite synchronous field measurements that SPSI is highly correlated with FMC, coefficient of determination (R squared) and root mean square error are 0.79 and 26.41%. 11In vitro antioxidant activities of ethanol extract from Enhalus acoroides (L.F.) Royle显示文摘Objective:To search for new sources of safe and inexpensive antioxidants,the leaf,root and rhizome of Enhalus acoroides(E.acoroides) were screened for the first time for their antioxidant activities.Methods:Samples of leaf,root and rhizome from E.acoroides were tested for total phenolic content,proanthocyanidins and in vitro antioxidant activity in terms of total antioxidant assay,DPPH assay and FRAP assay.Results:The leaf sample was found to have high levels of phenolic(0.323±0.028 mg TAE/g) and proanthocyanidins(0.570 0±0.000 3 mg TAE/g) when compared to root and rhizome.The leaf samples exhibited higher total antioxidant activity (11.770±0.026 mg Ascorbic acid equivalent/g),higher percentage of DPPH radical scavenging activity(25.76±0.04) and higher reducing power(18.060±0.073) in terms of mg GAE/g.In addition, there was a significant correlation between total phenolic content and total antioxidant activity (R^2=0.923),DPPH assay(R^2=0.509).FRAP assay(R^2=0.994).Similarly,significant correlation was found between the proanthocyanidin and total antioxidant activity(R^2=0.977),DPPH assay (R^2=0.464) and the FRAP assay(R^2=0.998).Conclusions:These results suggested that E.acoroides have strong antioxidant potential.Further study is necessary for isolation and characterization of the active antioxidant agents,which can be used to treat various oxidative stress-related diseases.Rengasamy Ragupathi Raja Kannan Rajasekaran Arumugam Perumal Anantharaman 2010Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2010,3,11:15
12Evaluation of extracts and essential oil from Callistemon viminalis leaves:Antibacterial and antioxidant activities,total phenolic and flavonoid contents显示文摘Objective:To investigate antioxidant and antibacterial activities of Callistemon viminalis(C.viminalis)leaves.Methods:The essential oil of C.viminalis leaves obtained by hydrodistillation was analyzed by GC/MS.Different extracts were tested for total phenolic and flavonoid contents and in vitro antioxidant(DPPH assay)and antibacterial(agar disc diffusion and 96-well micro-plates methods)actives.Results:Fourteen components were identified in the essential oil,representing 98.94%of the total oil.The major components were 1,8-cineole(64.53%)andα-pinene(9.69%).Leaf essential oil exhibited the highest antioxidant activity of(88.60±1.51)%comparable to gallic acid,a standard compound[(80.00±2.12)%].Additionally,the biggest zone of inhibitions against the studied bacterial strains was observed by the essential oil when compared to the standard antibiotic(tetracycline).The crude methanol extract and ethyl acetate fraction had a significant antibacterial activity against the tested bacterial strains.Conclusions:It can be suggested that C.viminalis is a great potential source of antibacterial and antioxidant compounds useful for new antimicrobial drugs from the natural basis.The present study revealed that the essential oil as well as the methanol extracts and ethyl acetate fraction of C.viminalis leaves exhibited highly significant antibacterial activity against the tested bacterial strains.Mohamed ZM Salem Hayssam M Ali Nader A El-Shanhorey Ahmed Abdel-Megeed 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2013,6,10:14
13石漠化生态恢复过程中土壤磷含量的比较研究(英文)显示文摘[Objective] The research aimed to study change law of phosphorus content of soil in karst rocky desertification region(KRD) during eco-restoration process such as Northwest Guangxi Province.[Method] The soil samples were collected from typical KRD in Pingguo County and Yizhou City.The determining quotas of different soil samples such as soil total phosphorus content and available phosphorus content were detected,in addition the soil total phosphorus content,available phosphorus content, urease activity, catalase activity and organic matter content in different soil samples were analyzed comparatively.[Result] Aspect,vegetation type and recovery time generated obviously influences on phosphorus contents in different soil samples.The concrete influence order was listed as follow: phosphorus content in soil of south slope was higher than that in soil of north slope;phosphorus content in soil where Zenia insignis Chun was planted was higher than that in soil of closed forest and that of soil where Dendrocalamus minor Var. amoen was planted,additionally,phosphorus increased with recovery time. 14Identification of EST–SSRs and molecular diversity analysis in Mentha piperita显示文摘EST sequences of Mentha piperita available in the public domain(NCBI) were exploited to develop SSR markers. A total of 1316 ESTs were assembled into 155 contigs and 653 singletons and of these, 110 sequences were found to contain 130 SSRs, with a frequency of1 SSR/3.4 kb. Dinucleotide repeat SSRs were most frequent(72.3%) with the AG/CT(43.8%)repeat motif followed by AT/AT(16.2%). Primers were successfully designed for 68SSR-containing sequences(62.0%). The 68 primers amplified 13 accessions of M. piperita and 54 produced clear amplicons of the expected size. Of these 54, 33(61%) were found to be polymorphic among M. piperita accessions, showing from 2 to 4 alleles with an average of2.33 alleles/SSR, and the polymorphic information content(PIC) value varied between 0.13 and 0.51(average 0.25). All the amplified SSRs showed transferability among four different species of Mentha, with a highest in Mentha arvensis(87.0%) and minimum in Mentha citrata(37.0%). 15Investigation of gas content of organic-rich shale:A case study from Lower Permian shale in southern North China Basin,central China显示文摘Measuring gas content is an essential step in estimating the commerciality of gas reserves. In this study,eight shale core samples from the Mouye-1 well were measured using a homemade patented gas desorption apparatus to determine their gas contents. Due to the air contamination that is introduced into the desorption canister, a mathematical method was devised to correct the gas quantity and quality.Compared to the chemical compositions of desorbed gas, the chemical compositions of residual gas are somewhat different. In residual gas, carbon dioxide and nitrogen record a slight increase, and propane is first observed. This phenomenon may be related to the exposure time during the transportation of shale samples from the drilling site to the laboratory, as well as the differences in the mass, size and adsorptivity of different gas molecules. In addition to a series of conventional methods, including the USBM direct method and the Amoco Curve Fit(ACF) method, which were used here for lost gas content estimation, a Modified Curve Fit(MCF) method, based on the 'bidisperse' diffusion model, was established to estimate lost gas content. By fitting the ACF and MCF models to gas desorption data, we determined that the MCF method could reasonably describe the gas desorption data over the entire time period, whereas the ACF method failed. The failure of the ACF method to describe the gas desorption process may be related to its restrictive assumption of a single pore size within shale samples. In comparison to the indirect method, this study demonstrates that none of the three methods studied in this investigation(USBM, ACF and MCF) could individually estimate the lost gas contents of all shale samples and that the proportion of free gas relative to total gas has a significant effect on the estimation accuracy of the selected method. 16WATER VAPOR CONTENT AND MEAN TRANSFER IN THE ATMOSPHERE OVER NORTHWEST CHINA显示文摘The interannual and intermonthly climatic features of the water vapor content (hereafter WVC) and its mean transfer in the atmosphere over Northwest China (hereafter NWC) are calculated and analyzed by using the NCEP/NCAR global reanalysis grid data (2.5°× 2.5°Lat/Lon)for 40 years (1958-1997). The results show that the WVC in the total air column over NWC in four seasons of the year is mainly concentrated on eastern and western NWC respectively. On the average, the WVC over eastern NWC decreases obviously during recent forty years except for winter, while it decreases over western NWC in the whole year. But the WVC over NWC has been increasing since late 1980s in summer. The water vapor comes from the southwestern warm and wet air current along the Yarlung Zangbo River Valley and the Bay of Bengal, and from mid western Tibetan Plateau and also from the Qinling Mountains at southern Shaanxi Province. The yearly water vapor divergence appears over the middle of NWC to northern Xinjiang and southeastern Shaanxi Province. 17NaCl胁迫对甘薯试管苗生长和离子含量的影响(英文)显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the salt-tolerance mechanism of sweet potato.[Method]Two sweet potato varieties of Xu 25-2(salt-tolerant cultivar)and Triumph 100(salt-sensitive cultivar)were treated by sodium chloride with the concentration of 0 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L.After 20 days,Na+ content and Na+/K+ ratio in the roots,shoots and leave were determined by the flame photometer,while dry weight and fresh weight of roots,shoots and leave in different varieties were also studied.[Result]The growth of two sweet potato varieties was inhibited under salt stress,so the plant became shorter,leaf and root became fewer,dry weight of roots and leave decreased,but seedlings of Xu 25-2 were inhibited slightly.Furthermore,Na+ content and Na+/K+ ratio in roots,shoots and leaves of two sweet potato varieties increased.Na+ content of salt-tolerant Xu 25-2 was low in roots,shoots and leaves,while Na+ content of salt-sensitive Triumph 100 was high in shoots and leave of seedlings,but the change range of Xu 25-2 was less than that of Triumph 100.[Conclusion]The lower Na+ content and Na+/K+ ratio in leaves under salt stress were the most important characteristics for salt-tolerance of sweet potato varieties.高叶 赵术珍 陈敏 宋晓征 王宝山 2008Agricultural Science & Technology2008,9,5:13
18热解参数 S1的轻烃与重烃校正及其意义--以渤海湾盆地大民屯凹陷E2 s4(2)段为例显示文摘利用热解参数S1(游离烃含量)对页岩油进行资源评价时存在轻烃和重烃损失的现象,导致计算资源量偏小。针对重烃损失,将相同泥页岩样品经抽提前、后热解实验所得的S2(热解含量)进行对比,二者之差即为S1损失的重烃含量。针对轻烃损失,基于未熟泥页岩样品Rock-Eval和PY-GC实验以及对原油进行的金管实验,根据化学动力学原理求取各动力学参数,结合Easy Ro模型计算出不同成熟度时生成的C6-13与C13+的比值,将此值作为烃源岩内残留的C6-13与C13+比值,并在经重烃恢复之后的S1基础上进行轻烃恢复。使用轻烃与重烃恢复前、后的S1作为页岩油资源评价参数,在资源量计算方面差别较大。以渤海湾盆地大民屯凹陷E2s4(2)段为例,其恢复前资源量为2.26×108t,恢复后资源量为6.47×108t,恢复后资源量为恢复前的2.86倍。因此在利用S1对页岩油进行资源评价时,对S1的轻烃和重烃恢复具有重要意义。李进步 卢双舫 陈国辉 单俊峰 胡英杰 毛俊莉 薛海涛 王民 2016石油与天然气地质2016,37,4:13

The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid in different medicinal cultivars of D. morifolium were Hangju ‘Xiao huangju’ 0.243%, Hangju ‘Xiao yangju’0.457%, Hangju ‘Da yangju’ 0.309%, Hangju ‘Yizhong Dayangju’ 0.306%, Hangju ‘Da yangju’ (processed by microwaves) 0.511%,Huaiju ‘Xiao baiju’0.554%, Huaiju ‘Da baiju’0.224%, Huaiju ‘Da huangju’0.655%, Jiju 0.434%, Boju 0.161%, Gongju 0.719%, Chuju 0.397% and Zhonghuagongju 0.590%. 20江西植烟土壤及烟叶钼含量调查分析显示文摘对江西76个代表性植烟土样和150个烟叶样本的钼含量及相关项目进行了检测和分析。结果表明:江西省植烟土壤有效钼含量平均0.088 mg/kg,烟叶钼含量平均0.689 mg/kg,土壤有效钼和烟叶钼含量均处较低水平。相关分析结果显示:土壤pH与土壤有效钼之间、土壤有效钼与烟叶钼含量之间相关性均不显著,但烟叶(C3F)钼含量在0.11~1.91 mg/kg范围时,烟叶烟碱含量与烟叶钼含量之间呈显著正相关。王东胜 何宽信 王能如 韩岩 李立新 徐庆凯 2010江西农业学报2010,22,8:12
