| 1 | 地质样品Sr同位素激光原位等离子体质谱(LA-MC-ICP-MS)测定显示文摘Sr同位素在研究岩浆演化及其源区具有重要的示踪作用。MC-ICP-MS的出现为具有高Sr含量地质样品的激光原位Sr同位素测定变成了现实。本文利用Netpune MC-ICP-MS和193nm准分子激光联机,通过滨珊瑚、斜长石、磷灰石和钙钛矿等系列实验,建立了激光原位Sr同位素测定方法。实验结果表明,激光Sr同位素测定中Kr、Rb和稀土元素二价离子的干扰能够有效扣除,而钙聚合物的干扰在Neptune型MC-ICP-MS并不显著。不同激光参数的实验表明,大激光束斑产生更高信号强度,因而Sr同位素精度更高,同一激光束斑大小,激光脉冲频率对Sr同位素精度无明显影响。 | 杨岳衡 吴福元 谢烈文 杨进辉 张艳斌 | 2009 | 岩石学报2009,25,12: | 16 |
| 2 | 硒化枸杞多糖的制备及其抗氧化性研究显示文摘以亚硒酸钠和枸杞多糖为原料合成硒化枸杞多糖,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其中硒含量为64.42 mg/g。利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱两种表征手段,证实了硒化枸杞多糖的合成。采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定硒化枸杞多糖的抗氧化能力,结果表明,在实验设置的浓度范围内,硒化枸杞多糖的抗氧化能力随着浓度的增加而增加,且高于枸杞多糖。2.0 mg/mL的枸杞多糖和硒化枸杞多糖对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别为51.48%和59.34%,对羟自由基的清除率分别为50.23%和56.16%。本实验为进一步研究硒化枸杞多糖作为抗氧化能力较强的食品和药品的可能性奠定了基础。 | 郝苗 金黎明 刘李娜 许永斌 马堃 范圣第 | 2014 | 食品研究与开发2014,35,6: | 8 |
| 3 | A Study of the Rhenium-Osmium Geochronometry of Molybdenites显示文摘This study deals with the first application of the isotope dilution - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in the rhenium-osmium geochronometry in China. The chemical separation procedure included decomposition of samples by means of alkali fusion, extraction of rhenium by acetone and extraction of osmium by distillation. The recovery of both elements in the entire process was more than 90% . The blanks of analyses were 0.07 ng for rhenium and 0.01 ng for 187Os. The mineralization ages of molybdenites from four molybdenum deposits in China were determined by using this method, with a precision (2σ)of about ±3% . These results agree satisfactorily with their geological backgrounds. The Re-Os method can directly determine ages of metal deposits and reflect the true ages more reliably than other dating methods that only determine the ages of country rocks from which mineralization ages are inferred. | 4 | Influence of the electroplating pretreatment on corrosion mechanism of NdFeB magnets显示文摘The electroplating pretreatment of Nd Fe B magnets was simulated in this study, and the effect of the pickling process on element, matrix morphology and texture was discussed. The results showed that in the ordinary circumstance the acid solution concentration should be below 4 mol/L and the pickling time was within 120 s. However the concentration was lower than 1 mol/L and the time was about 30 s in the ultrasonic environment. The precoating technology sequentially was studied. The results revealed that there were two main reactions of the corrosion and displacement in the precoating process, and these two reactions were more obvious in the grain boundary. | 6 | Advances in Tropical Soil Characterization via Portable X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry显示文摘Portable X-ray fluorescence(pXRF) spectrometers can be used to determine the elemental composition easily, rapidly, and without using chemical reagents, which is very important for tropical regions due to the lack of detailed soil characterization data. Moreover,pXRF data can be used to predict the results of more expensive, time-consuming, and conventional laboratory analyses. This study sought to determine the elemental composition of various soil profiles using pXRF. Two operational modes(Trace Mode and General Mode) and two scanning time(30 and 60 s) were assessed to determine their effects on the correlation of pXRF dataset with respect to conventional inductively coupled plasma(ICP)-optical emission spectrometry analysis. This relationship has been reported in previous studies, however, few studies were performed on tropical soils, which are unique. Furthermore, such relationships establish the viability of developing prediction models directly from pXRF data. Linear regression was applied to develop calibration models for the prediction of ICP analysis results and exchangeable and available elemental contents based on pXRF data. High coefficients of determination(R^2) were obtained for Ca(0.87), Cu(0.90), Fe(0.95), Mn(0.85), Cr(0.95), V(0.72), and Ni(0.90), with adequate validation. Statistically significant results were not found for Al, K, Zn, Ti, and Zr. The models predicting the exchangeable Ca based on the total Ca from p XRF reached an R^2 of up to 0.85. Operational modes influenced the pXRF results. Our results illustrate that pXRF holds great promise for tropical soil characterization and the development of prediction models, justifying the need for larger-scale studies in tropical countries worldwide. | Elen A. | 9 | Frequency dependence of plasma characteristics at different pressures in cylindrical inductively coupled plasma source显示文摘The effects of driving frequency on plasma parameters and electron heating efficiency are studied in cylindrical inductively coupled plasma(ICP) source. Measurements are made in an Ar discharge for driving frequency at 13.56/2 MHz, and pressures of 0.4-1.2 Pa. In 13.56 MHz discharge, higher electron density(n_e) and higher electron temperature(T_e) are observed in comparison with 2 MHz discharge at 0.6-1.2 Pa. However, slightly higher n_e and T_e are observed in 2 MHz discharge at 0.4 Pa. This observation is explained by enhanced electron heating efficiency due to the resonance between the oscillation of 2 MHz electromagnetic field and electron-neutral collision process at 0.4 Pa. It is also found that the variation of T_edistribution is different in 13.56 and 2 MHz discharge.For ICP at 13.56 MHz, T_eshows an edge-high profile at 0.4-1.2 Pa. For 2 MHz discharge, T_e remains an edge-high distribution at 0.4-0.8 Pa. However, the distribution pattern involves into a center-high profile at 0.9-1.2 Pa. The spatial profiles of n_e remain a center-high shape in both 13.56 and 2 MHz discharges, which indicates the nonlocal kinetics at low pressures. Better uniformity could be achieved by using 2 MHz discharge. The effects of gas pressure on plasma parameters are also examined. An increase in gas pressure necessitates the rise of n_e in both 13.56 and 2 MHz discharges. | 10 | Interaction of silver nanoparticles with mediterranean agricultural soils: Lab-controlled adsorption and desorption studies显示文摘The production of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) has increased tremendously during recent years due to their antibacterial and physicochemical properties. As a consequence, these particles are released inevitably into the environment, with soil being the main sink of disposal. Soil interactions have an effect on AgNP mobility, transport and bioavailability. To understand AgNP adsorption processes, lab-controlled kinetic studies were performed.Batch tests performed with five different Mediterranean agricultural soils showed that cation exchange capacity and electrical conductivity are the main parameters controlling the adsorption processes. The adsorption kinetics of different sized(40, 75, 100 and 200 nm)and coated(citrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyethyleneglycol(PEG)) AgNPs indicated that these nanoparticle properties have also an effect on the adsorption processes.To assess the mobility and bioavailability of AgNPs and to determine if their form is maintained during adsorption/desorption processes, loaded soils were submitted to leaching tests three weeks after batch adsorption studies. The DIN 38414-S4 extraction method indicated that AgNPs were strongly retained on soils, and single-particle inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry confirmed that silver particles maintained their nanoform, except for 100 nm PEG-AgNPs and 40 nm citrate-coated AgNPs. | 14 | Studies on diffusion and profiles of elements in deep-sea manganese nodules显示文摘Elemental compositions are measured in manganese nodules collected from the Northern Mid-Pacific floor by inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (1CP-AES) and their growth rates are determined by radiometric methods. The result shows that depth distributions of elements in nodules vary with depth as follows; (i) increase, (ii) decrease and (iii) fluctuation. These internodule variations in elemental compositions are considered to be caused by diffusion and migration of elements in nodules and heterogeneities in textures of nodules. In the present paper, a diffusive model is used to elucidate the inward-increase profile of some elements in nodules. [Results] Under the experimental conditions, elements were not related to each other, and many kinds of elements could be measured at the same time; toxic and heavy metals in samples of P. daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap did not exceed the limit; Hg was not detected in all samples. [Conclusions] This method is simple, easy to operate and reproducible.
