| 1 | 对我国体育素养概念的理解——基于对Physical Literacy的解读显示文摘Physical Literacy是当前国际体育教育学者关注的研究热点,与我国体育素养概念有着相似的背景、价值、特性和发展路径。在我国体育素养概念发展存在不足的情况下,可以借鉴Physical Literacy的概念进一步推动我国体育素养概念的发展。研究旨在:1)回顾我国体育素养的概念;2)系统阐释Physical Literacy的概念,在汉语环境中解释这一概念;3)参考Physical Literacy的价值为我国学界进一步发展体育素养的概念提供经验,也为我国学校体育的发展提供启示。通过文献梳理和比较分析:1)我国体育素养的概念存在'概念失真'、价值窄化、定义不清晰和属性不明确等不足;2)Physical Literacy概念可以被翻译为'体育素养',是人类在整个生命过程中维持身体活动所需的综合能力;3)借鉴Physical Literacy的价值和理念,我国体育素养的概念可以被理解为'人类在生命过程中获得利于全人生存发展的运动要素的综合,包括体育意识、体育知识、体育行为、体育技能、体质水平'。建议进一步理解体育素养概念的价值,通过扎实的操作研究和社会行动,探索体育素养概念的深层次价值。此外,学校体育环境是发展体育素养的有效环境。 | 陈思同 刘阳 唐炎 陈昂 | 2017 | 体育科学2017,37,6: | 147 |

| 3 | Exercise guidelines for gestational diabetes mellitus显示文摘The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is increasing worldwide.This disease has many detrimental consequences for the woman,the unborn foetus and child.The management of GDM aims to mediate the effects of hyperglycaemia by controlling blood glucose levels.Along with pharmacology and dietary interventions,exercise has a powerful potential to assist with blood glucose control.Due to the uncertainty of risks and benefits of exercise during pregnancy,women tend to avoid exercise.However,under adequate supervision exercise is both safe and beneficial in the treatment of GDM.Therefore it is vital that exercise is incorporated into the continuum of care for women with GDM.Medical doctors should be able to refer to competently informed exercise professionals to aid in GDM treatment.It is important that exercise treatment is informed by research.Hence,the development of evidence-based guidelines is important to inform practice.Currently there are no guidelines for exercise in GDM.This review aims to assess the efficacy of exercise for the management of GDM in order to establish an exercise prescription guideline specific to the condition.It is recommended that women with GDM should do both aerobic and resistance exercise at a moderate intensity,a minimum of three times a week for 30-60min each time. | Cliantha Padayachee Jeff S Coombes | 2015 | World Journal of Diabetes2015,6,8: | 31 |
| 4 | Genetic analysis and gene mapping of a new rolled-leaf mutant in rice (Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘To understand the development of rice leaf blades,we identified a new rolled-leaf mutant,w32,from indica cultivar IR64 through EMS mutagenesis. The mutant showed a stable rolled-leaf phenotype throughout the life cycle. Two F2 populations were developed by crossing w32 to cultivar IR24 and PA64. Genetic analysis showed that the rolled-leaf phenotype was controlled by a single recessive gene. To determine the location of the gene,bulked segregant analysis was carried out using mutant and wild-type DNA pools and 1846 mutant-type F2 individuals derived from the cross w32/PA64 were genotyped to locate the gene on the short arm of chromosome 7. The rolled-leaf gene,tentatively named rl11(t),is likely a new gene as no other rolled-leaf genes have been identified near the region. By developing new SSR and InDel markers,the gene was delimited to a 52 kb region near the end of the short chromosome arm. | 5 | A comprehensive physical pattern of land-air dynamic and thermal structure on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau显示文摘According to the boundary layer observations of three stations (Garze, Damxung and Qamdu) and relevant earth satellite, radiosonde and surface observations during the intensive observational period (IOP) of the second Tibetan (Qinghai-Xizang) Plateau Experiment of atmospheric science (TIPEX), the land-air physical process and dynamic model on the Tibetan Plateau were comprehensively analyzed in this study. The dynamic characteristics of boundary layer and the rules of turbulent motion on the plateau were illustrated. The characteristics of distributions of wind speed and direction with mutiple-layer structure and deep convective mixed layer on the plateau, the strong buoyancy effect in turbulent motion on the plateau on which the air density is obviously smaller than on the plain, and the Ekman spiral and its dynamic pump effect of the plateau deep boundary layer have been found. The local static distribution of water vapor and the horizontal advection of water vapor in the plateau boundary layer were studied. The abnomal thermodynamic structure on the plateau surface and boundary layer, including the plateau strong radiation phenomenon and strong heating source characteristics of the middle plateau, was also analyzed. The authors synthesized the above dynamic and thermodynamic structures of both surface and boundary layers on the plateau and posed the comprehensive physical model of the turbulence and convective mixture mechanism on the plateau boundary layer. The characteristics of formation, development and movement for convective cloud cluster over the plateau influencing floods in the Yangtze River area of China were studied. | 6 | Diagnostic Study on the Structural Characteristics of a Typical Mei-yu Front System and Its Maintenance Mechanism显示文摘In this paper, a typical mei-yu front process with heavy rainfall from June 12 to 15 in 1998 is analyzed. The results show that the mei-yu front is a front system which consists of an iso-θe dense area with strong horizontal gradient, a deep-convective cloud tower band, a passageway transporting warm and moist air ?ow from the summer monsoon surge in the mid and low levels to the south of the mei-yu front, and a migrating synoptic scale trough to the north of the mei-yu front, which transports cold and dry air southward in the mid and upper levels. | 8 | Investigation of changes in properties of water under the action of a magnetic field显示文摘The properties of water and their changes under the action of a magnetic field were gathered by the spectrum techniques of infrared, Raman, visible, ultraviolet and X-ray lights, which may give an insight into molecular and atomic structures of water. It was found that some properties of water were changed, and a lot of new and strange phenomena were discovered after magnetization. Magnetized water really has magnetism, which has been verified by a peak shift of X-ray diffraction of magnetized water + Fe3O4 hybrid relative to that of pure water + Fe3O4 hybrid, that is a saturation and memory effect. The properties of infrared and ultraviolet absorp-tions, Raman scattering and X-ray diffraction of magnetized water were greatly changed relative to those of pure water; their strengths of peaks were all increased, the frequencies of some peaks did also shift, and some new peaks, for example, at 5198, 8050 and 9340 cm?1, occurred at 25℃ after water was magnetized. In the meanwhile, the magnetized effects of water are related to the magnetized time, the intensity of an externally applied magnetic field, and the temperature of water, but they are not a linear relationship. The study also showed a lot of new and unusual properties of magnetized water, for example, the six peaks in 3000-3800 cm?1 in infrared absorption, the exponential increase of ultraviolet absorption of wave with the decreasing wavelength of light of 200-300 nm, the frequency-shifts of peaks, a strange irreversible effect in the increasing and decreasing processes, as well as a stronger peak of absorption occurring at 50℃, 70℃ and 80℃, the existence of many models of motion from 85℃ to 95℃ in 8000-10000 cm?1, and so on. These results show that the molecular structure of water is very complicated, which needs further study. Furthermore, the macroscopic feature of mechanics, for instance, surface tension force of magnetized water, was also measured. Experiments dis-covered that the size in contact angles of magnetized water on the surface of hy-drophobic materials decreases, thus the surface tension force of magnetized water decreases relative to that of pure water. It is seen from the above results that the clustering structure of hydrogen-bonded chains and polarization effects of water molecules are enhanced after magnetization. | 10 | Cancer cachexia,mechanism and treatment显示文摘It is estimated that half of all patients with cancer eventually develop a syndrome of cachexia, with anorexia and a progressive loss of adipose tissue and skeletal muscle mass. Cancer cachexia is characterized by systemic inflammation, negative protein and energy balance, and an involuntary loss of lean body mass. It is an insidious syndrome that not only has a dramatic impact on patient quality of life, but also is associated with poor responsesto chemotherapy and decreased survival. Cachexia is still largely an underestimated and untreated condition, despite the fact that multiple mechanisms are reported to be involved in its development, with a number of cytokines postulated to play a role in the etiology of the persistent catabolic state. Existing therapies for cachexia, including orexigenic appetite stimulants, focus on palliation of symptoms and reduction of the distress of patients and families rather than prolongation of life. Recent therapies for the cachectic syndrome involve a multidisciplinary approach. Combination therapy with diet modification and/or exercise has been added to novel pharmaceutical agents, such as Megestrol acetate, medroxyprogesterone, ghrelin, omega-3-fatty acid among others. These agents are reported to have improved survival rates as well as quality of life. | 13 | Health benefits of traditional Chinese sports and physical activity for older adults: A systematic review of evidence显示文摘Background: Traditional Chinese sports and physical activities(PAs) have a long history and are practiced by millions of Chinese. However,relatively few systematic reviews of the scientific evidence for their health benefits, especially for older Chinese adults, have been undertaken.Evidence acquisition: Between January and March 2016, a systematic search was conducted using the CNKI and Pub Med databases to identify studies published between 2000 and 2015. Studies were selected for review if they were designed specifically to evaluate the health benefits of traditional Chinese sports and PAs in adults aged 50 years and older in the Mainland of China. The studies included observational, uncontrolled,and randomized and controlled designs. Papers published without an English title or abstract were excluded.Evidence synthesis: The initial search identified a total of 229 studies. After removing duplicates and studies that did not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria, 95 studies were selected for review. Special attention was given to studies of the most commonly practiced activities: Tai Ji Quan,Qigong, and Yangko exercises. A positive association between these types of exercise and health benefits was noted for healthy older adults and those with chronic diseases. Evidence on other types of activities was less clear due to the limited number of studies conducted.Conclusion: There is promising evidence that traditional Chinese sports and PAs provide many health benefits for older Chinese adults. | 14 | Effect of resistance training on non-alcoholic fatty-liver disease a randomized-clinical trial显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the effect of resistance training(RT)on non alcoholic liver disease(NAFLD)patients.METHODS:A randomized clinical trial enrolling NAFLD patients without secondary liver disease(e.g.,without hepatitis B virus,hepatitis C virus or excessive alcohol consumption).Patients were randomly allocated either to RT,three times weekly,for 3 mo or a control arm consisting of home stretching.The RT included leg press,chest press,seated rowing,latissimus pull down etc.with 8-12 repetitions,3 sets for each exercise,for a total duration of 40 min.Hepatic ultrasound,fasting blood tests,anthropometrics and body composition by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry were assessed.At baseline and follow-up,patients filled out a detailed semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire reporting their habitual nutritional intake.Steatosis was quantified by the hepatorenal-ultrasound index(HRI)representing the ratio between the brightness level of the liver and the right kidney.The HRI has been previously demonstrated to be highly reproducible and was validated against liver biopsy and proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy.RESULTS:Eighty two patients with primary NAFLD were randomized to receive 3 mo of either RT or stretching.After dropout or exclusion from analysis because of protocol violation(weight change>3 kg),thirty three patients in the RT arm and 31 in the stretching arm completed the study per protocol.All baseline characteristics were similar for the two treatment groups with respect to demographics,anthropometrics and body composition,blood tests and liver steatosis on imaging.HRI score was reduced significantly in the RT arm as compared to the stretching arm(-0.25±0.37 vs-0.05±0.28,P=0.017).The RT arm had a significantly higher reduction in total,trunk and android fat with increase in lean body mass.There was no correlation between the reduction in HRI in the RT arm and weight change during the study,but it was positively correlated with the change in trunk fat(r=0.37,P=0.048).The RT arm had a significant reduction in serum ferritin and total cholesterol.There was no significant difference between arms in dietary changes and these did not correlate with HRI change.CONCLUSION:Three months RT improves hepatic fat content accompanied by favorable changes in body composition and ferritin.RT may serve as a complement to treatment of NAFLD. | Shira Zelber-Sagi Assaf Buch Hanny Yeshua Nahum Vaisman Muriel Webb Gil Harari Ofer Kis Naomi Fliss-Isakov Elena Izkhakov Zamir Halpern Erwin Santo Ran Oren Oren Shibolet | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,15: | 17 |
| 15 | Stability analysis of large-scale stope using stage subsequent fillingmining method in Sijiaying iron mine显示文摘To improve mining production capacity, a stage subsequent filling mining(SSFM) method is employed for Sijiaying iron mine. The height of the stage stope is approximately 100 m. As there are farmlands and villages on the surface of the mine, the surface deformation should be controlled when the ore is mined out for the purpose of stope stability and minimizing surface subsidence. In this paper, according to the site-specificgeological conditions, the self-stability of the stagefi lling body was analyzed, and the failure mechanism of back filling body was defined. Thus the relationship between the exposed height of filling body and the required strength was obtained. Next, the stability of back filling body and the characteristics of surface subsidence due to mining of 450 m level were analyzed using physical modeling.Finally, a three-dimensional numerical model was established using FLAC3 D, with which the surface subsidence and the stability of stope were achieved. The results show that the stope basically remains stable during the two-step recovery process. | 17 | Evaluation of ecosystem services of Chinese pine forests in China显示文摘Evaluation of forest ecosystem services is a hot topic,both in China and at abroad,but it has not yet obtained a consistency of evaluation indicator systems and evaluation methods.Under the framework of evaluation criteria to be implemented for forest ecosystem services,years of consecutive observation data from Long Term Ecological Research Stations affiliated to Chinese Forest Ecosystem Research Network(CFERN),forest resource inventory and public data were applied to carry out a detailed and dynamic evaluation on the physical quantity and value of ecosystem services of Chinese pine forests in China.The results showed that the above services had the total value and unit value of 1144.9640 billion(1.1449640×10 12 )RMB and 52.074 thousand RMB per hectare per year,respectively during the 9th Five-year Plan(1996―2000),and of 1190.5461 billion RMB and 52.101 thousand RMB per hectare per year,respectively,during the 10th Five-year Plan(2001―2005).For Chinese pine forests,water conservation was 40.40 hundred million cubic meters annually,soil conservation was 67 million tons and C fixation 9 million tons annually,production of healthful negative ions was 1.96×10 20 , absorption of SO2 was 5.02 hundred million kilograms and dust-catching was 759.10 hundred million kilograms. | 18 | Effects of Tai Ji Quan training on gait kinematics in older Chinese women with knee osteoarthritis: A randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background: Although Tai Ji Quan has been shown to relieve pain and improve functional mobility in people with knee osteoarthritis(OA), little is known about its potential benefits on gait characteristics among older Chinese women who have a high prevalence of both radiographic and symptomatic knee OA. This study aims to assess the efficacy of a tailored Tai Ji Quan intervention on gait kinematics for older Chinese women with knee OA.Methods: A randomized controlled trial involving 46 older women in Shanghai, China, with clinically diagnosed knee OA. Randomized(1:1)participants received either a 60 min Tai Ji Quan session(n = 23) 3 times weekly or a 60 min bi-weekly educational session(n = 23) for 24 weeks.Primary outcomes were changes in gait kinematic measures from baseline to 24 weeks. Secondary outcomes included changes in scores on the Western Ontario and Mc Master University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) and Short Physical Performance Battery(SPPB).Results: After 24 weeks the Tai Ji Quan group demonstrated better performance in gait velocity(mean difference, 8.40 cm/s, p = 0.01), step length(mean difference, 3.52 cm, p = 0.004), initial contact angle(mean difference, 2.19°, p = 0.01), and maximal angle(mean difference, 2.61°,p = 0.003) of flexed knees during stance phase compared to the control group. In addition, the Tai Ji Quan group showed significant improvement in WOMAC scores(p < 0.01)(mean difference,-4.22 points in pain, p = 0.002;-2.41 points in stiffness, p < 0.001;-11.04 points in physical function, p = 0.006) and SPPB scores(mean difference, 1.22 points, p < 0.001).Conclusion: Among older Chinese women with knee OA, a tailored Tai Ji Quan intervention improved gait outcomes. The intervention also improved overall function as indexed by the WOMAC and SPPB. | 19 | Numerical simulation of gas flow process in mining-induced crack network显示文摘The exploitation of coal bed methane or coal gas is one of the most effective solutions of the problem of coal gas hazard.A better understanding of gas flow in mining-induced cracks plays an important role in comprehensive development and utilization of coal gas as well as prevention of coal gas hazard.This paper presents a case study of gas flow in mining-induced crack network regarding the situation of low permeability of coal seam.A two-dimensional physical model is constructed on the basis of geological background of mining face No.1122(1) in coal seam No.11-2,Zhangji Coal Mine,Huainan Mining Group Corporation.The mining-induced stress and cracks in overburden rocks are obtained by simulating an extraction in physical model.An evolution of mining-induced cracks in the process of advancing of coal mining face is characterized and three typical crack networks are taken from digital photos by means of image analysis.Moreover,the numerical software named COMSOL Multiphysics is employed to simulate the process of gas flow in three representative crack networks.Isograms of gas pressure at various times in mining-induced crack networks are plotted,suggesting a shape and dimension of gas accumulation area. | Zhou Hongwei Liu Jinfeng Xue Dongjie Yi Haiyang Xue Junhua | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,6: | 14 |

Accordingly, international standard organizations, operators, and equipment manufacturers are focusing extensively on 5 G security technology. This paper analyzes the security requirements of 5 G business applications, network architecture, the air interface, and user privacy. The development trends of5 G security architecture are summarized, with a focus on endogenous defense architecture, which represents a new trend in 5 G security development.
