1Meckel's diverticulum masked by a long period of intermittent recurrent subocclusive episodes显示文摘Meckel's diverticulum(MD) is the most frequent congenital abnormality of the small bowel and it is often diff icult to diagnose.It is usually asymptomatic but approximately 4% are symptomatic with complications such as bleeding,intestinal obstruction,and inflammation.The authors report a case of a 7-year-old boy with a one-year history of recurrent periumbilical colicky pain with associated alimentary vomiting,symptoms erroneously related to a cyclic vomiting syndrome but not to MD.The clinical features and the differential diagnostic methods employed for diagnosis of MD are discussed.Daniela Codrich Andrea Taddio Jurgen Schleef Alessandro Ventura Federico Marchetti 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,22:3

3Sand transport in multiphase flow mixtures in a horizontal pipeline:An experimental investigation显示文摘An inherent problem with both oil and natural gas production is the deposition of sand particles in pipeline,which could lead to problems such as excessive pressure drops,equipment failure,pipeline erosion,and production decline.The characterization of sand particles transport and sedimentation in different flow systems such as sandemultiphase mixtures is vital to predict the sand transport velocity and entrainment processes in oil and gas transportation pipelines.However,it seems that no model exists able to accurately characterize the sand transport and deposition in multiphase pipeline.In fact,in the last decade several researchers tried to extend the modeling of liquid-solid flow to gas-liquid-solid flow,but no significant results have been obtained,especially in slug flow condition due to the complexity of the phenomenon.In order to develop and validate a mathematical model properly formulated for the calculation of the sand critical deposition velocity in gas-liquid flow,more and more experimental data are necessary.This paper presents a preliminary experimental study of three phase flows(air-water-sand)inside a horizontal pipe and the application of the sand-liquid models present in literature.Significant observations were made during the experimental study from which several conclusions were drawn.Different sand flow regimes were established by physical observation and data analysis:fully dispersed solid flow,moving dunes and stationary bed.The critical deposition velocities were determined at different sand concentrations.It was concluded that sand transport characteristics and the critical deposition velocity are strongly dependent on the gas-liquid flow regime and on sand concentration.Mariella Leporini Barbara Marchetti Francesco Corvaro Giuseppe di Giovine Fabio Polonara Alessandro Terenzi 2019Petroleum2019,5,2:1

10^(23)Na relaxometry: An overview of theory and applications显示文摘^(23)Na is a nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)-active isotope with a nuclear spin quantum number of 3/2.^(23)Na relaxation phenomenon is at the core of ^(23)Na NMR measurement and analysis.Due to the dominance of quadrupolar interaction,the relaxation behavior of ^(23)Na is physically and mathematically more complex than that of a typical spin-1/2 isotope.In this review,we overview the semi-classical Redfield theory for deriving the formulations of ^(23)Na relaxation.We show that the relaxation behaviors of ^(23)Na can be quantitatively described by constructing the spectral density functions based on the second-order perturbation theory.In addition,we summarize the applications of ^(23)Na relaxometry in different research fields,including biomedicine,sodium ion batteries,and quantum information processing.Because sodium is an essential element in our body,food and industrial materials,the research on sodium by ^(23)Na NMR emerges as important future directions.The theoretical and practical understandings on ^(23)Na relaxation are the step stones for mastering advanced ^(23)Na NMR techniques.Yifan Song Yu Yin Qinlong Chen Alessandro Marchetti Xueqian Kong 2023Magnetic Resonance Letters2023,3,2:0

12Pipeline wax deposition modeling:A sensitivity study on two commercial software显示文摘This paper presents the results of a sensitivity study carried out to investigate the performances of two commercial codes,OLGA and LedaFlow,used to model the wax deposition process in pipelines under multiphase flow.Reliable simulations of the phenomenon are essential to properly design pipelines and to adopt cost-effective strategies for prevention and removal of wax deposits,reducing the risks of blockage.The main limit of the available models is that their predictions depend on a number of parameters which are usually adjusted to fit the experimental data obtained from laboratory deposition tests.Since a reliable upscale criterion has not been developed yet,model predictions have been more suitably validated using real field data,reported in literature.The performances of the commercial codes in modelling wax precipitation and deposition have been compared to each other.Giancarlo Giacchetta Barbara Marchetti Mariella Leporini Alessandro Terenzi Davide Dall’Acqua Laura Capece Roberta Cocci Grifoni 2019Petroleum2019,5,2:0
13口腔种植体的锐钛涂层表面抑制细菌定植的有效性:一项导向性体内实验显示文摘目的:种植体周围炎的一级预防是种植体远期成功的关键因素.因此评估不同种植体表面的抗菌效能是至关重要的。本实验旨在探究相比于无涂层.种植体的锐钛涂层表面是否能减少细菌定植,并研究种植体细菌定植情况随时间变化的规律。材料与方法:选择18名应用种植修复的患者.于每名受试者两个相邻牙位分别植入有锐钛涂层及无涂层的种植体。在此后的4个时间点于每个种植体的4个位点取生物膜样本.并以多聚酶链式反应(PCR)检测伴放线放线杆菌.牙龈卟啉单胞菌.齿垢密螺旋体.福塞斯坦纳菌及中间普氏菌5种细菌的定植率。结果:因1名受试者中途退出及2个种植体未能形成骨结合.12个月的随访中我们取得植入的36个种植体中的32例.并于每个时间点收集到128个样本:总共512个生物膜样本参与分析。对比锐钛涂层与无涂层种植体.细菌种类及定植率无显著差别。但是.锐钛涂层组未见福塞斯坦纳菌生长。在第12月观察时间点可见锐钛涂层组种植体周骨水平更高,且差异有统计学意义。此外未见其他临床或影像学数据出现显著差异。结论:本实验中.相比无涂层种植体.锐钛涂层种植体的细菌定植情况似乎无显著差异。但是.本实验发现锐钛涂层组未见福塞斯坦纳菌生长,及在第12月观察时间点种植体周骨水平显著更高.这两点有必要进一步实验.以获得更有意义的结论。Alessandro Cucchi Mole Lucia Rinaldi Claudio Marchetti Giuseppe Corinaldesi 许彬欣(译) 张新春(审) 2020中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2020,23,2:0
