1Geochemistry of the subduction-related magmatic rocks in the Dahong Mountains, northern Hubei Province--Constraint on the existence and subduction of the eastern Mianlüe oceanic basin显示文摘The existence and subduction of the eastern Mianl黣 oceanic basin in the south Qinling belt are keys to understand the Qinling orogen. Based on geological mapping, several volcanic slices have been identified in Tumen, Zhoujiawan, Xiaofu and Yuantan areas, which distribute in the northern margin of the Dahong Mountains (DHM), and thrust into the Sanli-gang-Sanyang fault. These slices consist mainly of diabases, basaltic-andesitic lavas, pyroclastic rocks and a minor tuff. The geochemistry of the basalts, andesites,and diabases is characterized by depleting in Nb and Ta, enriching in Th and LILE (e.g.K, Rb, Ba), and undifferentiating in HFSE. These geochemical characteristics suggest that the original magma of these rocks was derived from a mantle wedge above a subduction zone, and formed in an island-arc setting in Carboniferous-early Triassic. Comparing with the ophiolites and island-arc volcanic rocks in Mianxian-Leyang area to the west, it is reasonable to consider that there had been an oceanic basin connecting with the Mianle ancient ocean to the westward, distributing along the south edge of the Tongbai-Dabie block. 2Geochemistry of the E-MORB type ophiolite and related volcanic rocks from the Wushan area, West Qinling显示文摘The mafic-ultramafic assemblages, which thrustthrust into the Wushan-Tangzang boundary fault as some blocks and outcropped in the Yuanyangzhen, Lijiahe, Lubangou and Gaojiahe area, consist mainly of meta-peridotites, gabbros and basalts. The meta-peridotites are characterized by high SiO2 and MgO contents, low ΣREE, as well as their chondrite-normalized rare earth element patterns show some similarities to that of middle oceanic meta-peridotite. The basalts from the Yuanyangzhen, Lijiahe and Lubangou area are characterized by relatively high TiO2 content, low Al2O3 content and Na2O>>K2O. Above all, it is the slight enrichment or flat REE distribution patterns and the unfractionated in HFS elements in the primitive-normalized trace elements distribution patterns that indicate these basalts are similar to that of the typical E-MORB. In comparison, the basalts from the Gaojiahe section are featured by depletion in Nb and Ta contents and enrichment in Th content which show that these were derived from an island-arc setting. From studies of the regional geology, petrology, geochemistry, geo- chronology and all above evidence, it can be suggested that the mafic-ultramafic rocks from the Wushan area are mainly dismembered E-MORB type ophiolite, which represent the fragments of the lithosphere of the Early-Paleozoic Qinling ocean. It is preferred that these rocks were formed in an initial mid-ocean ridge setting during the beginning stage of the oceanic basin spreading. 3Recent progress of nanogenerators acting as biomedical sensors in vivo显示文摘Since the nanogenerator(NG) was invented in 2006, it has been successfully developed and utilized to harvest various forms of mechanical energy in vivo. The NGs promote the progress of self-powered biomedical devices. Moreover, NGs can also be used as sensors to detect a variety of important physiological signals, which brings us closer to real-time, high-fidelity monitoring of physical and pathological information. This paper summarizes the in vivo applications of NGs as biomedical sensors, including in cardiac sensors, respiration sensors, blood pressure sensors, gastrointestinal sensors and bladder sensors.However, there are still many challenges in using NGs as sensors in vivo. For example, how can we minimize and encapsulate the NGs, how can we increase the stability and reliability during long-term detection, and how can we establish a corresponding relationship between the NG’s electrical output and the physiological signals. It is also critical to follow the medical principles more closely in the development of self-powered sensors in the future. 4Catalysis of organic pollutant photodegradation by metal phthalocyanines immobilized on TiO_2@SiO_2显示文摘A TiO2@SiO2 hybrid support was prepared by the sol-precipitation method using n-octylamine as a template.The photocatalyst manganese phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid (MnPcS) was immobilized on the support to form MnPcS-TiO2@SiO2.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Visible diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-Vis DRS) were employed to characterize the catalyst.The photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) and the catalytic oxidation of o-phenylenediamine (OPDA) under visible light irradiation were used as probe reactions.The mineralization efficiency and the degradation mechanism were evaluated using chemical oxygen demand (COD Cr) assays and electron spin resonance (ESR),respectively.RhB was efficiently degraded by immobilized MnPcS-TiO2@SiO2 under visible light irradiation.Complete decolorization of RhB occurred after 240 min of irradiation and 64.02% COD Cr removal occurred after 24 h of irradiation.ESR results indicated that the oxidation process was dominated by the hydroxyl radical (·OH) and superoxide radical (O-·2) generated in the system.WANG ShuLian FANG YanFen YANG Yong LIU JunZi DENG AnPing ZHAO XiaoRong HUANG YingPing 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,10:5
5Preparation and evaluation of bis(diallyl alkyl tertiary ammonium salt) polymer as a promising adsorbent for phosphorus removal显示文摘Problems associated with water eutrophication due to high phosphorus concentrations and related environmentally safe solutions have attracted wide attention.A novel bis(diallyl alkyl tertiary ammonium salt)polymer,particularly poly(N1,N1,N6,N6-tetraallylhexane-1,6-diammonium dichloride)(PTAHDADC),was synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,scanning electron microscopy,mercury intrusion method,and thermogravimetric analysis.The adsorption characteristics in phosphorus were evaluated in dilute solution,and the recycling properties of PTAHDADC were investigated.Results showed that PTAHDADC possessed macropores with a size distribution ranging from 30 to 130μm concentrating at 63μm in diameter and had 46.52%of porosity,excellent thermal stability below 530 K,and insolubility.PTAHDADC could effectively remove phosphorus at p H=7–11 and had a removal efficiency exceeding 98.4%at pH=10–11.The adsorption equilibrium data of PTAHDADC for phosphorus accorded well with the Langmuir and pseudo-second-order kinetic models.Maximum adsorption capacity was 52.82 mg/g at 293 K.PTAHDADC adsorbed phosphorus rapidly and reached equilibrium within 90 min.Calculated activation energy Eawas 15.18 k J/mol.PTAHDADC presented an excellent recyclability with only 8.23%loss of removal efficiency after five adsorption–desorption cycles.The morphology and structure of PTAHDADC slightly changed as evidenced by the pre-and post-adsorption of phosphorus,but the process was accompanied by the partial deprotonation of the(–CH2)3-NH+group of PTAHDADC.The adsorption was a spontaneous exothermic process driven by entropy through physisorption,electrostatic attraction,and ion exchange.Survey results showed that PTAHDADC was a highly efficient and fast-adsorbing phosphorus-removal material prospective in treating wastewater.Zhengchi Yang Lihua Liu Lu Zhao Gang Su Zuoxiao Wei Anping Tang Jianrong Xue 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,12:3
6Emerging Negative Warming Impacts on Tibetan Crop Yield显示文摘Preserving Tibet’s unique history and cultural heritage relies on the sustainability of the Tibetan croplands,which are characterized by highland barley,the only cereal crop cultivated over 4000 m above sea level.Yet it is unknown how these croplands will respond to climate change.Here,using yield statistics from 1985 to 2015,we found that the impact of temperature anomalies on the Tibetan crop yield shifted from nonsignificant(P>0.10)in the 1980s and 1990s to significantly negative(P<0.05)in recent years.Meanwhile,the apparent sensitivity of the crop yield to temperature anomalies almost doubled,from(–0.13±0.20)to(–0.22±0.14)t·ha^(-1)℃^(–1).The emerging negative impacts of higher temperatures suggest an increasing vulnerability of Tibetan croplands to warmer climate.With global warming scenarios of+1.5 or+2.0℃above the pre-industry level,the temperature sensitivities of crop yield may further increase to(–0.33±0.10)and(–0.51±0.18)t·ha^(-1)℃^(–1),respectively,making the crops 2–3 times more vulnerable to warmer temperatures than they are today.Tsechoe Dorji Shilong Piao Xuhui Wang Chuang Zhao Baohua Liu Anping Chen Shiping Wang Tao Wang 2022Engineering2022,8,7:2

9Stereo mapping of Ming Great Wall with remote sensing显示文摘Listed by UNESCO in 1987 as a World Heritage site,the world-famous Ming Great Wall stretches several thousands of kilometers across northern China,and served as a massive military defensive system which in recent times has a unique historical,artistic and scientific value.Due to historical reasons and lack of advanced technologies,construction resources and conservation status of Ming Great Wall have not been investigated in any systematic manner;indeed,the extent of the Great Wall has not even been measured.This has resulted in a shortage of reliable first-hand scientific information on actual size,spatially resource distribution and preservation status of this World Heritage site.Driven by the urgent need to establish protection,research,renovation and management of Ming Great Wall,a comprehensive investigation and spatial mapping was jointly organized and completed by the State Bureau of Survey and Mapping and State Administration of Culture Heritage.High resolution digital stereo models at 1:10000 map scale covering the whole length of the Ming Great Wall have been created by photogrammetric reconstruction using nearly ten thousand aerial images.Spatial distribution and attributes of the wall sections,trenches and various subsidiary facilities in the surroundings of the Great Wall were measured with the help of digital photogrammetry workstations and results from field studies.Reliable and precise information about the Ming Great Wall has now been obtained and documented,including surface lengths,resource distribution,and preservation status.For example,the total length of Ming Great Wall is 8851.8 km,of which 6259.6 km is of actual wall,2232.5 km of natural terrain,and 359.7 km of trenches.In category lengths,1828.8 km is constructed of stone,3411.3 km of earth,249.6 km in brick,197.5 km of cliff wall and the rest 572.4 km of other means.Such information provides the scientific basis and strong platform in helping to delineate areas needing protection,in planning conservation and renovation programs,as well as digital archiving for posterity and web-based applications for modern promotions of one of the world's great attractions,the Ming Great Wall.CHEN Jun JIN ShuPing LIAO AnPing ZHAO YouSong ZHANG HongWei RONG DaWei YANG ZhaoJun 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,21:1

14The dating and temperature measurement technologies for carbonate minerals and their application in hydrocarbon accumulation research in the paleouplift in central Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘A new method for reconstructing the geological history of hydrocarbon accumulation is developed, which are constrained by U-Pb isotope age and clumped isotope((35)47) temperature of host minerals of hydrocarbon-bearing inclusions. For constraining the time and depth of hydrocarbon accumulation by the laser in-situ U-Pb isotope age and clumped isotope temperature, there are two key steps:(1) Investigating feature, abundance and distribution patterns of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon inclusions with optical microscopes.(2) Dating laser in-situ U-Pb isotope age and measuring clumped isotope temperature of the host minerals of hydrocarbon inclusions. These technologies have been applied for studying the stages of hydrocarbon accumulation in the Sinian Dengying gas reservoir in the paleo-uplift of the central Sichuan Basin. By dating the U-Pb isotope age and measuring the temperature of clumped isotope((35)47) of the host minerals of hydrocarbon inclusions in dolomite, three stages of hydrocarbon accumulation were identified:(1) Late Silurian: the first stage of oil accumulation at(416±23) Ma.(2) Late Permian to Early Triassic: the second stage of oil accumulation between(248±27) Ma and(246.3±1.5) Ma.(3) Yanshan to Himalayan period: gas accumulation between(115±69) Ma and(41±10) Ma. 15Genetic types and distinguished characteristics of dolomite and the origin of dolomite reservoirs显示文摘To find out the origin of dolomite, the precipitation of primary dolomite, and the formation of pores in dolomite, petrologic and geochemical characteristics of typical samples from Sichuan and Tarim Basin were analyzed based on the previous understandings, and three aspects of results were achieved.(1) A classification of dolomite origins based on petrologic features, forming environment, and time sequence was proposed, which shows clear boundaries of diagenetic and characteristic realms and evolved clues between different types of dolomite.(2) Petrographic and geochemical identification marks for different types of dolomite were presented, revealing that the orderly geochemical variation of different types of dolomite is the response to the change of forming environment of dolomite during continuous time sequence.(3) The contribution of dolomitization to the formation of porosity was re-evaluated, revealing that the porosity in dolomite was mostly attributed to the primary pores and supergene dissolution and burial dissolution, and early dolomitization was conducive to the preservation of primary pores. 16Vibration characteristics of frozen soil under moving track loads显示文摘Vibration due to moving traffic loads is an important factor which induces frozen soil damage; this paper analyzed these vibration characteristics of frozen soil foundation under track loads. Firstly, seismic observation array(SOA) technology was applied to monitor the three dimensional dynamic characteristics of frozen soil under movable track load in a permafrost region and seasonal frozen soil area. Secondly, a numerical simulation for the response of frozen soil under movable track load was performed based on finite element analysis(FEA). The results show that dynamic characteristics of frozen soil in perpendicular and parallel direction of the track are obviously different. In the direction perpendicular to the track, the vertical acceleration amplitude had an abrupt increase in the 9–10 m from the track line. In the direction parallel to the track, the acceleration in vertical and horizontal direction had a quick attenuation compared to the other direction. 17LA-ICP-MS U-Pb Age, Clumped and Stable Isotope Constraints on the Origin of Middle Permian Coarse-Crystalline Dolomite Reservoirs in Northwest Sichuan Basin, Southwest China显示文摘Objective The recent discovery of commercial natural gas accumulations in the Middle Permian coarse-crystalline dolomites in the northwest Sichuan Basin has attracted attention to the formation mechanism of these deep-burial carbonate reservoirs.Due to their temporal relationship to the flooded basalts that represent the end-Middle-Permian Emeishan Large Igneous Province(ELIP),the Middle Permian dolomites were prev iously thought to be products of hydrothermal dolomitization related to the ELIP magmatism.Field and core observations,however,show that the occurrence and distribution of these dolomites are not controlled by faults,the supposed conduits for hydrothermal fluids.Conversely,they are somewhat strata-bound.Hence,the objective of this study,by employing LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating,clumped isotope thermometry(047)and routine stable isotope geochemistry(C carbon,O oxygen and Sr strontium isotopes),is to re-evaluate the genesis of these dolomite reservoirs,with special attention focusing on the diagenetic environment and timing of dolomitization,and the attributes of dolomitizing fluids.PAN Liyin SHEN Anjiang HU Anping HAO Yi ZHAO Jianxin 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,4:0
18Twelve-week study of moxa smoke: occupational exposure in female rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the toxicity of moxa smoke in rats.METHODS: Forty-eight female Wister rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n = 12/group) to simulate moxa smoke exposure in Chinese medicine clinics(CMCs): the control group, and three moxa-smoke exposed groups of PM10 mass concentrations 3-5, 7-9 and 27-30 mg/m^3, respectively.These concentrations were 1 ×, 2-3 ×, and 7-9 ×fold the concentrations found in CMCs. Exposures continued for 12 weeks(200 min/d, 5 d/week).RESULTS: No deaths were noted. After the exposure, the body weights, ratios of organ weight to body weight, urinary parameters, hematological parameters, clinical chemistry parameters and microscopic examinations revealed no obvious toxicity.CONCLUSION: Moxa smoke did not induce toxic effects in female rats in the study. 19Phylogenetic Structure of Low Altitude Forest Communities in Baotianman Mountain显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to reveal the phylogenetic structure of low altitude forest communities in Baotianman Mountain.[Methods]Ten 20 m×20 m plots were set at an altitude of 249-796 m in Baotianman Nature Reserve,in which 62 plant species were found.A phylogenetic tree was established on Phylomatic website,and the community related phylogenetic indexes at low altitude were calculated and analyzed,including net relatedness index(NRI),nearest taxon index(NTI),phylogenetic diversity Faith's PD index,phylogeneticβdiversity PhyloSor index and Dnn index.[Results]The NTI and NRI values of low altitude forest communities were generally greater than 0,showing phylogenetically clustered communities,and habitat filtration was the dominant factor in community construction.Combined with the species abundance matrix of plots,it was found that PD index had a significantly positive correlation with species richness.Phylogeneticβdiversity PhyloSor index was larger in the lower altitude area,which was exactly opposite to Dnn index.In other words,the more similar the community,the closer the distance between species,and the communities were phylogenetically clustered.[Conclusions]The study can provide a scientific basis for forest community management and restoration.Jianghao ZHAO Yingying LIU Xiaoguo BAI Anping LI Yanjiao LI Shiping CHENG Guang QI 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,6:0
