1Research Progress of the Application of Big Data in China's Urban Planning显示文摘The arrival of the big data era facilitates the reform on related research and its application in the fi eld of urban planning from the mode of thinking to the technical method, which provides a technical foundation and platform for supporting the demands of residents as micro subjects in the process of city development. Beginning with analyzing the changes in urban planning thoughts under the infl uence of big data, this paper then summarizes the major reforms in urban planning research methodology and a city's plan formulation process caused by the application of big data, such as thinking mode, researching method, and planning process, based on which relevant issues like publicity and sharing of data, authenticity of data, and security of data that need to be further discussed and solved are analyzed, with the expectation of promoting the development of urban planning research and application in this new era.Dang Anrong Xu Jian Tong Biao Li Juan Qian Fang 2015China City Planning Review2015,24,1:7

4Correlation Between Serum C-Reactive Protein And Cystatin C In Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction And Carotid Artery Stenosis显示文摘To investigate the correlation between serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and serum cystatin C (Cys-C) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and carotid artery stenosis. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2016 admitted to our hospital new acute cerebral infarction parallel neck vascular color Doppler ultrasound examination showed 121 cases of carotid stenosis as the case group;select the same period of hospitalized patients with non-cerebrovascular disease in 50 cases As a control group. Fasting venous blood was collected on the third day after onset of the disease and serum levels of CRP and Cys-C were measured and compared. Results: Serum levels of CRP and Cys-C in case group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The correlation between serum CRP and Cys-C was found in any pairwise comparison (r = 0.4732). The level of CRP and Cys-C were closely related to the degree of carotid artery stenosis (P <0.05). 5Preparation and antibacterial properties of polycaprolactone/quaternized chitosan blends显示文摘This article is a preliminary study on antibacterial blends of polycaprolactone,chitosan and quaternized chitosan by melt processing.Blends were characterized,mechanical test and antibacterial evaluation against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,were conducted.Results showed that the antibacterial potential of chitosan was limited in blends and polycaprolactone/chitosan did not show significant antibacterial effect compared with neat polycaprolactone(PCL).Inhibition rates of polycaprolactone/quaternized chitosan were 39.2%99.9%against Escherichia coli,while inhibition rate was 40.9%99.9%against Staphylococcus aureus.When quaternized chitosan(QCTS)content was up to 20%,blends exhibited 99.9%inhibition rates against both two types of bacteria.Anrong Zeng Yangtao Wang Dajun Li Juedong Guo Qiaowen Chen 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4:0
