| 1 | Distribution,evolution and the effects of rare earths Ce and Y on the mechanical properties of ZK60 alloys显示文摘Eight kinds of Mg-RE alloys were prepared. The distribution,evolution,and effects of RE Ce and Y in the investigated alloys were studied by examining the mechanical properties of Mg alloys using X-ray diffraction and scan electron analysis,and by TEM observation. The results show that among the investigated alloys,ZK60-1.5%Ce and ZK60-1.0%Y possessed the optimal mechanical properties. Ce and Y were distributed on the grain boundary during casting. After extrusion and T5 (150°C/0-24 h) heat-treatment,Ce and Y were distributed along the extrusion direction and they existed in compound form for both as-casting and as-extrusion specimens. | 2 | Effects of cerium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy显示文摘AZ31 alloy with Ce addition was studied. The influence of Ce contents on the microstructure and tensile proper-ties of the alloy was analyzed. Ce addition results in the formation of Al4Ce and the annealed microstructure is improved by the addition. There was no recrystallization of the alloy after rolling, however, it did occur after annealing. The alloy can be strengthened by adding Ce and the alloy with 1.05 wt.% Ce possessed the best synthetical properties of all the tested alloys. | 3 | Mating system and pollination biology of a high-mountain perennial plant,Rhodiola dumulosa(Crassulaceae)显示文摘Aims Rhodiola dumulosa is a perennial herb growing in a naturally fragmented habitat of high-mountain rocks.This research aims to(i)investigate the mating system characteristics and pollination biology of R.dumulosa,(ii)study the effects of ecological factors on the mating system and pollination biology of R.dumulosa and(iii)assess the relationship between its pollination and mating system.Methods Mating system parameters were analysed using allozyme markers.Growth of pollen tubes from artificial self-and cross-pollination was also examined.Field investigations were conducted on insect flower visitation during the blooming period of R.dumulosa.Relationships among mating system,insect flower visitation frequency and environmental factors were assessed.Important Findings The results showed that(i)R.dumulosa has a mixed-mating system:it is self-compatible and primarily outbreeding,with the multilocus outcrossing rate(tm)ranging from 0.58960.078(6 standard deviation)to 0.84660.077;inbreeding coefficients of maternal parents(F)were zero,indicating that inbreeding depression was intense.(ii)Light intensity and temperature impacted the visitation of the principal pollinators,the syrphid Eristalis tenax and the bumblebee Bombus pyrosoma.(iii)Population size plays an important role in the mating system and pollination.Populations received more frequent visits by the principal pollinators usually had higher outcrossing rates.Pollination to some extent affects the mating system of R.dumulosa and it is important to maintain large populations to prevent further inbreeding and to maintain pollinators to facilitate outcrossing. | Lin Zhu Anru Lou | 2010 | Journal of Plant Ecology2010，3，3： | 2 |

| 8 | 齿肋赤藓的亲缘地理结构显示其在冰期出现扩张显示文摘青藏高原的快速隆升和干旱化对该地区植物的分布和群落结构产生了显著影响。然而,大部分的研究都集中在维管植物上,苔藓植物作为单倍体植物,在第四纪剧烈的地质和气候环境变化中是否与其他维管植物具有相似的种群动态历史尚不清楚。本研究以齿肋赤藓(Syntrichia caninervis)为研究对象,利用2个叶绿体片段和19个核卫星位点对27个齿肋赤藓种群进行了基因分型,并模拟其在末次间冰期潜在分布区,以期揭示齿肋赤藓的遗传变异、分化和种群动态历史。研究结果表明,齿肋赤藓种群在青藏高原、帕米尔高原-天山和中亚的遗传特征一致,其遗传变异主要发生在种群内和特定区域的种群内,但不同区域间存在明显的基因交流。生态位模型预测结果显示齿肋赤藓可能在冰期扩张,在间冰期收缩。这为第四纪冰期和间冰期耐旱苔藓植物应对环境变化的种群动态历史提供了新的证据。 | Benfeng Yin Yuanming Zhang Hongxiang Zhang Anru Lou | 2023 | Journal of Plant Ecology2023，16，2： | 0 |
