5Comparison of molybdenizing and NiCrAlY coating on Ti and Ti-6Al-4V显示文摘Two surface treatments, molybdenizing and depositing NiCrAlY coating, were applied to improve the microhardness and the oxidation re-sistance of titanium and Ti-6Al-4V. Coupons were analyzed using optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Vickers hardness and isothermal oxidation tests were carried out to evaluate the effects of these two surface treatments on the microhardness and oxidation resistance of the substrates. The post vacuum heat treatment of the NiCrAlY coating and the molybdenizing parameters were also discussed. It is found that molybdenizing can obviously in-crease the surface hardness of titanium due to the formation of β, α″, and α′ phases in the diffusion layer. As γ′ phase is formed after vacuum heat treatment, the NiCrAlY coating is effective in improving the surface hardness of Ti-6Al-4V. The NiCrAlY coating can obviously de-crease the oxidation rate of Ti-6Al-4V at 700-900°C, which can be attributed to the formation of Al2O3 and Cr2O3 mixed scale during the oxidation.PENG Xiaomin XIA Changqing LIU Yingying ZHANG Zhigao 2009Rare Metals2009,28,1:5
6Distribution,evolution and the effects of rare earths Ce and Y on the mechanical properties of ZK60 alloys显示文摘Eight kinds of Mg-RE alloys were prepared. The distribution,evolution,and effects of RE Ce and Y in the investigated alloys were studied by examining the mechanical properties of Mg alloys using X-ray diffraction and scan electron analysis,and by TEM observation. The results show that among the investigated alloys,ZK60-1.5%Ce and ZK60-1.0%Y possessed the optimal mechanical properties. Ce and Y were distributed on the grain boundary during casting. After extrusion and T5 (150°C/0-24 h) heat-treatment,Ce and Y were distributed along the extrusion direction and they existed in compound form for both as-casting and as-extrusion specimens. 7Ectopic expression of fungal EcGDH improves nitrogen assimilation and grain yield in rice显示文摘NADP(H)-dependent glutamate dehydrogenases(GDH) in lower organisms have stronger ammonium affinity than those in higher plants. Here we report that transgenic rice overexpressing the EcGDH from Eurotium cheralieri exhibited significantly enhanced aminating activities. 8Cost Minimization of Wireless Sensor Networks with Unlimited-lifetime Energy for Monitoring Oil Pipelines显示文摘Cyber-physical-system(CPS) has been widely used in both civil and military applications.Wireless sensor network(WSN) as the part and parcel of CPS faces energy problem because sensors are battery powered,which results in limited lifetime of the network.To address this energy problem,we take advantage of energy harvesting device(EHD) and study how to indefinitely prolong oil pipeline monitoring network lifetime by reasonable selecting EHD.Firstly,we propose a general strategy worst case-energy balance strategy(WC-EBS),which defines worst case energy consumption(WCEC) as the maximum energy sensor node could expend for oil pipeline monitoring WSN.When the energy collected by EHD is equal or greater than WCEC,network can have an unlimited lifetime.However,energy harvesting rate is proportional to the price of EHD,WC-EBS will cause high network cost.To reduce network cost,we present two optimization strategies,optimization workloadenergy balance strategy(OW-EBS) and optimization first nodeenergy balance strategy(OF-EBS).The main idea of OW-EBS is to cut down WCEC by reducing critical node transmission workload;OF-EBS confirms critical node by optimizing each sensor node transmission range,then we get the optimal energy harvesting rate in OF-EBS.The experimental results demonstrate that OF-EBS can indefinitely extend network lifetime with lower cost than WC-EBS and OW-EBS,and energy harvesting rate P in each strategy satisfies Pof-EBS≤P(OW-EBS)≤PWC-EBS.Changqing Xia Wei Liu Qingxu Deng 2015IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2015,2,3:3
9Indoor imitation experimental study on driving factors of rainfall-runoff process显示文摘The driving actions of rainfall-runoff process can be attributed to two aspects. The first is the influence of precipitation process, and the second is that of the ground pad. The re- search results of 179 indoor experiments conducted to imitate rainfall-runoff process indicate that both precipitation duration and intensity play important roles in affecting confluence lag time, which is obviously inconsistent with the traditional hypotheses. The nonlinear relationship is of great significance to the confluence curve especially when the precipitation duration is less than the total confluence time or the precipitation intensity is small. Therefore it can be concluded that the unit hydrograph (UH) can be applied to rainfall-runoff process imitation in the humid areas in the south China region. However, the UH application should be strictly modified in accordance with precipitation conditions in the arid and semiarid region of north China where the precipitation duration is short and the intensity is unstable. It will be hard to get ideal imitation results if the UH is applied blindly without considering specific conditions in the north China region. This also explains the unsatisfactory imitation results caused by using various hydrological models in the north China region. When the precipitation duration is short, and the watershed has not reached total watershed concentration, the characteristics of confluence change greatly, which reflects the actual situation in the north China region. Therefore necessary nonlinear corrections should be made when UH is applied. If the duration is longer than the total confluence time and the balance between pondage and discharge is stricken, the imitation research results will be applicable to both rainfall-runoff relation with longer duration in the south China region and the basic theoreti- cal research on runoff generation and concentration. On conditions of adequate rainfall, peak discharge is in linear relationship with intensity, but has nothing to do with the ground pad. There is a negative linear relationship between intensity and time to peak . 10Effects of cerium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy显示文摘AZ31 alloy with Ce addition was studied. The influence of Ce contents on the microstructure and tensile proper-ties of the alloy was analyzed. Ce addition results in the formation of Al4Ce and the annealed microstructure is improved by the addition. There was no recrystallization of the alloy after rolling, however, it did occur after annealing. The alloy can be strengthened by adding Ce and the alloy with 1.05 wt.% Ce possessed the best synthetical properties of all the tested alloys. 11Microstructures and Properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr Alloys with Minor Scandium显示文摘The microstructures of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloys with minor Sc were studied by using optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The tensile mechanical properties and electric conductivity of the studied alloys under different treatment conditions were tested. The results show that adding minor Sc can greatly fines the grain size of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy ingots and obviously improves the tensile properties and electric conductivity of the alloys. The strengthening mechanism is considered as fine grain strengthening, sub-structure strengthening and dispersion strengthening by Al3(Sc, Zr). 13Joint Algorithm of Message Fragmentation and No-Wait Scheduling for Time-Sensitive Networks显示文摘Time-sensitive networks(TSNs)support not only traditional best-effort communications but also deterministic communications,which send each packet at a deterministic time so that the data transmissions of networked control systems can be precisely scheduled to guarantee hard real-time constraints.No-wait scheduling is suitable for such TSNs and generates the schedules of deterministic communications with the minimal network resources so that all of the remaining resources can be used to improve the throughput of best-effort communications.However,due to inappropriate message fragmentation,the realtime performance of no-wait scheduling algorithms is reduced.Therefore,in this paper,joint algorithms of message fragmentation and no-wait scheduling are proposed.First,a specification for the joint problem based on optimization modulo theories is proposed so that off-the-shelf solvers can be used to find optimal solutions.Second,to improve the scalability of our algorithm,the worst-case delay of messages is analyzed,and then,based on the analysis,a heuristic algorithm is proposed to construct low-delay schedules.Finally,we conduct extensive test cases to evaluate our proposed algorithms.The evaluation results indicate that,compared to existing algorithms,the proposed joint algorithm improves schedulability by up to 50%.Xi Jin Changqing Xia Nan Guan Peng Zeng 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,2:3

16Developing polydopamine modified molybdenum disulfide/epoxy resin powder coatings with enhanced anticorrosion performance and wear resistance on magnesium lithium alloys显示文摘Epoxy resin powder coating has been successfully applied on the corrosion protection of magnesium lithium alloys.However,poor wear resistance and microcracks formed during the solidification have limited it extensive application.There are limited approaches to exploit such anti-corrosion and mechanical properties of magnesium lithium alloys.Herein,the epoxy resin powder coating with polydopamine modified molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating with 0,0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0 wt.%loading)was well prepared by melt extrusion to investigate its anticorrosion performance and wear resistance.The results revealed that the addition of MoS_(2)@PDA enhanced the adhesion strength between coatings and alloys,wear resistance and corrosion protection of the powder coatings.Among them,the optimum was obtained by 0.2 wt.%MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating which could be attributed to well dispersion and efficient adhesion with coating matrix.To conclude,MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating is meaningfully beneficial for the anticorrosive and wear performance improvement of magnesium lithium alloys.Shibo Chen Changqing Yin Yi Wang Shuang Yi Xiang Gao Xujuan Zhang Qiyu Liao Yuxin Zhang Xia Zhao Jinsong Rao Baorong Hou 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,9:2
