2Effects of silver nanoparticles with different dosing regimens and exposure media on artificial ecosystem显示文摘Due to the wide use of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) in various fields, it is crucial to explore the potential negative impacts on the aquatic environment of AgNPs entering into the environment in different ways. In this study, comparative experiments were conducted to investigate the toxicological impacts of polyvinylpyrrolidone-coated silver nanoparticles(PVP-AgNPs) with two kinds of dosing regimens, continuous and one-time pulsed dosing, in different exposure media(deionized water and XiangJiang River water). There were a number of quite different experimental results(including 100% mortality of zebrafish,decline in the activity of enzymes, and lowest number and length of adventitious roots) in the one-time pulsed dosing regimen at high PVP-AgNP concentration exposure(HOE)compared to the three other treatments. Meanwhile, we determined that the concentration of leached silver ions from PVP-AgNPs was too low to play a role in zebrafish death. Those results showed that HOE led to a range of dramatic ecosystem impacts which were more destructive than those of other treatments. Moreover, compared with the continuous dosing regimen, despite the fact that higher toxicity was observed for HOE, there was little difference in the removal of total silver from the aquatic environment for the different dosing regimens. No obvious differences in ecological impacts were observed between different water columns under low concentration exposure. 7Bismuth doped Sr_(2)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6)-δdouble perovskite as a robust fuel electrode in ceramic oxide cells for direct CO_(2)electrolysis显示文摘Electrochemical conversion of CO_(2)to CO is an economically feasible method for mitigating greenhouse gas emissions.Among various electrochemical approaches,solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs)show high potential for CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)-RR)due to their ability to operate at high temperatures,resulting in fast reaction kinetics and increased efficiency.Considering their main energy loss is still associated with the large overpotential at the fuel electrode,the development of the highly efficient and durable cathode for SOECs has been extensively searched after.Here,we propose an A-site doping strategy to enhance the properties of Sr_(2)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6)−δ(SFM),which improve its performance as a cathode in SOECs for CO_(2)-RR,demonstrating favorable activity and durability.The structural and physiochemical characterizations,together with DFT calculations,show that the partial replacement of Sr by Bi in the SFM double perovskite not only improves CO 2 adsorption capability at the catalyst surface but also enhances oxygen ionic conduction inside the bulk oxide,resulting in enhanced CO_(2)electrocatalysis performance in SOECs.Specifically,a La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)Ga_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_(3)−δ(LSGM)electrolyte-supported single cell with the new Bi-doped SFM cathode demonstrates a large current density of 1620 mA cm^(−2) at a cell potential of 1.6 V at 850°C with good operational stability up to 200 h.Bi-doped SFM thus represents a highly promising cathode for ceramic CO_(2)electrolyzers and could accelerate our transition towards a carbon-neutral society.Meiting Yang Zhen Yao Shuai Liu Jun Wang Anwei Sun Haoran Xu Guangming Yang Ran Ran Wei Zhou Gang Xiao Zongping Shao 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,33:0
8Integration of scRNA and bulk RNA-sequence to construct the 5-gene molecular prognostic model based on the heterogeneity of thyroid carcinoma endothelial cell显示文摘Thyroid cancer(TC)is a kind of cancer with high heterogeneity,which leads to significant difference in prognosis.The prognostic molecular processes are not well understood.Cancer cells and tumor microenvironment(TME)cells jointly determine the heterogeneity.However,quite a little attention was paid to cells in the TME in the past years.In this study,we not only reveal that endothelial cells(ECs)are strongly associated with the progress of papillary thyroid cancer(PTC)using single-cell RNA-seq(scRNA-seq)data downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)and WGCNA,but also screen 5 crucial genes of ECs:CLDN5,ABCG2,NOTCH4,PLAT,and TMEM47.Fur-thermore,the 5-gene molecular prognostic model is constructed,which can predict how well a patient will do on PD-L1 blockade immunotherapy for TC and evaluate prognosis.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)analysis demonstrates that PLAT is decreased in TC and the increase of PLAT can restrain the migratory capacity of TC cells.Meanwhile,in TC cells,PLAT suppresses VEGFa/VEGFR2-mediated human umbilical vascular endothelial cell(HUVEC)proliferation and tube formation.Totally,we construct the 5-gene molecular prognostic model from the perspective of EC and provide a new idea for immunotherapy of TC.Zhaoxian Ni Shan Cong Hongchang Li Jiazhe Liu Qing Zhang Chuanchao Wei Gaofeng Pan Hui He Weiyan Liu Anwei Mao 2024Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,2:0
