| 1 | 比较研究SiC和MoS2对铝基复合材料磨损行为影响(英文)显示文摘为了提高纯铝对钢的干滑动摩擦耐磨性,通过压制烧结混合粉末的方法制备不同SiC、MoS2和SiC/MoS2颗粒含量的铝基复合材料。显微结构分析表明,该合金结构致密,这与密度和硬度测试结果相吻合。在恒定载荷和滑动速度下进行复合材料与对偶为AISI 52100钢的销-盘式磨损试验。结果显示,当Al/SiC和Al/MoS2复合材料中增强相的最佳含量分别为10vol%和2vol%时,材料的磨损率最低;而Al/10SiC/2MoS2复合材料的磨损率和摩擦因数最低。扫描电镜观察表明,在纯铝中加入MoS2颗粒后,材料的主要磨损机理由粘着磨损转变为以磨粒磨损为主。对于Al/SiC和Al/SiC/MoS2复合材料,其主要的磨损机理为轻微的剥层磨损。Al/SiC/MoS2复合材料与Al/SiC复合材料的摩痕和磨损表面接近,表明SiC颗粒在这两种复合材料摩擦学行为中起主导作用。 | Mohammad ROUHI Mohammad MOAZAMI-GOUDARZI Mohammad ARDESTANI | 2019 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,6: | 7 |
| 2 | Potential habitat modeling for reintroduction of three native plant species in central Iran显示文摘Potential habitat modeling of endemic species is an appropriate method to maintain biodiversity,ecosystem function and rehabilitation of rangeland ecosystems.Astragalus caragana,A.cyclophyllon and A.podolobus are endemic in Iran's rangelands and some neighboring countries.The three native species could endure environmental stresses due to their distinctive ecophysiological characteristics.They play important roles in sustainable pastures production,recreation and improvement.They suffer severe threat from many factors including;grazing,agriculture and invasive exotic species.We analyzed the potential habitat of three native plant species in central Iran basing on the grid map with the resolution of 1-km.We used inventory records from field surveys,herbarium collections and 22 environmental factors to explore the environmental influences on given species distribution by Maximum entropy(Maxent) model.Maxent is a species distribution model that uses species occurrence and environmental data for predicting potential species.The results of our study indicated species occurrence has strong correlation with environmental factors such as mean temperature of wettest season,elevation and precipitation of coldest season.We evaluated the model accuracy by AUC(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve) based on an independent test data set.AUC values indicated the high power of Maxent to create potential habitat map(AUCA.caragana=0.988,AUCA.cyclophyllon=0.927,AUCA.podolobus=0.923).It is important to consider that AUC values tend to be lower for species that have broad distribution scope,such as A.podolobus distribution.Most suitable potential habitat distributions of the three species were predicted in the western and southwestern parts of rangelands in Isfahan province.Visual comparisons of the actual distribution map of the three species with produced Maxent maps represent a good agreement.In general,the model demonstrated that the occurrence of the given species is highly probable when the elevation is between 2,200 and 3,000 m and mean temperature of wettest season less than 3°C.This model,therefore,can be applied to recognize potential sites for rangeland reclamation projects. | Elham G ARDESTANI Mostafa TARKESH Mehdi BASSIRI Mohammad R VAHABI | 2015 | Journal of Arid Land2015,7,3: | 5 |
| 3 | Extraction of seed oil from Diospyros lotus optimized using response surface methodology显示文摘Oil from seeds of Diospyros lotus was extracted using a conventional method with two different solvents:hexane and petroleum ether. A central composite design with response surface methodology were used to optimize the process. A second-order polynomial equation was employed, and ANOVA was applied to evaluate the impact of various operating parameters including extraction temperature(x_1; 44.9–70.1 °C), extraction time(x_2;5.0–10.0 h) and solvent to solid ratio(x_3;11.6–28.4 mL g^(-1)), on oil yield. Experiments to validate the model showed decent conformity between predicted and actual values. Extraction conditions for optimal oil yield were 61 °C, 8.75 h extraction duration and 19.25 mL g^(-1) solvent to solid ratio. Under these conditions, the oil yield was predicted to be 5.1340%. Oil samples obtained were then analyzed using gas chromatography. The fatty acid composition revealed the major fatty acids to be oleic acid(C18:1) and linoleic acid(C18:2). The analysis of oil also demonstrated a decent ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The structure of seeds was imaged using scanning electron microscopy. Oil quality was analyzed thermogravimetrically and by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. | 4 | A two-dimensional limit equilibrium computer code for analysis of complex toppling slope failures显示文摘Evaluation of blocky or layered rock slopes against toppling failures has remained of great concern for engineers in various rock mechanics projects.Several step-by-step analytical solutions have been developed for analyzing these types of slope failures.However,manual application of these analytical solutions for real case studies can be time-consuming,complicated,and in certain cases even impossible.This study will first examine existing methods for toppling failure analyses that are reviewed,modified and generalized to consider the effects of a wide range of external and dead loads on slope stability.Next,based on the generalized presented formulae,a Windows form computer code is programmed using Visual C#for analysis of common types of toppling failures.Input parameters,including slope geometry,joint sets parameters,rock and soil properties,ground water level,dynamic loads,support anchor loads as well as magnitudes and forms of external forces,are first loaded into the code.The input data are then saved and used to graphically draw the slope model.This is followed by automatic identification of the toppling failure mode and a deterministic analysis of the slope stability against this failure mode.The results are presented using a graphical approach.The developed code allows probabilistic introduction of the input parameters via probability distribution functions(PDFs)and thus a probabilistic analysis of the toppling failure modes using Monte-Carlo simulation technique.This allows calculation of the probability of slope failure.Finally,several published case studies and typical examples are analyzed with the developed code.The outcomes are compared with those of the main references to assess the performance and robustness of the developed computer code.The comparisons demonstrate good agreement between the results. | Akbar Ardestani Mehdi Amini Kamran Esmaeili | 2021 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,1: | 4 |

| 7 | SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NANOSTRUCTURED-SEGMENTED BLOCK COPOLYETHERAMIDE BASED ON NYLON6 AND POLY(ETHYLENE OXIDE)显示文摘Segmented block copolymer based on nylon6(N6) and polyethylene oxide(PEO) with stochiometric ratio was synthesized via a two-step process.The first step represents end capping of N6 in the presence of adipic acid leading to carboxy terminated N6,and the second one is polycondensation of the latter product with PEO in the presence of catalyst and thermostabilizer to form a high molecular weight multi-block copolymer.Several methods were applied to characterize the synthesized copolymer such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,differential thermal analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The obtained results confirmed the multi-block structure for copolymer with a very high degree of micro-phase separation. | 8 | Effect of sub-zero cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low alloyed austempered ductile iron显示文摘The effect of sub-zero cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low alloyed austempered ductile iron has been investigated. Austempering of samples was performed at 325℃and 400℃after austenitizing at 875℃and 950℃. The sub-zero treatments were carried out by cooling down the samples to -30℃, -70℃and -196℃. The changes in volume fraction of austenite and mechanical properties were determined after cooling to each temperature. The austenite volume fraction of samples which were austenitized at 875℃and austempered at 325℃remained unchanged, whilst it reduced in samples austenitized at 950℃and 875℃for austempering temperature of 400℃. In these specimens, some austenite transformed to martensite after subzero cooling. Mechanical property measurements showed a slight increase in strength and hardness and decrease in elongation and toughness due to this transformation behavior. | S. Yazdani M.
