1高低角型青少年儿童颅面部水平和垂直向变化的纵向研究显示文摘目的 探讨高低角型青少年上下颌骨之间水平向和垂直向的变化特点。方法 根据 Bjork前颅基底稳定结构重迭法,头影测量40名青少年在自然头势状态下6、9、12、15岁和18岁拍摄的X线头颅定位侧位片,统计分析两种颅面型ANS-VER、Pg-VER、ANS-Pg、Me-HOR、Go-HOR和 Me-Go距的关系。结果 ①ANS-Pg距随着年龄增大而逐渐减小,低角型ANS-Pg距明显小于高角型,并随着年龄增大,这种差异逐渐加大。②高角型的 Me-Go垂直高度大于低角型,这种差异随着年龄增加而加大。③男女之间ANS-Pg距和Me-Go垂直高度差异无显著性。结论 高低角型之间上下颌骨矢状向和垂直向纵向生长变化不同。林新平 Arild Stenvik 2003口腔医学2003,23,5:14
2高低角型男孩颅面部软组织侧貌水平向生长变化的纵向研究显示文摘目的:探讨高低角型男孩颅面部软组织侧貌在水平方向的生长变化.方法:根据Bjork前颅基底稳定结构重迭法,头影测量20名男孩在自然头势状态下9、12、15和18岁的X线头颅定位侧位片,然后,统计分析颅面部软组织侧貌Ga、N'、Nasal、Sn、A'、Ls、Li、B'、Pg'及Gn'各点至垂直平面(Pr-VER)的水平向距离变化以及上下唇至美学平面(E-line)的垂直距离变化.结果:1)高低角型男孩在9~18岁期间额部、鼻根部及唇部与鼻尖的水平距离随年龄增加而增加,而颏部与鼻尖水平距离虽有增加,但在某些阶段其距离反而缩短.2)高角型男孩Ga、N'、Nasal、Pg'及Gn'点到Pr水平距离其各阶段各测量值明显大于低角型,可唇部表现则不同,高角型唇部比低角型表现为更为前突.3)高角型颏部向前生长移动幅度小于低角型,而唇部向前生长幅度明显大于低角型.相对于美学平面,低角型上下唇在9~18岁期间后退幅度明显大于高角型.结论:高低角型男孩颅面部软组织侧貌生长变化存在显著差异,其主要区别在于唇部及颏部.这对正畸临床诊断与治疗具有借鉴作用.林新平 林久祥 Arild Stenvik 2005口腔医学研究2005,21,3:9
3三种不同颅面型青少年下颌骨生长旋转的纵向比较研究显示文摘目的 :纵向比较不同颅面型青少年下颌骨生长旋转。方法 :根据Bjork前颅基底稳定结构和下颌骨稳定结构重叠法 ,头影测量 6 0名青少年在 6、9、1 2、1 5和 1 8周岁拍摄的X线头颅定位侧位片 ,统计分析三种颅面型RE Fcrb/REFml角 ,REFcrb/ML角和REFml/ML角的关系。结果 :①三种颅面型青少年生长发育期间 ,下颌骨整体旋转及基质旋转呈向前旋转 ,基质内旋转呈向后旋转。②低角型的下颌骨整体旋转和基质旋转向前旋转幅度大于正常型 ,高角型的向前旋转幅度最小 ,各种颅面型下颌骨基质内旋转幅度没有明显区别。③下颌骨生长旋转 ,男女之间无显著差异。结论林新平 Arild Stenvik 2003口腔医学研究2003,19,4:9
4Electro-Pulse-Boring(EPB): Novel Super-Deep Drilling Technology for Low Cost Electricity显示文摘The inexhaustible heat deposit in great depths(5–10km) is a scientific fact. Such deposit occurs around the globe. Thereby,everybody is enabled to generate autonomously clean and renewable energy,ample electricity and heat. The economical exploration and exploitation of this superdeep geothermal heat deposit requires a novel drilling technique,because the currently only deep drilling method(Rotary) is limited to about 5km,due to the rising costs,depending exponentially on depth. Electro-pulse-boring(EPB) is a valuable option to Rotary drilling. EPB,originally investigated in Russia,is ready to be developed for industrialization. The feasibility of EPB is proven by many boreholes drilled up to 200 m in granite(crystalline). Estimates show outstanding low costs for drilling by EPB: 100 €/m for a borehole with a large diameter such as 20'(50 cm),independent on depth and applicable likewise for sediments and crystalline rocks,such as granite. The current rate of penetration(ROP) of 3 m per hour is planned to be augmented up to 35m per hour,and again,irrespective whether in sedimentary or crystalline formations. Consequently,a 10km deep borehole with 50 cm will ultimately be drilled within 12 days. EPB will create new markets,such as:(i) EPB shallow drilling for geotechnics,energy piles,measures in order to mitigate natural hazards,etc.,(ii) EPB deep drilling(3–5km) for hydro-geothermics,exploration campaigns etc. and(iii) EPB super-deep drilling(5–10km) for petro-geothermics,enabling the economic generation of electricity. The autonomous and unlimited supply with cost efficient electricity,besides ample heat,ensures reliably clean and renewable energy,thus,high supply security. Such development will provide a substantial relief to cope with the global challenge to limit the climate change below 2 oC. 5Survival and an overview of decision-making in patients with cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND:Cholangiocarcinoma is rare,accounting for approximately 3%of all gastrointestinal cancers.This study aimed to identify the survival rate among surgically treated and palliated patients,and secondly to identify parameters that could predict a curative resection. METHODS:A total of 121 patients,55 men and 66 women, median age 70 years(range 31-91),who had been treated for cholangiocarcinoma in the period of 1990-2005 were evaluated retrospectively. RESULTS:Curative resection was performed in 40 patients (33%),whereas 81 received palliative treatment(67%).16% (19 of 121)of the patients had an explorative laparotomy without tumour resection.Age above 65 years(OR 3.4;95% CI 1.4-8.4;P=0.008),weight loss(OR 8.5;95%CI 1.5-46; P=0.01)or tumour location(The resection rate of hilar cholangiocarcinoma was lower than that of intrapancreatic cancer.)(OR 2.7;95%CI 1.7-4.5;P=0.001)predicted palliative treatment.The adjusted 5-year survival rate of patients who received tumour resection and palliative treatment was 30%and 1.2%,respectively(P<0.001).The survival rate of patients who were subjected to hepatectomy (70%)was better than that of patients who had a local or distal resection(20%)(P=0.02). 6不同颅面型青少年自然头势位重复稳定性的纵向研究显示文摘目的:纵向比较不同颅面型青少年自然头势位(NHP)的可重复性和稳定性。方法:根据Bjork前颅基底稳定结构重叠迭法,测量60例青少年在NHP状态下6、9、12、15和18岁拍摄的X线头颅侧位片,测量各样本的NSL/VER角,然后进行统计分析。结果:6岁与其他4个年龄段之间的NSL/VER角度平均变化值、标准差、方法误差明显大于9~18岁期间的各值,而可信度系数则明显偏低。9~18岁期间各阶段之间,3种不同颅面型青少年NSL/VER角度平均变化值、标准差、方法误差明显偏小,而可信度系数则明显偏高。横向比较发现,低角型青少年的NSL/VER角最大,正常型次之,高角型最小;但纵向比较变化值则发现,3种不同颅面型青少年的NHP变化方向及幅度均无显著差异。结论:6岁左右的年幼儿童NHP并不十分稳定,在拍摄头颅X线片及进行颅面部生长研究时应加以注意。9~18岁期间,3种不同颅面型青少年的NHP变化范围在3.4°~12.1°,明显小于颅内参考平面与垂直平面之间25°~36°的变化范围。3种不同颅面型青少年NHP在此期间都具有很好的可重复性和稳定性,以NHP作为参考平面进行头影测量研究是可靠的。林新平 Arild Stenvik 2005上海口腔医学2005,14,3:5
7高低角型女童颅面部软组织侧貌水平向生长变化的纵向研究显示文摘目的观察高低角型女童颅面部软组织侧貌在水平方向的生长变化。方法根据Bjork前颅基底稳定结构重迭法,头影测量20名女童在自然头势状态下9、12、15和18岁的X线头颅定位侧位片,统计分析颅面部软组织侧貌Ga、N’、Nasal、Sn、A’、Ls、Li、B’、Pg’及Gn’各点至垂直平面(Pr-VER)的水平向距离变化以及上下唇至美学平面(E-line)的垂直距离变化。结果①Pg’和Gn’与Pr点之间的水平距离在9~18岁期间未见显著变化,说明颏部软组织向前生长移动的速度接近于鼻尖部。②Ga、N’、Nasal、Sn、A’、Ls、Li、B’点与Pr-VER的水平距离以及Ls和Li至E-line距离在9~18岁期间随年龄增加而加大,说明上下唇及额部软组织向前生长移动的速度慢于鼻部及颏部。③除高角型女童在各阶段Pg’点至Pr-VER距离大于低角型,上下唇至E-line距离小于低角型外,其他测量值高低角型之间差异无显著性。④高低角型青少年儿童在9~18岁期间各测量项目的变化值之间差异无显著性。结论高、低角型女童在颅面部软组织侧貌生长变化方面差异无显著性,均表现为颏部及鼻部向前生长移动快于唇部及额部。林新平 林久祥 Arild Stenvik 2006口腔医学2006,26,1:4

9挪威海底隧道经验在厦门海底隧道建设中的应用(英文)显示文摘挪威在世界上拥有最多的海底隧道,最近30a共修建了40条海底隧道,总长达240km。尽管大部分隧道位于较好的地层条件,但也遇到与断层相关的复杂地质条件。挪威海底隧道规划与施工中的一个主要特点是封闭可能的渗水,多年的实践发展出一套系统的探测和封闭渗水的方法,挪威所有的海底隧道都应用了这一方法。据此,介绍该方法,同时介绍处理更为复杂地质情况的隧道建设经验,包括防止隧道的进一步坍塌以及所采取的冻结地层方法,进而还讨论有关把挪威海底隧道经验应用到厦门海底隧道规划与建设中的问题。厦门海底隧道某些段所处地质条件较差,极具挑战性。挪威顾问集团专家协助并正参与把挪威经验应用到厦门海底隧道的建设中去。Arild Palmstrom 黄子平 2007岩石力学与工程学报2007,26,11:3
