1Interaction between retanning agents and wet white tanned by a novel bimetal complex tanning agent显示文摘A promising and practical chrome-free tanning system has been developed based on a novel Al–Zr bimetal complex tanning agent.However,to achieve satisfactory resultant leather,the retanning process that is compatible with this emerging tannage needs to be investigated systematically.This paper aims to explore the interaction between the bimetal complex tanned wet white and retanning agents.The isoelectric point(pI)of wet white was 7.2,which was nearly the same as wet blue.The electropositivity of wet white was even higher than that of wet blue during post-tanning processes,resulting in higher uptake rate of retanning agents.The distribution of various retanning agents in wet white was analyzed by pI measurement of layered leather and fluorescent tracing technique.The retanning agents were unevenly distributed throughout the cross-section,which might be an important restriction factor in obtaining satisfactory organoleptic properties of the crust leather.This fact is mainly due to the strong electrostatic interaction between anionic retanning agents and wet white.Applying a high dosage of multiple retanning agents in a proper sequence of addition benefited the full penetration of retanning agents in leather matrix and thus improved the organoleptic properties of crust leather.This work provides guidance for optimizing retanning process of the wet white leather.Wanli Huang Ying Song Yue Yu Ya-nan Wang Bi Shi 2020Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2020,2,1:7
2The Improvement Effects of NaH_(2)PO_(4) and KH_(2)PO_(4) on the Properties of Magnesium Oxysulfate Cement显示文摘Sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH_(2)PO_(4)) and potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH_(2)PO_(4)) were selected as additives for magnesium oxysulfate (MOS) cement.The phase composition and the microstructure of MOS cement were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DSC),Flourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).It is found that both NaH_(2)PO_(4) and KH_(2)PO_(4) lead to an increase in the compressive strength and an improvement in the volume stability of MOS cement.The XRD,MIP and SEM results show that the addition of NaH_(2)PO_(4) or KH_(2)PO_(4) does not change the phase composition of MOS cement but promotes the formation of strength phase of 5Mg(OH)_(2)·MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O (5·1·7 phase).This phase brings a considerable improvement in the microstructure of MOS cement,which has a positive effect on the properties of MOS cement.王南 余红发 BI Wanli GUAN Yan GONG Wei ZHANG Na WU Chengyou 2021Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,1:3
3Non-isothermal Kinetic Analysis on the Thermal Decomposition of the Phase 517 from Hydration Product of Magnesium Sulfide Cement显示文摘In order to better understand the thermodynamic properties of magnesium oxysulfate(MOS)cement,pure reagent was analyzed to prepare magnesium sulfide cement,non-isothermal kinetics calculation of the main hydration products was also carried out,and the conversion process of magnesium sulfide cement 517 phase at different temperatures was investigated.Composition of magnesium sulfide cement prepared was measured by XRD technique,and decomposed by a comprehensive thermal analyzer,and DSC curves of magnesium sulfide cement under different temperature rising rates were processed by Kinssinger method and Dolye-Ozawa method.According to the TG-DSC curves of magnesium sulfide cement,the thermal decomposition reaction process can be divided into five stages under normal conditions.The DSC curve was processed by Kinssinger method and Dolye-Ozawa method,and the kinetic analysis was carried out to calculate the 517 phase activation energy of magnesium sulfide cement.The three stages correspond to different activation energies.Therefore,flame retardant mechanism and thermal decomposition mechanism of magnesium sulfide cement based materials are deduced.CUI Baodong GUAN Yan BI Wanli 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,2:1

7Synthesis of Magnesium Aluminate Spinel-corundum Composite with Waste Slide Plate and Magnesia Carbon Brick显示文摘Magnesium aluminate spinel-corundum composite was prepared with waste slide plate and magnesia carbon brick. Microstructure and sintering ability of as-prepared magnesium aluminate spinel-corundum composite were investigated with XRD, SEM, and DSC/TG. With the addition of waste slide plate increasing or synthesis temperature rising, the bulk density of the specimen increases and the apparent porosity decreases, but the crystallinity of the specimen decreases and the magnesium aluminate spinel phase increases. The obtained composite contains 72% spinel and 26% corundum. Primary phase and secondary phase are bonded by glass phase. 8Atomically Precise Metal Nanoclusters as Single Electron Transferers for Hydroborylation显示文摘The emergence of metal nanoclusters with atomically precise compositions and structures provides an opportunity for in-depth investigation of catalysis mechanisms and structure−property correlations at the nanoscale.However,a serious problem for metal nanocluster catalysts is that the ligands inhibit the catalytic activity through deactivating the surface of the nanoclusters.Here,we introduce a novel catalytic mode for metal nanoclusters,in which the nanoclusters initiate the catalysis via single electron transfer(SET)without destroying the integrity of nanoclusters,providing a solution for the contradiction between activity and stability of metal nanoclusters.We illustrated that the novel activation mode featured low catalyst loading(0.01 mol%),high TOF,mild reaction conditions,and easy recycling of catalyst in alkyne hydroborylation,which often suffered from poor selectivity,low functional group tolerance,etc.Furthermore,the catalyst[Au_(1)Cu_(14)(TBBT)_(12)(PPh_(3))_(6)]^(+)(TBBTH:p-tert-butylthiophenol)can be applied in highly efficient tandem processes such as hydroborylation−deuteration and hydroborylation−isomerization,demonstrating the utility of the introduced activation mode for metal nanoclusters.Wanli Zhu Sheng Zhang Weigang Fan Ying Yang Hongliang Zhao Wenwen Fei Hong Bi Jian He Man-Bo Li Zhikun Wu 2023Precision Chemistry2023,1,3:0
