MTBAC: A Mutual Trust Based Access Control Model in Cloud Computing显示文摘As a new computing mode, cloud computing can provide users with virtualized and scalable web services, which faced with serious security challenges, however.Access control is one of the most important measures to ensure the security of cloud computing. But applying traditional access control model into the Cloud directly could not solve the uncertainty and vulnerability caused by the open conditions of cloud computing. In cloud computing environment, only when the security and reliability of both interaction parties are ensured, data security can be effectively guaranteed during interactions between users and the Cloud. Therefore, building a mutual trust relationship between users and cloud platform is the key to implement new kinds of access control method in cloud computing environment.Combining with Trust Management(TM),a mutual trust based access control(MTBAC) model is proposed in this paper.MTBAC model take both user's behavior trust and cloud services node's credibility into consideration.Trust relationships between users and cloud service nodes are established by mutual trust mechanism.Security problems of access control are solved by implementing MTBAC model into cloud computing environment.Simulation experiments show that MTBAC model can guarantee the interaction between users and cloud service nodes. | LIN Guoyuan WANG Danru BIE Yuyu LEI Min | 2014 | China Communications2014,11,4: | 12
A review of key strategies in realizing power system resilience显示文摘The world is witnessing increasing frequency of extreme events. The power system is the backbone critical infrastructure of our economy and is under treat of such events. The resilient power system is intended to cope with low probability, high risk extreme events including extreme natural disasters and man-made attacks. Realizing resilience in the power system has been an unprecedented mission. Equipped with today’s smart grid technologies, power system can be rendered more resilient by the strategies taken before, during and after a disruptive event erupts. Based on a thorough review of existing works, we present the most-investigated problems and solving measures according to their application stage. In the preparation stage, innovative planning frameworks considering disaster scenarios are discussed; after the event, the system can alter the topology and integrate resource allocation to alleviate load shedding. The characteristics of different disasters are investigated to facilitate enhancing resilience. The review provides a summary of resilience strategies in the power system and can shed light to future research and application. | Yanling Lin Zhaohong Bie Aici Qiu | 2018 | Global Energy Interconnection2018,1,1: | 7
Epidermal growth factor receptor mutation analysis in cytological specimens and responsiveness to gefitinib in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients显示文摘Background: Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) mutation is the key predictor of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). We conducted this study to verify the feasibility of EGFR mutation analysis in cytological specimens and investigate the responsiveness to gefitinib treatment in patients carrying EGFR mutations. Methods: A total of 210 cytological specimens were collected for EGFR mutation detection by both direct sequencing and amplification refractory mutation system(ARMS). We analyzed EGFR mutation status by both methods and evaluated the responsiveness to gefitinib treatment in patients harboring EGFR mutations by overall response rate(ORR), disease control rate(DCR) and progression free survival(PFS).Results: Of all patients, EGFR mutation rate was 28.6%(60/210) by direct sequencing and 45.2%(95/210) by ARMS(P<0.001) respectively. Among the EGFR wild type patients tested by direct sequencing, 26.7% of them were positive by ARMS. For the 72 EGFR mutation positive patients treated with gefitinib, the ORR, DCR and median PFS were 69.4%, 90.2% and 9.3 months respectively. The patients whose EGFR mutation status was negative by direct sequencing but positive by ARMS had lower ORR(48.0% vs. 80.9%, P=0.004) and shorter median PFS(7.4 vs. 10.5 months, P=0.009) as compared with that of EGFR mutation positive patients by both detection methods. Conclusions: Our study verified the feasibility of EGFR analysis in cytological specimens in advanced NSCLC. ARMS is more sensitive than direct sequencing in EGFR mutation detection. EGFR Mutation status tested on cytological samples is applicable for predicting the response to gefitinib. Abundance of EGFR mutations might have an influence on TKIs efficacy. | Lin Li Zijin Zhang Zhixin Bie Zheng Wang Ping Zhang Xin Nie Yuanming Li Hui Wang Bin Ai Gang Cheng | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,3: | 5
Development of powdery mildew resistant derivatives of wheat variety Fielder for use in genetic transformation显示文摘Genetic transformation is widely used to improve target traits and to study gene function in wheat. However, transformation efficiency depends on the physiological status of the recipient genotype and that is affected by several factors including powdery mildew(PM)infection. The widely used recipient variety Fielder is very susceptible to PM.Therefore,it would be beneficial to develop PM resistant derivatives with high regeneration ability for use in genetic transformation. In the present study PM resistant lines CB037 and Pm97033 carrying genes Pm21 and PmV,respectively, were backcrossed to Fielder with selection for PM resistance.Five lines,NT89,NT90,NT154,and WT48 with Pm21 and line FL347 with PmV were developed, identified by molecular markers and genomic in situ hybridization(GISH)or fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH),and further subjected to detailed assessment of agronomic traits and regeneration ability following genetic transformation capacity.Lines FL347,WT48,NT89 and NT154 assessed as being equal to,or superior,to Fielder in regeneration and transformation ability are recommended as suitable materials for the replacement of Fielder for wheat gene transfer and genome editing study. | Xiaona Liang Xiaomin Bie Yuliang Qiu Ke Wang Zujun Yang Yuqi Jia Zhiying Xu Mei Yu Lipu Du Zhishan Lin Xingguo Ye | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,2: | 2

Analysis of cyclin E co-expression genes reveals nuclear transcription factor Y subunit alpha is an oncogene in gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: To explore genes potentially co-expressed with cyclin E in gastric cancer and discover possible targets for gastric cancer treatment. Methods: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) stomach adenocarcinoma sequencing data were used to predict genes co-expressed with cyclin E. Co-expression genes predicted by cBioPortal online analysis with Pearson correlation coefficient ≥0.4 were analyzed by gene ontology (GO) enrichment annotation using the PANTHER online platform (Ver. 7). Interactions between proteins encoded by these genes were analyzed using the STRING online platform (Ver. 10.5) and Cytoscape software (Ver. 3.5.1). Genes displaying a high degree of connection were analyzed by transcription factor enrichment prediction using FunRich software (Ver. 3). The significant transcription factor and cyclin E expression levels and their impact on gastric cancer progression were analyzed by Western blotting and Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis. Results: After filtering the co-expression gene prediction results, 78 predicted genes that included 73 protein coding genes and 5 non-coding genes with Pearson correlation coefficient ≥0.4 were selected. The expressions of the genes were considered to be correlated with cyclin E expression. Among the 78 genes co-expressed with cyclin E, 19 genes at the central of the regulatory network associated with cyclin E were discovered. Nuclear transcription factor Y subunit alpha (NF-YA) was identified as a significant transcription factor associated with cyclin E co-expressing genes. Analysis of specimen donors’ clinical records revealed that high expression of NF-YA tended to be associated with increased cyclin E expression. The expression of both was associated with progression of gastric cancer. Western blotting results showed that compared with normal tissues, NF-YA and cyclin E were highly expressed in tumor tissues (P < 0.001). Survival curve analysis clearly demonstrated relatively poor overall survival of gastric cancer patients with high cyclin E or high NF-YA expression level, compared to patients with low cyclin E or NF-YA expression (P < 0.05). Conclusions: NF-YA may promote gastric cancer progression by increasing the transcription of cyclin E and other cell cycle regulatory genes. NF-YA might be a potential therapeutically useful prognostic factor for gastric cancer. | Liang-Yu Bie Dan Li Yu Mu Sheng Wang Bei-Bei Chen Hui-Fang Lyu Li-Li Han Cai-Yun Nie Chang-Cheng Yang Lin Wang Chuan-Chuan Ren Wei-Jie Zhang Ping Guo Feng Shi Qing-Xia Fan Liu-Xing Wang Xiao-Bing Chen Su-Xia Luo | 2019 | Chronic Diseases and Translational Medicine2019,5,1: | 1

Visual information quantification for object recognition and retrieval显示文摘The rapid development of computer vision has led to an increasing amount of 3 D data, such as multiple views and point clouds, which are widely used in 3 D object recognition and retrieval.Intuitively, the quality of 3 D data is the most crucial factor that directly affects the performance of 3 D applications. However, how to evaluate the 3 D data quality, especially the multi-view data quality,is still an open question. To tackle this issue,we propose an entropy-based multi-view information quantification model(MV-Info model)to quantitatively evaluate the multi-view data information. Our proposed MV-Info model consists of hierarchical data module, feature generation module, and quantitative calculation module.Besides,it considers the information entropy theory for more reasonable quantification results. In our method, how much information we can observe from a group of views can be quantified, which can be used to support 3 D recognition and retrieval. We also designed a series of experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model. The experimental results demonstrate the rationality and validity of the proposed model. | CHENG JiaLiang BIE Lin ZHAO XiBin GAO Yue | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,12: | 1

Myokine interleukin-15 expression profile is different in suckling and weaning piglets显示文摘Interleukin-15(IL-15) is a cytokine highly expressed in skeletal muscle. The objective of the present study was to investigate the development of muscle IL-15 expression in suckling piglets and in early weaning piglets(day 14) at each level, that is, mRNA, protein, and secretion. Eight litters(eight piglets per litter) of newborn healthy piglets(Large × White × Landrace) with a similar initial weight(1618.0 ± 140.1 g) were chosen and divided into two groups, Group one used suckling piglets that were killed, respectively, at days 1,7,14,21, and group two used early(day 14) weaning piglets that were killed respectively, at days 15, 17, 19, 21. In group one, IL-15 gene expression levels increased significantly(P < 0.05) along with increased body weight over time. IL-15 protein expression levels in piglets at day 21 of age were higher(P < 0.05) than those in piglets at other ages, and there was no difference(P > 0.05)among piglets at other ages. These findings indicated that increased IL-15 mRNA expression did not result in a corresponding increase of its protein expression. In group two, which used early weaning piglets from days 15-19, IL-15 mRNA and protein expression levels increased constantly(P < 0.05) and were higher(P < 0.05) than those in suckling piglets. Moreover, there was no gain of body weight(P > 0.05) compared with suckling piglets at day 14 of age. However, IL-15 protein expression levels in early weaning piglets at day 21 of age dropped significantly(P < 0.05) to the levels as suckling piglets at day 21 of age, while body weight increased(P < 0.05) markedly to the levels as suckling piglets at day 21 of age. In both groups, the serum IL-15 levels of piglets decreased significantly(P < 0.01) over time. Taken together, our results indicate that IL-15 expression differs in suckling piglets and in weaning piglets. It is speculated that IL-15 may play an important role in counteracting the effects of early weaning stress. | Yehui Duan Fengna Li Bie Tan Binbin Lin Xiangfeng Kong Yinghui Li Yulong Yin | 2015 | Animal Nutrition2015,,1: | 1

Effects of diazepam on glutamatergic synaptic transmission in the hippocampal CA1 area of rats with traumatic brain injury显示文摘The activity of the Schaffer collaterals of hippocampal CA3 neurons and hippocampal CA1 neurons has been shown to increase after fluid percussion injury. Diazepam can inhibit the hyperexcitability of rat hippocampal neurons after injury, but the mechanism by which it affects excitatory synaptic transmission remains poorly understood. Our results showed that diazepam treatment significantly increased the slope of input-output curves in rat neurons after fluid percussion injury. Diazepam significantly decreased the numbers of spikes evoked by super stimuli in the presence of 15 μmol/L bicuculline, indicating the existence of inhibitory pathways in the injured rat hippocampus. Diazepam effectively increased the paired-pulse facilitation ratio in the hippocampal CA1 region following fluid percussion injury, reduced miniature excitatory postsynaptic potentials, decreased action-potential-dependent glutamine release, and reversed spontaneous glutamine release. These data suggest that diazepam could decrease the fluid percussion injury-induced enhancement of excitatory synaptic transmission in the rat hippocampal CA1 area. | Lei Cao Xiaohua Bie Su Huo Jubao Du Lin Liu Weiqun Song | 2014 | Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,21: | 1

Identification of bovine coronavirus in a Daurian ground squirrel expands the host range of Betacoronavirus 1显示文摘Dear Editor,Bovine coronavirus(BCoV)is a member of the species Betacoronavirus 1 in the genus Betacoronavirus, subgenus Embecovirus.Other members of the species Betacoronavirus 1 comprise porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus(PHEV),human coronavirus OC43(HCoVOC43),equine coronavirus(ECoV),and rabbit coronavirus HKU14(RbCoV HKU14)(Corman et al.,2018).BCoV is known to infect a wide range of mammals including domestic and wild ruminants, causing enteritis and pneumonia(Saif,2010).BCoV is ubiquitous in cattle worldwide, even in the respiratory and intestinal samples of healthy individuals, causing major economic losses to the beef and dairy cattle industries(Vlasova and Saif,2021).Importantly,it has been suggested that HCoV-OC43 originated in rodents, and that the major host of BCoV–cattle–acts as intermediate host(Kin et al.,2016;Forni et al.,2017;Corman et al.,2018;Cui et al.,2019). | Lin Xu Wei Liu Mengyu Bie Tao Hu Dong Yan Zhishu Xiao Edward C.Holmes Weifeng Shi | 2023 | Virologica Sinica2023,38,2: | 0
