1土壤增氧方式对其氮素转化和水稻氮素利用及产量的影响显示文摘以3种不同生态型水稻品种中浙优1号(水稻)、IR45765-3B(深水稻)和中旱221(旱稻)为材料,比较研究了不同增氧方式(T1-增施过氧化钙、T2-微纳气泡水增氧灌溉、T3-表土湿润灌溉和CK-淹水对照)下稻田土壤氮素转化和水稻氮素吸收利用特性。结果表明:1)增氧处理明显改善土壤氧化还原状况,3种增氧方式下土壤氧化还原电位均高于CK。稻田增氧促进土壤氮素硝化,在分蘖期和齐穗期T1、T2和T3的土壤硝化强度和脲酶活性均显著高于CK,反硝化强度显著低于CK。2)不同增氧处理对水稻氮素吸收的影响不同,在拔节期、齐穗期和完熟期3品种的植株氮素积累量均表现为T1、T2显著高于CK,而T3显著低于CK;在完熟期,T1处理下中浙优1号、IR45765-3B和中旱221植株氮素积累量分别较CK增加了21.2%、13.2%和17.0%,而T2处理下3品种的植株氮素积累量分别较CK增加了14.3%、6.9%和9.1%。3)与CK相比,T1和T2显著提高水稻籽粒产量和收获指数,氮素籽粒生产效率与CK无显著差异,而T3显著增加水稻氮素干物质生产效率和氮素籽粒生产效率。可见,施用过氧化钙和微纳气泡水增氧灌溉能有效改善稻田土壤氧化还原状况,不仅显著提高水稻产量,而且显著增强稻田氮的硝化而减少氮素损失,从而提高水稻氮素积累量和氮素收获指数。胡继杰 朱练峰 胡志华 钟楚 林育炯 张均华 曹小闯 Allen Bohr James 禹盛苗 金千瑜 2017农业工程学报2017,33,1:31
2增氧模式对水稻光合特性及产量的影响显示文摘【目的】研究不同增氧模式对水稻光合特性和物质生产的影响,并探讨适宜不同生态型水稻品种生长以及提高其产量的增氧模式,进一步明确稻田根部增氧对水稻生长的作用,为水稻好氧栽培提供参考和理论依据。【方法】以中浙优1号(水稻)、IR45765-3B(深水稻)和中旱221(旱稻)3种不同生态型水稻品种为材料,设置增施过氧化钙(T_1)、微纳气泡水灌溉(T_2)和表土湿润灌溉(T_3)等不同增氧模式以及淹水对照(CK),分别测定水稻叶片光合特性、干物质积累量和产量等指标。【结果】增施过氧化钙和微纳气泡水灌溉处理增加了3个水稻品种主要生育期的叶片SPAD值、叶面积指数、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和干物质量,水稻有效穗数和结实率显著高于对照;表土湿润灌溉处理下,3个品种的叶片SPAD值、叶面积指数、光合参数和干物质量下降,结实率显著低于对照,但提高了叶片水分利用率。完熟期,增施过氧化钙处理下,中浙优1号、IR45765-3B和中旱221稻谷产量分别较对照增加了22.38%、18.27%和18.17%;微纳气泡水灌溉处理下,3个品种稻谷产量分别较对照增加了13.89%、10.67%和8.85%;表土湿润灌溉处理下,产量分别比对照减少5.86%、8.19%和6.16%。【结论】增施过氧化钙和微纳气泡水灌溉有助于提高水稻叶片叶绿素含量、叶面积指数和光合作用能力,并显著增加水稻干物质积累和产量;而表土湿润灌溉处理下,水稻水分供应不足,叶片光合作用及产量均有所下降。胡继杰 朱练峰 钟楚 林育炯 张均华 曹小闯 禹盛苗 Allen Bohr JAMES 金千瑜 2017中国水稻科学2017,31,3:20
3Effects of salt stress on rice growth, development characteristics, and the regulating ways: A review显示文摘Rice(Oryza sativa L.) is highly susceptible to the rhizosphere salinity than other cereals.High sensitivity has been observed,mainly at vegetative and reproductive stages in rice.It is the duty of plant physiologists to comprehend the growth,development,and physiological processes of rice plants under stress.This paper includes the overview of rice growth and developmental processes influenced by salt stress and the regulation pathways involved in these processes.It also includes the promising salt tolerance strategies,i.e.,genetic modification techniques,agronomic practices to improve rice growth,yield,and role of phytohormones and their management,especially inhibition of ethylene biosynthesis by using inhibitors 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP).Rice cultivation may be a first choice for improvement of salt tolerance through plant growth regulators and improved cultivation techniques.This study will significantly improve the understanding toward low rice grain yield and poor rice resistance under salt stress and will also stream scientific knowledge for effective utilization of salt affected soils by using different regulating ways.Sajid Hussain ZHANG Jun-hua ZHONG Chu ZHU Lian-feng CAO Xiao-chuang YU Sheng-miao Allen Bohr James HU Ji-jie JIN Qian-yu 2017Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,11:19
4Differential expression of interleukin-1/Toll-like receptor signaling regulators in microscopic and ulcerative colitis显示文摘AIM:To investigate Toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling regulators in microscopic and ulcerative colitis patients.METHODS:Total RNA and microRNA were isolated from fresh frozen colonic biopsies of non-inflamed controls and patients with active or in-remission collagenous colitis(CC),lymphocytic colitis(LC),or ulcerative colitis(UC).We compared expressions of interleukin-1receptor-associated kinase(IRAK)-2,IRAK-M,interleukin(IL)-37,microRNA(miR)-146a,miR-155,and miR-21 using quantitative real time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:IRAK-M expression was increased in LC patients with active disease in histopathological remission(LC-HR;P=0.02)and UC patients(P=0.01),but no differences in IRAK-2 expression were detected compared to controls.miR-146a,-155 and-21 expressions were increased in LC-HR(P=0.04,0.07,and 0.004)and UC(P=0.02,0.04 and 0.03)patients.miR-146a and miR-21 expressions were significantly enhanced in UC patients compared to UC remission(UC-R;P=0.01and 0.04).Likewise,active CC patients showed significantly increased expression of miR-155(P=0.003)and miR-21(P=0.006).IL-37 expression was decreased in both CC(P=0.03)and LC(P=0.04)patients with a similar trend in UC patients but not statistically significant,whilst it was increased in UC-R patients compared to controls(P=0.02)and active UC(P=0.001).CONCLUSION:The identification of differentially expressed miRNAs,IL-37,and IRAK-M suggests different pathophysiologic mechanisms in various disease stages in LC,CC,and UC.Sezin Gunaltay Nils Nyhlin Ashok Kumar Kumawat Curt Tysk Johan Bohr Olof Hultgren Elisabeth Hultgren Hornquist 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,34:11
5溶解氧对稻田土壤氮素转化及水稻氮代谢影响研究进展显示文摘溶解氧(dissolved oxygen,DO)在稻田氮素循环和水稻生长发育中发挥了重要作用,深入研究溶解氧对稻田氮素转化和水稻氮代谢的影响,对减少稻田氮素流失和提高水稻氮素利用具有重要意义。近年来,研究已阐明了溶解氧对土壤固氮作用、氨化作用、硝化作用和反硝化作用等生物化学过程以及土壤微生物多样性的影响;大量研究也表明,溶解氧在水稻氮素吸收与利用中起到了关键作用。本文系统介绍了溶解氧浓度对微生物群落结构和活性的影响及其与稻田不同形态氮素间转化的关系,综述了水稻根系生长特性、氮素吸收和同化及相关氨基酸代谢对溶解氧浓度响应机理的最新研究进展,并针对现阶段稻田氧营养研究提出了水稻生产中存在的问题及研究展望。胡继杰 朱练峰 钟楚 张均华 曹小闯 禹盛苗 Allen Bohr James 金千瑜 2017生态学杂志2017,36,7:5

7螺杆菌感染与NF—κB p65蛋白表达相关性在人食管癌发生中的意义显示文摘目的研究人食管癌是否存在螺杆菌感染及其与NF-κB p65蛋白的关系,从而探讨在人食管癌发生中的意义。方法随机收集食管癌标本40例和正常食管标本10例,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增螺杆菌16SrRNA,随机选4例测序及同源比较。阳性者再扩增幽门螺杆菌(H.pylari,Hp)的特异基因相对分子质量(Mr)26×10^3的种特异性抗原和相关功能基因(GagA,VacA)。并采用免疫组化法检测食管癌组织中NF-κB p65蛋白的表达情况。结果32.5%(13/40)的食管癌组织中发现有螺杆菌16SrRNA基因存在,正常人食管组织无一例阳性。4例测序及同源比较,食管癌组织中螺杆菌序列与H.pylori的16SrRNA序列有99%~100%同源性。阳性标本均扩增出脚特异基因M,26×10^3种特异性抗原,但仅2例扩增出G田弘基因,3例扩增出VacA基因。免疫组化法染色显示,16SrRNA阳性的食管癌组织中NF-κB p65蛋白表达率为100%(13/13),而16SrRNA阴性食管癌组织表达率仅占18.5%(5/27),二者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论食管癌患者食管组织存在螺杆菌感染,该螺杆菌可能为脚。螺杆菌感染导致食管黏膜NF-κB p65蛋白表达的增加,可能在食管癌生成中作为信号传导机制之一。张丽 叶嗣颖 Ulrich Bohr 陈新山 田拥军 张小兵 2007中华微生物学和免疫学杂志2007,27,3:4
8Clinical and immunologic effects of faecal microbiota transplantation in a patient with collagenous colitis显示文摘One to six percent of patients with microscopic colitis are refractory to medical treatment. The effect of faecal microbiota transplantation(FMT) in active collagenous colitis(CC) has, to the best of our knowledge, never been reported before. Here, we report the effect of repeated FMT in a patient with CC. The patient presented with severe symptoms including profuse diarrhea and profound weight loss. Although she responded to budesonide in the beginning, she became gradually refractory to medical treatment, and was therefore treated with FMT. The patient remained in remission for 11 mo after the third faecal transplantation. The immunomodulatory effect of the therapy was evaluated using flow cytometry, which showed alterations in the profile of intraepithelial and lamina propria lymphocyte subsets after the second transplantation. 9Influence of solvent mixtures on HPMCAS-celecoxib microparticles prepared by electrospraying显示文摘Hypromellose acetate succinate(HPMCAS) microparticles containing the poorly-water soluble drug celecoxib(CEL) were prepared by electrospraying intended for oral drug delivery. Various solvent mixtures with different solubility for CEL and HPMCAS were used to induce changes in the polymer structural conformation of the microparticles. The performance of the prepared microparticles was evaluated by studying the solid state from, particle size and morphology, radial drug distribution and drug release. CEL was amorphous in all electrosprayed HPMCAS microparticles. The particle size and morphology was dependent on the solubility of HPMCAS in the solvent mixture used with poorer solvents resulting in smaller microparticles with rougher appearance. The CEL distribution on the particles surface was relatively homogeneous and similar for all microparticles. Drug release from the microparticles was observed at a higher rate depending on the solubility of HPMCAS in the solvent used for electrospraying, and in all cases an at least 4-fold higher rate was observed compared with the crystalline drug. Drug precipitation from the supersaturated solution was inhibited by HPMCAS for all microparticles based on its parachute effect while crystalline CEL did not reach supersaturation.
