2Fractal analysis of polyferric chloride-humic acid(PFC-HA) flocs in different topological spaces显示文摘The fractal dimensions in different topological spaces of polyferric chloride-humic acid(PFC-HA) flocs,formed in flocculating different kinds of humic acids(HA) water at different initial pH(9.0,7.0,5.0) and PFC dosages,were calculated by effective densitymaximum diameter,image analysis,and N2 absorption-desorption methods,respectively. The mass fractal dimensions(Df) of PFC-HA flocs were calculated by bi-logarithm relation of effective density with maximum diameter and Logan empirical equation. The Df value was more than 2.0 at initial pH of 7.0,which was 11% and 13% higher than those at pH 9.0 and 5.0,respecively,indicating the most compact flocs formed in flocculated HA water at initial pH of 7.0. The image analysis for those flocs indicates that after flocculating the HA water at initial pH greater than 7.0 with PFC flocculant,the fractal dimensions of D2(logA vs. logdL) and D3(logVsphere vs. logdL) of PFC-HA flocs decreased with the increase of PFC dosages,and PFC-HA flocs showed a gradually looser structure. At the optimum dosage of PFC,the D2(logA vs. logdL) values of the flocs show 14%-43% difference with their corresponding Df,and they even had different tendency with the change of initial pH values. However,the D2 values of the flocs formed at three different initial pH in HA solution had a same tendency with the corresponding Df. Based on fractal Frenkel-Halsey-Hill(FHH) adsorption and desorption equations,the pore surface fractal dimensions(Ds) for dried powders of PFC-HA flocs formed in HA water with initial pH 9.0 and 7.0 were all close to 2.9421,and the Ds values of flocs formed at initial pH 5.0 were less than 2.3746. 3Optimized design and test for a pendulum suspension of the crop spray boom in dynamic conditions based on a six DOF motion simulator显示文摘Spray deposit distribution from a field sprayer is mainly affected by the boom movements when the tractor is driven over a rough soil surface,the pendulum suspension that used to reduce and control the movement of spray boom by isolating the boom from vibrations of the tractor will directly enhance uniform deposition of chemicals.However,how to match the parameters of the suspension with the properties of the boom is the key problem.The dynamic rigid-flexible coupling model of the virtual prototype of the spray boom suspension system was established by using ADAMS and ABAQUS software.An optimization of the suspension parameters for a large spay boom was carried out based on the optimal Latin hypercube design,radial basis function neural network,and multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-II.After modified parameters of the suspension,the travel of the sprayer on a typical field motion track was simulated based on a six DOF motion simulator,and the dynamic behavior of the boom suspension was measured.The results show that RMS of the measured boom roll angle and the boom center displacement for optimized solution were reduced by 14.76%and 12.43%compared with the original suspension.Finally,the inertial measurement unit(IMU)was used to measure the movements of the sprayer vehicle during the pesticide application on the Hongze Lake Farm,the experiment of field condition reproduced by using the six DOF motion simulator,the standard deviation of the roll angle and vibration displacement for the optimized sprayer boom are only 0.6382°and 62.279 mm respectively.The research provides theoretical basis and experimental method for parameter optimization of large scale boom suspension.Longfei Cui Hanping Mao Xinyu Xue Suming Ding Baiyu Qiao 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3:9

6Determination of water level design for an estuarine city显示文摘Based on the extreme value theory, self-affinity, and scale invariance, we studied the temporal and spatial relationship and the variation of water level and established a model of Gumbel-Pareto distribution for designed flood calculation. The model includes the previous extreme value models, the over-threshold data, and the fractal features shared by previous extreme value models. The model was simplified into a logarithmic normal distribution and a Pareto distribution for specific parameter values, and was used to calculate the designed flood values for the Shanghai Wusong Station in 100- and 1 000-year return periods. The calculated results show that the value of the designed flood height calculated in the Gumbel-Pareto distribution is between those in the Gumbel and Pearson-Ⅲ distributions. The designed flood values in the 100- and 1 000-year return periods of the model were 0.03% and 0.11% lower, respectively, than the Gumbel distribution and 0.06% and 1.54% higher, respectively, than the Pearson-Ⅲ distribution. 7Expression and Characterization of a Thermostable Xylanase Gene xynA from a Themophilic Fungus in Pichia pastoris显示文摘The gene of xylanase (xynA) was amplified by RT-PCR from the total RNA of a themophilic fungus Thermomyces lanuginosus SY2. The sequence analysis showed that gene coding region of mature peptide contained 0.585 kb, which coded 194 amino acids. The putative amino acid sequence and DNA sequence of xylanase from T. lanuginosus SY2 (GenBank no.: GU166389) were 98.97 and 99.49% identical to the other T. lanuginosus (GenBank no.: U35436). A recombinant plasmid pPIC9K-xynA was constructed by inserting gene xynA into Pichia pastoris secretory vector pPIC9K. Linearized pPIC9K-xynA was transformed into P. pastoris GS115 with the method of electroporation. The recombinant strain was identified by G418 selection and confirmed by PCR analysis. It was induced by 1.0% methanol at 28°C to express the recombinant xylanase. The results showed that the recombinant xylanase was secreted into extracellular fermentation liquid. The highest enzyme activity of 113.5 IU mL-1 and protein content of 889.7 μg mL-1 were detected for 216 h of induction. The optimal pH value and temperature of the enzyme activity was 5.5 and 65°C, respectively. The xylanase activity retained above 80% from pH value 2.5 to 8.5 for 48 h. 8Isolation and characterization of deodorizing bacteria for organic sulfide malodor显示文摘Strain Jll screened out from different odor origins can efficiently degrade methyl mercaptan and ethanethiol whereas has no ability to remove dimethyl sulfide. The results indicated that the strain Jll breaks only the C-SH bond. The optimum temperature and pH of Jll are 20—30℃ and 6.0—8.3 respectively. A systematic identification method—16S rDNA gene sequence comparison, for deodorizing bacteria was carried out. 12An in Vitro Investigation of Acid Etching Treatment Prior to Post and Core Cementation and Teeth Fracture Resistance显示文摘In order to investigate how to enhance the teeth fracture resistance after the post and core treatment, an in vitro study was conducted to measure the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with cast post and core with two kinds of surface treatment technology and acid etching preparation on the dentinal surface. Sixty-four recently extracted human single-rooted first premolars were endodontically treated and sectioned approximately 1.5 mm above the cementoenamel junction to remove the coronal portion. Each specimen received a cast post, core build-up and a metal alloy crown restoration. All teeth were randomly divided into the smooth surface post, core repair group, the sand blasting surface post, and core repair group, each group was divided into 10 s, 30 s, 60 s acid corrosion treatment group and control group. In acid test groups, an acid etching solution was applied for 10, 30 and 60 seconds, respectively, to the root canal wall surface. Each specimen was embedded in acrylic resin block and tested in an electronic universal testing machine. Fracture loads results showed that canal acid etching could increase teeth fracture resistance strength both in smooth groups and sandblasting group, and achieved the best effect when acid etching for 30 s. Sand spray treatment on the surface of the cast metal post can improve the flexural strength of the teeth after postcrown restoration. Acid etching on the root canal wall surfaces and sand spray treatment on the surface of the cast metal post can improve the flexural strength of the root after post-crown restoration. 19Study on evaluation standard of uncertainty of design wave height calculation model显示文摘The accurate calculation of marine environmental design parameters depends on the probability distribution model,and the calculation results of different distribution models are often different.It is very important to determine which distribution model is more stable and reasonable when extrapolating the recurrence level of the studied sea area.In this paper,we constructed an evaluation method of the overall uncertainty of the calculation results and a measurement of the uncertainty of the design parameters derivation model,by incorporating the influence of sample information on the model information entropy,such as sample size,degree of dispersion,and sampling error.Results show that the sample data size and the degree of dispersion are directly proportional to the information entropy.Within the same group of data,the maximum entropy distribution model has the lowest overall uncertainty,while the Gumbel distribution model has the largest overall uncertainty.In other words,the maximum entropy distribution model has good applicability in the accurate calculation of marine environmental design parameters.Baiyu CHEN Yi KOU Fang WU Liping WANG Guilin LIU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,4:1
20A Direct Simulation Method for Calculating Multiple-hit Vulnerability of Aircraft with Overlapping Components显示文摘当部件之间发生重叠时,飞机多击中易损性分析通常分两步来进行。第一步是通过'易损面积分解法'来确定飞机的独立存在状态,第二步利用以Markov Chain为代表的精确方法(或采用可以避免组合爆炸问题的Monte Carlo法)计算飞机累积杀伤概率。为了避免复杂的'易损面积分解',本文提出计算飞机多击中易损性的直接模拟法。该方法中,利用随机方法产生多击中的打击点,采用Bernoulli试验来确定每条射击线打击下的部件杀伤或非杀伤状态,结合杀伤树来检验一次模拟中飞机的存在状态。当模拟次数足够多时,飞机多击中易损性便可通过统计方法获得。分析表明,所提出的直接模拟法:与Markov Chain法相比,可以达到很高的精度;可以同样解决组合爆炸问题;可以避免复杂的'易损面积分解',直接计算飞机多击中易损性。此外,本文的另一重要发现是,工程简化算法(二项式简化法或泊松简化法)在计算精度方面比较差,需要谨慎使用。Pei Yang Song Bifeng Han Qing Ou Baiyu 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,6:1
