1Stable Initialization Scheme for K-Means Clustering显示文摘Though K-means is very popular for general clustering, its performance, which generally converges to numerous local minima, depends highly on initial cluster centers. In this paper a novel initialization scheme to select initial cluster centers for K-means clustering is proposed. This algorithm is based on reverse nearest neighbor (RNN) search which retrieves all points in a given data set whose nearest neighbor is a given query point. The initial cluster centers computed using this methodology are found to be very close to the desired cluster centers for iterative cluster-ing algorithms. This procedure is applicable to clustering algo-rithms for continuous data. The application of the proposed algo-rithm to K-means clustering algorithm is demonstrated. 2Ecological influence of exotic plants of Sonneratia apetala on understory macrofauna显示文摘The study aims to compare the differences of macrofauna communities of wetlands at 3-year-forest- age, 5-year-forest-age Sonneratia apetala artificial mangroves, 5-year-forest-age Kandelia candel ar- tificial mangroves with the same restoration background, and the naked tidal flat in the Qi'ao Island Mangrove Nature Reserve of Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The results show that there were signif- icant structural differences in macrofauna communities among four kinds of habitats. The increase of biomass and species diversity of macrofauna at 3-year-forest-age S. apetala artificial mangroves was obviously faster than that at 5-year-forest-age K. candel artificial mangroves whose average tree height was close to that of 3-year-forest-age S. apetala artificial mangroves. The BIOENV analysis shows that it was related to the rapid growth of S. apetala, which rapidly changed the light level and shading conditions in the forests. The 5-year-forest-age S. apetala artificial mangroves had lower macrofauna species diversity but higher density and biomass than K. candel artificial mangroves with the same forest age. This was due to the rapid changes of physical and chemical properties of habitat soil by the ecological restoration of S. apetala artificial mangroves as well as the changed food sources possibly caused by the leaf-litter of such non-indigenous mangrove species S. apetala. 3A New Approach of Feature Selection for Text Categorization显示文摘This paper proposes a new approach of feature selection based on the independent measure between features for text categorization. A fundamental hypothesis that occurrence of the terms in documents is independent of each other, widely used in the probabilistic models for text categorization (TC), is discussed. However, the basic hypothesis is incomplete for independence of feature set. From the view of feature selection, a new independent measure between features is designed, by which a feature selection algorithm is given to obtain a feature subset. The selected subset is high in relevance with category and strong in independence between features, satisfies the basic hypothesis at maximum degree. 4A New Feature Selection Method for Text Clustering显示文摘Feature selection methods have been successfully ap-plied to text categorization but seldom applied to text clustering due to the unavailability of class label information. In this paper,a new feature selection method for text clustering based on expecta-tion maximization and cluster validity is proposed. It uses super-vised feature selection method on the intermediate clustering result which is generated during iterative clustering to do feature selec-tion for text clustering;meanwhile,the Davies-Bouldin's index is used to evaluate the intermediate feature subsets indirectly. Then feature subsets are selected according to the curve of the Davies-Bouldin's index. 5An empirical study on constraint optimization techniques for test generation显示文摘Constraint solving is a frequent, but expensive operation with symbolic execution to generate tests for a program. To improve the efficiency of test generation using constraint solving, four optimization techniques are usually applied to existing constraint solvers, which are constraint independence, constraint set simplification, constraint caching, and expression rewriting. In this paper, we conducted an empirical study, using these four constraint optimization techniques in a well known test generation tool KLEE with 77 GNU Coreutils applications, to systematically investigate how these optimization techniques affect the efficiency of test generation. The experimental results show that these constraint optimization techniques as well as their combinations cannot improve the efficiency of test generation significantly for ALL-SIZED programs. Moreover, we studied the constraint optimization techniques with respect to two static metrics, lines of code(LOC) and cyclomatic complexity(CC), of programs. The experimental results show that the 'constraint set simplification' technique can improve the efficiency of test generation significantly for the programs with high LOC and CC values. The'constraint caching' optimization technique can improve the efficiency of test generation significantly for the programs with low LOC and CC values. 7Photoelectrical performance of nanocrystalline TiO_2 film electrode sensitized by Ru(Ⅱ)-bipyridine complexes显示文摘Two kinds of Ru(Ⅱ)-bipyridine complexes, cis-di(thiocyanate)bis(2,2′-bipyridyl-4,4′-dicarboxylate) ruthenium(Ⅱ) and cis-di(thiocyanate)bis(2,2′-bipyridyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate) ruthenium(Ⅱ), were utilized as the sensitizers to the nanocrystalline TiO-2 film electrodes. Study shows that the two dyes have quite different sensitization properties due to the strong steric effect of carboxyl groups. 9ISTC: A New Method for Clustering Search Results显示文摘A new common phrase scoring method is proposed according to term frequency-inverse document frequency (TFIDF) and independence of the phrase. Combining the two properties can help identify more reasonable common phrases, which improve the accuracy of clustering. Also, the equation to measure the in-dependence of a phrase is proposed in this paper. The new algo-rithm which improves suffix tree clustering algorithm (STC) is named as improved suffix tree clustering (ISTC). To validate the proposed algorithm, a prototype system is implemented and used to cluster several groups of web search results obtained from Google search engine. 12A Generalized Information Security Model SOCMD for CMD Systems显示文摘As a new security defense theory,Cyberspace mimic defense(CMD)provides an architecture named Dynamic heterogeneous redundancy(DHR)to enhance the defense level of system security.Due to the new dynamic defense mechanism DHR introduced in CMD systems,traditional security modelling and analysis methods can hardly be used for them.In this paper,we propose a Security ontology-based modelling method for CMD systems(SOCMD),which uses ontology to represent DHR components and to define their inner relationships.SOCMD also connects information components including DHRs with security vulnerabilities,threats and attackers in cyberspace.Next,attacking rules,multi-mode arbitration mechanism and combination rules are designed with SOCMD for CMD systems and a new logical-checking method is proposed to make judgement about the security state of SOCMD.Finally,different use cases and performance tests are developed to demonstrate the application process for the model and to verify the validity of our method.ZHANG Baowen CHANG Xiao LI Jianhua 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,3:1

15Shale oil enrichment evaluation and production law in Gulong Sag,Songliao Basin,NE China显示文摘Based on the results of drilling,tests and simulation experiments,the shales of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Gulong Sag of the Songliao Basin are discussed with respect to hydrocarbon generation evolution,shale oil occurrence,and pore/fracture evolution mechanism.In conjunction with a substantial amount of oil testing and production data,the Gulong shale oil enrichment layers are evaluated and the production behaviors and decline law are analyzed.The results are drawn in four aspects.First,the Gulong shales are in the stage of extensive hydrocarbon expulsion when R_(0) is 1.0%-1.2%,with the peak hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency of 49.5%approximately.In the low-medium maturity stage,shale oil migrates from kerogen to rocks and organic pores/fractures.In the medium-high maturity stage,shale oil transforms from adsorbed state to free state.Second,the clay mineral intergranular pores/fractures,dissolution pores,and organic pores make up the majority of the pore structure.During the transformation,clay minerals undergo significant intergranular pore/fracture development between the minerals such as illite and illite/smectite mixed layer.A network of pores/fractures is formed by organic matter cracking.Third,free hydrocarbon content,effective porosity,total porosity,and brittle mineral content are the core indicators for the evaluation of shale oil enrichment layers.Class-I layers are defined as free hydrocarbon content equal or greater than 6.0 mg/g,effective porosity equal or greater than 3.5%,total porosity equal or greater than 8.0%,and brittle mineral content equal or greater than 50%.It is believed that the favourable oil layers are Q2-Q3 and Q8-Q9.Fourth,the horizontal wells in the core area of the light oil zone exhibit a high cumulative production in the first year,and present a hyperbolic production decline pattern,with the decline index of 0.85-0.95,the first-year decline rate of 14.5%-26.5%,and the single-well estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)greater than 2.0×10^(4)t.In practical exploration and production,more efforts will be devoted to the clarification of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion mechanisms,accurate testing of porosity and hydrocarbon content/phase of shale under formation conditions,precise delineation of the boundary of enrichment area,relationship between mechanical properties and stimulated reservoir volume,and enhanced oil recovery,in order to improve the EUR and achieve a large-scale,efficient development of shale oil.SUN Longde CUI Baowen ZHU Rukai WANG Rui FENG Zihui LI Binhui ZHANG Jingya GAO Bo WANG Qingzhen ZENG Huasen LIAO Yuanhui JIANG Hangl 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:1
