| 11 | Skincare plants of the Naxi of NW Yunnan, China显示文摘The Naxi of Northwest Yunnan,China use medicinal plants to treat skin conditions related to traditional lifestyles in extreme environments.However,modernization endangers both the medicinal plants used to treat skin conditions and traditional knowledge.Therefore,investigation and documentation of the medicinal plants used and associated traditional knowledge is necessary.In this study,we conducted an ethnobotanical survey in 12 Naxi communities in Northwest Yunnan.For this purpose,we used semistructured surveys to interview 840 informants from Naxi communities.We used informant consensus factor and use frequency as quantitative indices to evaluate the importance of medicinal plant species.A total of 161 medicinal plant species belonging to 69 families were documented.The highest informant consensus factor(ICF)values were recorded for skin nourishing(ICF?0.849),frostbite and chapped skin(ICF?0.833).These skin treatments are highly related to the environment and lifestyle of Naxi communities.The main active compounds of plants used to treat skin conditions in Naxi communities are known to have skin-treating properties.This study reveals that the skin conditions treated by the Naxi are associated with traditional medicine culture and social economic development.In addition,this study uses ethnobotanical indices to explain how skin condition treatments are linked to the natural environment of Naxi communities. | Yanqiang Zhao Zexing Yang Bayi Lang Manfred Shao Wu Meng Dayuan Xue Lu Gao Lixin Yang | 2020 | Plant Diversity2020,42,6: | 0 |
| 12 | Strengthening Network Security: Deep Learning Models for Intrusion Detectionwith Optimized Feature Subset and Effective Imbalance Handling显示文摘In recent years,frequent network attacks have highlighted the importance of efficient detection methods for ensuring cyberspace security.This paper presents a novel intrusion detection system consisting of a data prepro-cessing stage and a deep learning model for accurately identifying network attacks.We have proposed four deep neural network models,which are constructed using architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN),Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory(BiLSTM),Bidirectional Gate Recurrent Unit(BiGRU),and Attention mechanism.These models have been evaluated for their detection performance on the NSL-KDD dataset.To enhance the compatibility between the data and the models,we apply various preprocessing techniques and employ the particle swarm optimization algorithm to perform feature selection on the NSL-KDD dataset,resulting in an optimized feature subset.Moreover,we address class imbalance in the dataset using focal loss.Finally,we employ the BO-TPE algorithm to optimize the hyperparameters of the four models,maximizing their detection performance.The test results demonstrate that the proposed model is capable of extracting the spatiotemporal features of network traffic data effectively.In binary and multiclass experiments,it achieved accuracy rates of 0.999158 and 0.999091,respectively,surpassing other state-of-the-art methods. | Bayi Xu Lei Sun Xiuqing Mao Chengwei Liu Zhiyi Ding | 2024 | Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,2: | 0 |
| 13 | Effect of Functional Compound Recipe Liquid of Eliminating Lead on Eliminating Lead and Calcium in Rats显示文摘The experiment was conducted to approve the efficacy of functional compound recipe liquid of eliminating lead and calcium to eliminate lead in rats.Total 120 rats were divided into six groups according to weight: blank group (CK),negative group (ND),positive group (PD) and high group (HD,6.67 Mg·kg -1·BW·d -1 ),middle group (MD,3.33 Mg·kg -1·BW·d -1 ) and low group (LD,1.67 Mg·kg -1·BW·d -1 three groups).Except CK,other groups were drunk 0.24% Pb(AC) 2 ,in which rats were filled with functional compound recipe liquid to eliminate lead and DSMA was added to positive group (PD).On the 20th day,the blood was collected from the tail.on the 40th day,the whole blood was collected from eyeball.After executed,liver and blood were collected to determine the content of lead and calcium.Results showed that lead contents in blood and liver of three dosage groups obviously decreased compared with ND and there was significant difference between any two groups of three dosage groups (P<0.01).Meanwhile,the calcium concentration increased in three dosage groups.It is concluded that the functional compound recipe liquid of eliminating lead has the evident function of eliminating lead and can promote calcium absorption. | ZHANG Dongjie 1,2,WANG Ying 1,and MA Zhongsu 2 1 Department of Food Science,Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,Daqing 163319,Heilongjiang,China 2 Biological and Agricultural Engineeing College,Jilin University,Changchun 130012,China | 2010 | Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2010,17,2: | 0 |
