2Reliability analysis of monotone coherent multi-state systems based on Bayesian networks显示文摘The Bayesian networks(BNs) provide a robust probabilistic method of reasoning under uncertainty and have been successfully applied to a variety of real-world tasks. Aiming to explore the capabilities of the BN formalism in reliability analysis of monotone coherent multi-state systems, the BNs are compared with a popular tool for reliability analysis of monotone coherent multi-state systems, namely the multi-state fault trees(MFTs). It is shown that any MFT can be directly mapped into BN and the basic inference techniques on the latter may be used to obtain classical parameters computed from the former(i.e. probability distribution of top variable, minimal upper vectors and maximum lower vectors for any performance level, importance measures of components). Furthermore, some additional information can be obtained by using BN, both at the modeling and analysis level.At the modeling level, several restrictive assumptions implicit in the MFT methodology can be removed and various kinds of dependencies among components can be accommodated. 3Performance evaluation of anti-radiation based on the gamma degradation process显示文摘In the environment of space radiation, the high-energy charged particles or high-energy photons acting on a spacecraft can cause either temporary device degradation or permanent failure. The traditional probability model is difficult to obtain reliable estimation of unit radiation resistance performance with small samples. Considering that different products will change differently after high-energy particle radiation, we construct a model based on the gamma degradation process. This model can efficiently describe the law of unit radiation resistance variation with the total radiation dose levels under the effect of the total dose and displacement damage. 6Safety and feasibility of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal and gastric cancer under the Chinese multi-site practice policy:admittance standards of competence are needed显示文摘Background:The multi-site practice(MSP)policy has been practiced in China over 10 years.This study aimed to investigate the safety and feasibility of performing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer(LSCRC)and gastric cancer(LSGC)under the Chinese MSP policy.Methods:We collected and analysed the data from 1,081 patients who underwent LSCRC or LSGC performed by one gastrointestinal surgeon in his original hospital(n=573)and his MSP institutions(n=508)between January 2017 and December 2020.Baseline demographics,intraoperative outcomes,post-operative recovery,and pathological results were compared between the original hospital and MSP institutions,as well as between MSP institutions with and without specific competence(surgical skill,operative instrument,perioperative multi-discipline team).Results:In our study,690 patients underwent LSCRC and 391 patients underwent LSGC.The prevalence of post-operative complications was comparable for LSCRC(11.5%vs 11.1%,P=0.89)or LSGC(15.2%vs 12.6%,P=0.46)between the original hospital and MSP institutions.However,patients in MSP institutions without qualified surgical assistant(s)and adequate instruments experienced longer operative time and greater intraoperative blood loss.The proportion of patients with inadequate lymph-node yield was significantly higher in MSP institutions than in the original hospital for both LSCRC(11.5%vs 21.2%,P<0.01)and LSGC(9.8%vs 20.5%,P<0.01).Conclusion:For an experienced gastrointestinal surgeon,performing LSCRC and LSGC outside his original hospital under the MSP policy is safe and feasible,but relies on the precondition that the MSP institutions are equipped with qualified surgical skills,adequate operative instruments,and complete perioperative management.Zhenghao Cai Haiqin Song Zhenfeng Huang Abraham Fingerhut Ximo Xu Hao Zhong Zhigang Li Yingjie Zhang Dachong Sha Dandan Bao Haibo Wang Binghua Cai Shangbo Hua Yanhui Zhang Jianguang Sun Ke Ye Jianwen Li Yong Lu Bo Feng 2022Gastroenterology Report2022,10,1:0
7A novel prediction model of traffic accidents based on big data显示文摘The occurrence of traffic accidents is regular in probability distribution.Using big data mining method to predict traffic accidents is conducive to taking measures to prevent or reduce traffic accidents in advance.In recent years,prediction methods of traffic accidents used by researchers have some problems,such as low calculation accuracy.Therefore,a prediction model of traffic accidents based on joint probability density feature extraction of big data is proposed in this paper.First,a function of big data joint probability distribution for traffic accidents is established.Second,establishing big data distributed database model of traffic accidents with the statistical analysis method in order to mine the association rules characteristic quantity reflecting the law of traffic accidents,and then extracting the joint probability density feature of big data for traffic accident probability distribution.According to the result of feature extraction,adaptive functional and directivity are predicted,and then the regularity prediction of traffic accidents is realized based on the result of association directional clustering,so as to optimize the design of the prediction model of traffic accidents based on big data.Simulation results show that in predicting traffic accidents,the model in this paper has advantages of relatively high accuracy,relatively good confidence and stable prediction result.Minglei Song Rongrong Li Binghua Wu 2019International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2019,10,4:0
