1Simulation of aggregation effects on co-fired biomass-coal ash in an electrostatic precipitator显示文摘Aggregation of fine ash into larger particles benefits fly ash removal in an electrostatic precipitator.Thermal aggregation,turbulent aggregation,and electrical aggregation of fine ash (derived from co-firing of biomass fuel and anthracite coal) was simulated under different conditions in an electrostatic precipitator.A population balance model and user-defined function in Fluent were assumed to obtain aggregation kernel functions and calculate the aggregation effects on the co-combusted particles.The results show that electrical aggregation had an obvious effect on both micron-and submicron-sized particles.For submicron particles,the effect of thermal aggregation is about ten times greater than turbulent aggregation.Meanwhile,for micron-sized particles,turbulent aggregation is about seven times greater than thermal aggregation.Therefore,particle aggregation in the electrostatic precipitator mainly occurs because of electrical aggregation,supplemented by thermal aggregation and turbulent aggregation.When the flow velocity is 1.0 m/s,particle volume fraction is 1.4%,and biomass co-firing ratio is 10%,the effects of all three aggregation processes on ash particles are optimized.Jianyi Lu Zhe Yang Bingyi Xu Zhiyong Zhou Chenxi Sun 2020Particuology2020,18,3:1

3Stress sensitivity of formation during multi-cycle gas injection and production in an underground gas storage rebuilt from gas reservoirs显示文摘Permeability sensitivity to stress experiments were conducted on standard core samples taken from Wen 23 Gas Storage at multi-cycle injection and production conditions of the gas storage to study the change pattern of stress sensitivity of permeability.A method for calculating permeability under overburden pressure in the multi-cycle injection and production process was proposed,and the effect of stress sensitivity of reservoir permeability on gas well injectivity and productivity in UGS was analyzed.Retention rate of permeability decreased sharply first and then slowly with the increase of the UGS cycles.The stress sensitivity index of permeability decreased with the increase of cycle number of net stress variations in the increase process of net stress.The stress sensitivity index of permeability hardly changed with the increase of cycle number of net stress variations in the decrease process of net stress.With the increase of cycle number of net stress variation,the stress sensitivity index of permeability in the increase process of net stress approached that in the decrease process of net stress.The lower the reservoir permeability,the greater the irreversible permeability loss rate,the stronger the cyclic stress sensitivity,and the higher the stress sensitivity index of the reservoir,the stronger the reservoir stress sensitivity.The gas zones with permeability lower than 0.3’10-3 mm2 are not suitable as gas storage regions.Stress sensitivity of reservoir permeability has strong impact on gas well injectivity and productivity and mainly in the first few cycles.LI Jiqiang ZHAO Guanqun QI Zhilin YIN Bingyi XU Xun FANG Feifei YANG Shenyao QI Guixue 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,4:1
4A gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous analysis of 50 phenols in wastewater using deconvolution technology显示文摘Phenolic compounds exist widely in the influents and effluents of sewage treatment plants (STPs) and most are un-regulated.In this study,a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the simultaneous analysis of 50 phenolic compounds in wastewater was developed.Deconvolution technology was used to identify contaminants that are covered by co-extracted materials.A mass spectral library containing all 50 silylated phenolic compounds was first established and used for deconvolution.Twelve typical phenolic compounds were selected to optimize the sample preparation procedures.Solid-phase extraction using a C18 cartridge coupled with an HLB cartridge was used for pre-concentration and dichloromethane was used for elution.The solutes were derivatized and analyzed by GC-MS.The blank and matrix spike recoveries ranged from 57.46% to 136.4% and 47.87% to 114.8%,respectively.Method detection limits ranged from 3.64 to 97.64 ng L–1.The relative standard deviations of all the recovery experiments were lower than 13.6%.The instrument limits of quantification ranged from 0.7 to 87.7 pg.The method has been applied to analyze the influents and effluents of 5 Chinese STPs.Except for regulated phenolic compounds (phenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol),three un-regulated phenolic compounds,including 2-chlorophenol,2,5-dichlorophenol and 2,4-dichloro3-ethyl-6-nitrophenol were identified in the effluent wastewater.The detected concentrations of un-regulated phenolic compounds could possibly cause environmental effects,indicating that immediate attention is required to prevent complications.ZHONG WenJue WANG DongHong XU XiaoWei WANG BingYi LUO Qian SENTHIL KUMARAN Satyanarayanan WANG ZiJian 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,3:1
