| 1 | 2004年2月11日Cluster卫星和CUTLASS雷达同时观测的磁通量传输事件显示文摘本文分析了2004年2月11日11:00-11:40UT期间Cluster卫星簇的磁通门磁力计(FGM)、等离子体电子及电流试验仪(PEACE)和CUTLASS芬兰雷达对多个磁通量传输事件(FTEs)的同时观测.在此期间,Cluster卫星簇位于北半球外极隙区附近,并于11:18UT左右穿出磁层顶进入磁鞘,四颗卫星同时观测到了多个FTEs,其出现具有准周期性,周期约为130s.利用Cluster四颗卫星的多点同时观测数据,采用最小方向微分法和时空微分方法,我们推断这些FTEs是尺度大小约为(0.87-1.81)RE的准二维结构,其运动方向为东北方向,与Cooling模型预测方向基本一致.CUTLASS芬兰雷达在相应的电离层区域观测到了明显的"极向运动雷达极光"结构,这些结构与Cluster卫星簇观测的FTEs有着很好的对应关系,它们是FTEs的雷达观测特征. | 张清和 刘瑞源 黄际英 M. | 2 | SuperDARN CUTLASS Finland radar observations of high-latitude magnetic reconnections under northward interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) conditions显示文摘A number of backscatter power enhancement events with 'equatorward-moving radar auroral forms' in the high-latitude ionosphere were observed by SuperDARN CUTLASS Finland radar when the IMF was northward during 09:00 -10:00 UT on 26 March 2004. These events were also associated with sunward flow enhancements at each location in the Northern Hemisphere which were shown in ionospheric convections measured by the SuperDARN radars. These are typical features of high-latitude (lobe) magnetic reconnections. The durations of the velocity enhancements imply that the evolution time of the lobe reconnections is about 8-16 min from their origin at the reconnection site to their addition to the magnetotail lobe again. In additional, the Double Star TC-1 spacecraft was moving from magnetosheath into magnetosphere, and crossing the magnetopause near the subsolar region during this interval, and observed typical low-latitude magnetic reconnection signatures. | 4 | Solar wind entry via flux tube into magnetosphere observed by Cluster measurements at dayside magnetopause during southward IMF显示文摘By analyzing hot ion and electron parameters together with magnetic field measurements from Cluster, an event of magnetopause crossing of the spacecraft has been investigated. At the latitude of about 40° and magnetic local time (MLT) of 13:20 during the southward interplanetary magnetic field (IMF), a transition layer was observed, with the magnetospheric field configuration and cold dense plasma features of the magnetosheath. The particle energy-time spectrograms inside the layer were similar to but still a little different from those in the magnetosheath, obviously indicating the solar wind entry into the magnetosphere. The direction and magnitude of the accelerated ion flow implied that reconnection might possibly cause such a solar wind entry phenomenon. The bipolar signature of the normal magnetic component BN in magnetopause coordinates further supported happening of reconnection there. The solar wind plasma flowed toward the magnetopause and entered the magnetosphere along the reconnected flux tube. The magnetospheric branch of the reconnected flux tube was still inside the magnetosphere after reconnection and supplied the path for the solar wind entry into the dayside magnetosphere. The case analysis gives observational evidence and more details of how the reconnection process at the dayside low latitude magnetopause caused the solar wind entry into the magnetosphere. | M. | 5 | Modulation of protein tyrosine phosphorylation in gastric mucosa during re-epithelization processes显示文摘AIM:To investigate the role of protein tyrosine phosphorylation in gastric wound formation and repair following ulceration. METHODS:Gastric lesions were induced in rats using restraint cold stress.To investigate the effect of oxidative and nitrosative cell stress on tyrosine phosphorylation during wound repair,total activity of protein tyrosine kinase(PTK),protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP),antioxidant enzymes,nitric oxide synthase (NOS), 2',5'-oligoadenylate synthetase,hydroxyl radical and zinc levels were assayed in parallel. RESULTS:Ulcer provocation induced an immediate decrease in tyrosine kinase(40% in plasma membranes and 56% in cytosol,(P<0.05) and phosphatase activity (threefold in plasma membranes and 3.3-fold in cytosol),followed by 2.3-2.4-fold decrease (P<0.05) in protein phosphotyrosine content in the gastric mucosa. Ulceration induced no immediate change in superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,30% increase (P<0.05) in catalase activity,2.3-fold inhibition (P<0.05) of glutathione peroxidase,3.3-fold increase (P<0.05) in hydroxyl radical content,and 2.3-fold decrease (P<0.05) in zinc level in gastric mucosa.NOS activity was three times higher in gastric mucosa cells after cold stress. Following ulceration,PTK activity increased in plasma membranes and reached a maximum on day 4 after stress (twofold increase,P<0.05),but remained inhibited(1.6-3-fold decrease on days 3,4 and 5,P<0.05) in the cytosol.Tyrosine phosphatases remained inhibited both in membranes and cytosol(1.5-2.4-fold,P< 0.05).NOS activity remained increased on days 1,2 and 3(3.8-,2.6-,2.2-fold,respectively,P<0.05).Activity of SOD increased 1.6 times(P<0.05)days 4 and 5 after stress.Catalase activity normalized after day 2. Glutathione peroxidase activity and zinc level decreased (3.3-and 2-fold,respectively,P<0.05)on the last day. Activity of 2',5'-oligoadenylate synthethase increased 2.8-fold (P<0.05) at the beginning,and 1.6-2.3-fold (P<0.05) during ulcer recuperation,and normalized on day 5,consistent with slowing of inflammation processes. | 6 | Novel MLH1 frameshift mutation in an extended hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer family显示文摘AIM: To present novel frameshift mutation c.31delC [p.L11X] in the MLH1 gene identified in an extended Bulgarian hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) family and to analyze the molecular and clinical findings within the pedigree concerning the proposal of adequate individual prophylactic strategy for all mutation carriers. METHODS: The pedigree of the family consists of 42 members in four generations. Search for mutations in the MLH1 and hMSH2 genes was performed in the pro-band. After PCR amplification of all exons including flanking intronic regions, amplicons were directly sequenced. RESULTS: The mutation was found in nine from the thirteen pedigree members who signed informed consent to participate in the study. In three adenocarcinomas, microsatellite instability and lack of the MLH1 protein expression were detected. The only one tubulovillous adenoma analyzed was microsatellite stable and the MLH1 protein showed an intact staining. CONCLUSION: The newly described mutation c.31delC is HNPCC causative. Besides the typical clinical features of the syndrome, we found a specific pathologic manifestation such as moderate to high differentiated adenocarcinomas of the colon. One of the mutation carriers developed a benign giant cell soft tissue tumor. The primary tumor localizations were frequently extracolonic and detailed yearly gastrointestinal and gynecological examinations have been proposed to the mutation carriers.
