1Two soybean homologues of TERMINAL FLOWER 1 control flowering time under long day conditions显示文摘Flowering time is a key agronomic trait that directly affect the adaptation and yield of soybean.After whole genome duplications,about 75%of genes being represented by multiple copies in soybean.There are four TERMINAL FLOWER 1(TFL1)genes in soybean,and the TFL1b(Dt1)has been characterized as the determinant of stem growth habit.The function of other TFL1 homologs in soybean is still unclear.Here,we generated knockout mutants by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology and found that the tfl1c/tfl1d double mutants flowered significantly earlier than wild-type plants.We investigated that TFL1c and TFL1d could physically interact with the b ZIP transcription factor FDc1 and bind to the promoter of APETALA1a(AP1a).RNA-seq and q RT-PCR analyses indicated that TFL1c and TFL1d repressed the expressions of the four AP1 homologs and delayed the flowering time in soybean.The two genes play important roles in the regulation of flowering time in soybean and mainly act as the flowering inhibitors under long-day conditions.Our results identify novel components in the flowering-time regulation network of soybean and will be invaluable for molecular breeding of improved soybean yield.Lingshuang Wang Chun Lin Bohui Li Tong Su Shichen Li Haiyang Li Fanglei He Chuanjie Gou Zheng Chen Yanan Wang Jun Qin Baohui Liu Fanjiang Kong Lin Yue Sijia Lu Chao Fang 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:3

7Simulation of the effect of hydrate adhesion properties on flow safety in solid fluidization exploitation显示文摘During the solid fluidization exploitation of marine natural gas hydrates,the hydrate particles and cuttings produced via excavation and crushing are transported by the drilling mud.The potential flow safety issues arising during the transport process,such as the blockage of pipelines and equipment,have attracted considerable attention.This study aims to investigate the impact of hydrate adhesion features,including agglomeration,cohesion,and deposition,on the flow transport processes in solid fluidization exploitation and to provide a reference for the design and application of multiphase hydrate slurry transport in solid fluidization exploitation.We established a numerical simulation model that considers the hydrate adhesion properties using the coupled computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method(CFD-DEM)for the multiphase mixed transport in solid fluidization exploitation.An appropriate model to simulate the adhesion force of the hydrate particles and the corresponding parameter values were obtained.The conclusions obtained are as follows.Under the same operating conditions,a stationary bed is more likely to form in the transport process due to the hydrate adhesion forces;adhesion forces can increase the critical deposition velocity of the mixture of hydrate particles and cuttings.Hydrate adhesion lowers the height of the solid-phase moving bed,while the agglomeration and cohesion of particles can intensify the aggregation and deposition of hydrate debris and cuttings at the bottom of the pipe.These particles tend to form a deposit bed rather than a moving bed,which reduces the effective flow area of the pipeline and increases the risk of blockage.Jun'ao Wang Yan Li Jiafei Zhao Bohui Shi Jing Gong Qingping Li 2023Petroleum2023,9,3:0
8Numerical Prediction and Analysis of Hydraulic Characteristics of Waterfall Scene for Application to Design Control显示文摘The hydraulic characteristics of artificial waterfalls constitute an important research area for both academia and industry.As yet,the hydraulic parameters used in the hydraulic design of landscape waterfalls are not well understood for use in qualitative and quantitative analyses.Due to their complicated shapes and appearances,it remains a challenging problem to design or simulate realistic waterfall scenes.In this paper,we present a hybrid model and an efficient numerical method for simulating the hydraulic characteristics of waterfalls and investigate the critical flow in waterfall design and the adherent flow phenomenon.We fit empirical equations to predict the size and shape of different waterfall flow patterns to provide a basis for the design and construction of waterscapes in the real world.We then apply our work to an artificial waterfall in Kraal Jiang River and the results demonstrate that our model achieves desirable control qualities and good agreement in a real-world application.Chao Wang Sherong Zhang Yun Li Guojin Zhu Bohui Pang Xiaofang Zheng 2017Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,3:0
9Integrated sensor based on acoustics-electricity-mechanics coupling effect for wireless passive gas detection显示文摘Integrated sensor combines multiple sensor functions into a single unit,which has the advantages of miniaturization and better application potential.However,limited by the sensing platforms of the sensor and the selectivity of the sensitive film,there are still challenges to realize multi-component gas detection in one unit.Herein,a principle integration method is proposed to achieve the multi-component gas detection based on the acoustics-electricity-mechanics coupling effect.The electrical and mechanical properties of the Bi_(2)S_(3)nanobelts materials in different atmospheres indicate the possibility of realizing the principle integration.At the same time,the surface acoustic wave(SAW)sensor as a multivariable physical transducer can sense both electrical and mechanical properties.Upon exposure to 10 ppm NO_(2),NH_(3),and their mixtures,the integrated SAW gas sensor shows a 4.5 kHz positive frequency shift(acoustoelectric effect),an 11 kHz negative frequency shift(mechanics effects),and a reduced 4 kHz negative frequency shift(acoustics-electricity-mechanics coupling effect),respectively.Moreover,we realize wireless passive detection of NO_(2)and NH_(3)based on the SAW sensor.Our work provides valuable insights that can serve as a guide to the design and fabrication of single sensors offering multi-component gas detection via different gas sensing mechanisms.Licheng Zhou Bohui Zhai Zhixiang Hu Mingqi Zhang Long Li Xiangxin Wang Guangzu Zhang Jingting Luo Honglang Li Bingbing Chen Shenglin Jiang Hua-Yao Li Huan Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
