| 1 | Dolomitization and the causes of dolomitization dolomite reservoir显示文摘This paper utilizes multi-methods,such as core observation,slice identification,isotope analysis,trace element analysis,fluid inclusion technique and so on,to study the causes of the dolomite in the Nanpu Sag and the origins of the dolomite reservoir.The study results show that the forming environment of dolomite in the Nanpu Sag is a fresh-water lake environment,and the dolomite is the product of dolomitization which is caused by volcanic thermal fluids in the Early Dongying period.With the development of intergranular pores in the dolomitization process,a lot of dissolved pores/vugs and fractures were formed by denudation in the later periods because of the influence of thermal fluids including the associated fluids of volcanic activities and the expelled hydrocarbon fluids of the source rocks.On the whole,these secondary dissolution spaces greatly enhance the reservoir ability of the dolomite,and there are enough reservoir spaces in the dolomite in the Nanpu Sag. | FAN Bojiang ZHANG Xiaoming ZHANG Jian PANG Xiongqi LIU Chenglin | 2012 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2012,31,2: | 2 |

| 10 | Kif4A mediates resistance to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer via regulating DNA damage response显示文摘More and more patients with advanced colorectal cancer(CRC)have benefited from surgical resection or ablation following neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy(nCRT),but nCRT may be ineffective and have potential risks to some patients.Therefore,it is necessary to discover effective biomarkers for predicting the nCRT efficacy in CRC patients.Chromokinesin Kif4A plays a critical role in mitosis,DNA damage repair and tumorigenesis,but its relationship with nCRT efficacy in advanced CRC remains unclear.Here,we find that Kif4A expression in pretreated tumor tissue is positively correlated with poorer tumor regression after receiving nCRT(P=0.005).Knockdown of endogenous Kif4A causes an increased sensitivity of CRC cells to chemotherapeutic drugs 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)and Cisplatin(DDP),while overexpression of Kif4A enhances resistance of CRC cells to the chemotherapeutic drugs.Furthermore,depending on its motor domain and tail domain,Kif4A regulates DNA damage response(DDR)induced by 5-FU or DDP treatment in CRC cells.In conclusion,we demonstrate that Kif4A may be a potential independent biomarker for predicting the nCRT efficacy in advanced CRC patients,and Kif4A regulates chemosensitivity of CRC cells through controlling DDR. | Rui Zhang Shuanghui Liu Bojiang Gong Wenran Xie Youjuan Zhao Liang Xu Yi Zheng Shengnan Jin Chunming Ding Chang Xu Zhixiong Dong | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,7: | 1 |

| 18 | Molecular characteristics of primary pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma based on integrated genomic analyses显示文摘Primary pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma(pLELC)is a rare non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)subtype.Clinical features have been described in our previous report,but molecular characteristics remain unclear.Herein,pLELC genomic features were explored.Among 41,574 lung cancers,128 pLELCS and 162 non-pLELC NSCLCS were enrolled.Programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)and protein 53(p53)expression was detected in 47 surgically resected pLELC samples by immunohistochemical assays.Multiomics genomic analyses,including whole-genome sequencing(WGS),RNA whole-transcriptome sequencing(RNA-seq),and Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)integration analyses,were performed on eight frozen pLELC tissues and compared with 50 lung adenocarcinomas(LUADs)and 50 lung squamous cell carcinomas(LUSCs)from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and another 26 EBV-positive nasopharynx cancers(EBV+-NPCs).Progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)of pLELC patients were better than those of non-pLELC patients.High PD-L1 or p53 expression was associated with extended disease free survival(DFS).pLELC had 14 frequently mutated genes(FMGs).Somatically mutated genes and enrichment of genetic lesions were found,which differed from observations in LUAD,LUSC,and EBV+-nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Three tumor associated genes,zinc finger and BTB domain-containing 16(ZBTB16),peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma(PPARG),and transforming growth factor beta receptor 2(TGFBR2),were downregulated with copy number variation(CNV)loss.EBV was prone to integrating into intergenic and intronic regions with two upregulated miR-BamH1-A rightward transcripts(BARTs),BART5-3P and BART20-3P.Our findings reveal that pLELC has a distinct genomic signature.Three tumor associated genes with CNV loss and two miR-BARTs might be involved in pLELC tumorigenesis. | Bojiang Chen Yu Zhang Sisi Dail Ping Zhou Wenxin Luo Zhoufeng Wang Xuping Chen Peng Cheng Guoya Zheng Jing Ren Xiaodong Yang Weimin Li | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,2: | 0 |
