20连续油管钻井达到了新的深度显示文摘文章介绍了混合式连续油管钻井设备的优点,连续油管钻井取消了连接钻杆的X-序,缩短了整个钻井作业的周期,然而,连续油管钻井也有局限性。若用连续油管钻井钻定向井,在用一台螺杆泵和一个可调整的弯接头进行调控时,井眼直径要限制在大约64/1英寸。此外,随着井深的不断增加,对调控能力的掌握是有疑问的,在用连续油管钻直井时,若超过5000英尺,司钻将很难保持井眼始终处于垂直状态。下垂式钻头(drOP—bit)技术和旋转导向系统(RSS)工具两者能成功地控制偏移角,并使井眼恢复到垂直状态,与标准的PDC钻头设计相比,由于降低了机械钻速,下垂式钻头技术很明显也有不利条件,由于使用了旋转导向系统(RSS),为了优化井底钻具组合,还要求进行附加试验,因为旋转钻井能用来增加螺杆的动力,在连续油管钻井时使用的螺杆,应该使用均匀的直径设计,主要是因为在高扭矩条件下,故障率最低。连续油管钻井提供了在高机械钻速条件下的优点,然而,即使在坚硬岩层内钻井的情况下,也保持了钻头与井底接触的能力,消除了接单根及测斜的时间,同时在不使用传统定向仪器情况下就实现了定向控制,节约了额外的时间,这显示了连续油管钻井的优点。连续油管钻井在加拿大西部地区浅层气钻井市场彻底地发生了变化,不断增加的成本迫使作业者对传统连续油管钻井的局限性进行试验,康菲石油公司(ConocoPhillips)将技术创新和钻井技术变革相结合,并加以应用,成功地提高了连续油管钻井的效率,近来,该公司在定向井钻井和深井直井钻井两个重要领域解决了连续油管钻井载荷扩大的问题。O.
