| 1 | 美国生物圈二号内生长在高CO_2浓度下的10种植物气孔导度、蒸腾速率及水分利用效率的变化显示文摘报道了美国生物圈二号内生长在高CO_2浓度下(>2200μmol·mol^(-1))4.5年后的5种热带雨林植物和5种荒漠植物气孔导度、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率的变化。结果表明:热带雨林植物在CO_2浓度为350~400μmol·mol^(-1)时的气孔导度、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率分别为:(127.4±65.6)mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、(2.04±0.61)mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和(2.90±0.55)μmol CO_2·mmol^(-1) H_2O,而在700~820μmol·mol^(-1)时为(61.3±30.5)mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、(1.54±0.65)mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和(8.45±2.71)μmol CO_2·mmol^(-1) H_2O;荒漠植物气孔导度和蒸腾速率则分别由CO_2 320~400μmol·mol^(-1)时的(142.8±94.6)和(2.09±0.71)下降到820~850μmol·mol^(-1)时的(57.7±35.8)和(1.36±0.52)mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),水分利用效率由(4.69±1.39)上升到(9.68±1.61)μmol CO_2·mmol^(-1) H_20。在低CO_2浓度时植物的气孔导度、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率受光照强度的影响较高CO_2浓度时明显,一般雨林植物三项指标在光照强度为500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时达到饱和,而荒漠植物在1000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时达到饱和。不同植物中,以荒漠C_3植物粉蓝烟草(Nicotiana glau-ca Grah.)的气孔导度。 | 蒋高明 林光辉 Bruno D V Marino | 1997 | Acta Botanica Sinica1997,39,6: | 55 |
| 2 | Correlation between in vitro and in vivo immunomodulatory properties of lactic acid bacteria显示文摘AIM: To investigate the correlation between in vitro and in vivo immunomodulation potential of the probiotic strain and its ability to prevent experimental colitis in mice. METHODS: In vitro immunomodulation was assessed by measuring interleukin (IL)-12p70, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) and interferon g (IFNg) release by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) after 24 h stimulation with 13 live bacterial strains. A murine model of acute TNBS-colitis was next used to evaluate the prophylactic protective capacity of the same set of strains. RESULTS: A strain-specific in vivo protection was observed. The strains displaying an in vitro potential to induce higher levels of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 and lower levels of the inflammatory cytokine IL-12, offered the best protection in the in vivo colitis model. In contrast, strains leading to a low IL-10/IL-12 cytokine ratio could not significantly attenuate colitis symptoms. CONCLUSION: These results show that we could predict the in vivo protective capacity of the studied lactic acid bacteria (LAB) based on the cytokine profile we established in vitro. | 3 | Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography for pediatric choledocholithiasis: Assessing the need for endoscopic intervention显示文摘AIM:To assess pediatric patients for choledocholithiasis.We applied current adult guidelines to identify predictivefactors in children.METHODS:A single-center retrospective analysis was performed at a tertiary children's hospital.We evaluated 44 consecutive pediatric patients who underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiography(ERCP) for suspected choledocholithiasis.Patients were stratified into those with common bile duct stones(CBDS) at ERCP vs those that did not using the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy(ASGE) guidelines(Very Strong and Strong criteria) for suspected CBDS.RESULTS:CBDS were identified in 84% at the time of ERCP.Abdominal ultrasound identified CBDS in 36% of patients.Conjugated bilirubin ≥ 0.5 mg/d L was an independent risk factor for CBDS(P = 0.003).The Very Strong(59.5%) and Strong(48.6%) ASGE criteria identified the majority of patients(P = 0.0001).A modified score using conjugated bilirubin had a higher sensitivity(81.2% vs 59.5%) and more likely to identify a stone than the standard criteria,odds ratio of 25.7 compared to 8.8.Alanine aminotransferase and gamma-glutamyl transferase values identified significant differences in a subset of patients with odds ratio of 4.1 and 3.25,respectively.CONCLUSION:Current adult guidelines identified the majority of pediatric patients with CBDS,but specific pediatric guidelines may improve detection,thus decreasing risks and unnecessary procedures. | Douglas S Fishman Bruno P Chumpitazi Isaac Raijman Cynthia Man-Wai Tsai E O’Brian Smith Mark V Mazziotti Mark A Gilger | 2016 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2016,8,11: | 6 |

| 5 | Competition between fusion-evaporation and multifragmentation in central collisions in ^(58)Ni+^(48)Ca at 25A MeV显示文摘The experimental data concerning the58Ni+48Ca reaction at Elab(Ni)=25A MeV,collected by using the CHIMERA 4π device,have been analyzed in order to investigate the competition among different reaction mechanisms for central collisions in the Fermi energy domain.As a main criterion for centrality selection we have chosen the flow angle(flow) method,making an event-by-event analysis that considers the shape of events,as it is determined by the eigenvectors of the experimental kinetic-energy tensor.For the selected central events(flow >60°) some global variables,good to characterize the pattern of central collisions have been constructed.The main features of the reaction products were explored by using different constraints on some of the relevant observables,like mass and velocity distributions and their correlations.Much emphasis was devoted,for central collisions,to the competition between fusion-evaporation processes with subsequent identification of a heavy residue and a possible multifragmentation mechanism of a well defined(if any) transient nuclear system.Dynamical evolution of the system and pre-equilibrium emission were taken into account by simulating the reactions in the framework of transport theories.Different approaches have been envisaged(dynamical stochastic BNV calculations + sequential SIMON code,QMD,CoMD,etc.).Preliminary comparison of the experimental data with BNV calculations shows reasonable agreement with the assumption of sequential multifragmentation emission in the mass region of IMFs close to the heavy residues.Possible deviations from sequential processes were found for those IMFs in the region of masses intermediate between the mass of heavy residues and the mass of light IMFs.Further simulations are in progress.The experimental analysis will be enriched also by information obtained inspecting the IMF-IMF correlation function,in order to elucidated the nature of space-time decay property of the emitting source associated with events having the largest IMF multiplicity. | FRANCALANZA L ABBONDANNO U AMORINI F BARLINI S BINI M BOUGAULT R BRUNO M CARDELLA G CASINI G AGOSTINO M D' De FILIPPO V De SANCTIS J GERACI E GIUSSANI A GRAMEGNA F GUIOT B KRAVCHUK V La GUIDARA E LANZALONE G Le NEINDRE N MAIOLINO C MARINI P MORELLI L OLMI A PAGANO A PAPA M PIANTELLI S PIRRONE S POLITI G POGGI G PORTO F RUSSOTTO P RIZZO F VANNINI G VANNUCCI L | 2013 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,5: | 2 |
