| 1 | Human obstructive(postvasectomy)and nonobstructive azoospermia-Insights from scRNA-Seq and transcriptome analysis显示文摘A substantial number of male infertility is caused by azoospermia.However,the underlying etiology and the molecular basis remain largely unknown.Through single-cell(sc)RNA sequencing,we had analyzed testis biopsy samples from two patients with obstructive azoospermia(OA)and nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA).We found only somatic cells in the NOA samples and explored the transcriptional changes in Sertoli cells in response to a loss of interactions with germ cells.Moreover,we observed a germ cell population discrepancy between an OA(postvasectomy)patient and a healthy individual.We confirmed this observation in a secondary study with two datasets at GSM3526588 and GSE124263 for detailed analysis wherein the regulatory mechanisms at the transcriptional level were identified.These findings thus provide valuable information on huma n spermatoge nesis,and we also ide ntified in sightful info rmation for further research on reproducti on-related diseases. | Shitao Chen Geng An Hanshu Wang Xiaolong Wu Ping Ping Longfei Hu Yunmei Chen Jue Fan C.Yan Cheng Fei Sun | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022，9，3： | 2 |

| 3 | A discourse on creating and rendering educational and cultural enrichment services to rural migrant workers by public libraries显示文摘As far as China’s enormous success in her economic reforms and development is concerned,Chinese rural migrant workers indeed have had their biggest share of contributions.Yet ironically in return,they have only received a disproportionate meager share of benefit rewards.These people represent a huge economically deprived group at the bottom of the social totem pole in China’s metropolises.On the whole as a social group,their educational attainment is relatively low as compared to their average urban coworkers.As such being the case,their rights to access some of the cost-free cultural and educational enrichment programs in the society are limited and not always assured.Nevertheless and in general speaking,they manifest a strong and consistent desire to acquire all sorts of new and practical knowledge by means of accessing the resources and facilities of their local public libraries.It is suggested in this paper that public libraries are in a good position to give strong support to the central government’s strategic planning for the development of a public culture service systema).In implementing such a government initiative with an unswerving purpose of advancing social justice and equality,public libraries should strife to provide as many as possible their library services at no cost to the public,especially to those socially deprived rural migrant workers. | WANG Zizhou Charles C.Yan | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2009，，2： | 0 |
