| 1 | 中国双低油菜饼粕与加拿大卡诺拉粕品质特性的化学评价显示文摘系统地评价了 3个中国双低油菜与加拿大卡诺拉的商品饼粕与脱脂种籽的蛋白质、氨基酸、蔗糖、寡聚糖、饲粮总纤维和灰分等化学特性 ,并对饲粮总纤维的构成成分及加工的影响进行了研究。饲粮总纤维由非淀粉多糖、木质素和多酚、细胞壁蛋白质和矿物质组成。 3个中国双低菜粕的粗蛋白、蔗糖及必需氨基酸含量均接近或高于卡诺拉帕 ,但饲粮总纤维含量显著不同 ,尤其是蛋白质含量由于加工方式不同变异极大。在试验室条件下加工的脱脂种籽样品与相应的饼粕样品相比 ,蔗糖、赖氨酸和饲粮纤维含量变化显著。因此 。 | 彭健 B A Slominsk W Guenter L D Campbell 熊远著 | 2000 | 中国兽医学报2000，20，4： | 16 |
| 2 | 我国农村居民的红细胞脂肪酸、血浆脂质与心血管疾病显示文摘对我国49个县的心血管疾病(CVD,包括冠心病、高血压心脏病和脑卒中)死亡率和4900例35~64岁成年男女的膳食进行了调查,并测定了血浆脂质[总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和甘油三酸酯(TG)]的含量,结果指出:1.和西方国家人群比较,我国农民血浆TC、TG、HDL-C和依此计算而得的LDL-C水平较低,而HDL-C/TC比值较高,CVD死亡率也较西方国家的为低。2.在TC、LDL-C与CVD死亡率之间无相关,但在红细胞油酸水平与CVD死亡率间有显著负相关。3.红细胞油酸水平与血浆TC含量间无相关,而与红细胞花生四烯酸水平呈显著负相关。指出油酸对CVD死亡率的影响有可能是通过另一条途径,即减低血小板的聚集作用。4.我国的CVD死亡率呈现明显的地区性分布,即南方低于北方。其分布与红细胞油酸含量,及大米摄取量的地区性分布呈明显的负关系。5.为解释CVD死亡率与红细胞油酸的负关系,本文提出了油酸可能置换了血小板膜磷脂中多不饱和脂肪酸的设想,但对大米保护CVD的作用则尚需有更多的调查和研究数据才能确证之。 | 范文洵 Parker R Parpia B 屈荫生 Cassano P Crawford M Leyton J 田巧珍 黎均耀 陈君石 Campbell C | 1992 | 营养学报1992，14，1： | 15 |
| 3 | 不同加工方式对“双低”菜粕品质的影响显示文摘对 2个不同加工方式生产的中国“双低”菜粕A和B以及 1个加拿大卡诺拉菜粕进行了体外消化和肉鸡饲养及代谢试验 ,以评价其营养价值。体外消化试验结果表明 ,卡诺拉菜粕、样品A和样品B的可消化蛋白质含量分别为 73 .6%、59.0 %和 51 .0 %(P <0 .0 1 ) ;2周的肉鸡生长试验表明 ,试验各期生长速度、采食量和饲料转化率差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)或极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;代谢试验结果表明氮沉积率组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)。过热处理时 ,与中性洗涤纤维相连的蛋白质消化率降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,是导致氮沉积率低和肉鸡生长性能差的直接原因。试验结果也表明 ,过热处理或热处理不足 ,都对“双低”菜籽饼粕质量产生严重影响。 | 彭健 B A Slominski W Guenter L D Campbell 熊远著 | 2000 | 中国畜牧杂志2000，36，5： | 8 |
