1Distribution characteristics of zooplankton biomass in the East China Sea显示文摘On the basis of the data of oceanographic survey in the East China Sea in four seasons during 1997~2000 (23°30′~33°00′N,118°30′~ 128°E), the variation of total biomass and diet biomass of zooplankton and their spatial-temporal distribution and relationship with the fishing ground of Engraulisjaponicus are approached and analyzed. The results show that the average biomass is 65.32 mg/m3 in four seasons, autumn (86.18 mg/m3) being greater than summer (69.18 mg/m3) greater than s pring ( 55.67 mg/m3) greater than winter (50.33 mg/m3). The average value of diet zooplankton biomass is 40.9 mg/m3.The trends of horizontal distribution both in the total biomass and the diet biomass of zooplankton are similar. The high biomass region (250~500 mg/m3) is very limited, only accounting for 1% of the investigation area. Seasonal variation of the biomass is very remarkable in the west and north parts of East China Sea coastal waters ( 29°30′N, 125°E). The horizontal distribution of diet zooplankton depends on the abundance distribution of crustacean. The distribution of diet zooplankton is related to the fishing ground of Engraulis japonicus and the high-density area of young fish and larval. In spring, the central fishing ground of Engraulis japonicus (>100 kg/h) and the high-density area of young fish and larval (>100 individuals per net) are located at the same place of high-density (100~250 mg/m3)area of diet zooplankton in the middle-southern part of East China Sea or the edge of its waters.XUZhaoli CHAOMin CHENYaqu 2004Acta Oceanologica Sinica2004,23,2:19

4Formation of coherent, core-shelled nano-particles in dilute Al-Sc-Zr alloys from the first-principles显示文摘We present a systematic first-principles based study on the formation of coherent L12-phase nanoparticles in dilute Al-Sc-Zr alloys.Bulk structures and properties,solute substitution,interface formation energies,and interfacial coherent strains are all calculated.Nucleation modeling and relevant energetic calculations are performed on various possible structures of L12-phase nano-precipitates,i.e.individual L12-Al3Sc and L12-Al3Zr,homogeneous L12-Al3(ScxZr1-x)and the core-shelled L12-Al3Sc(Al3Zr)and L12-Al3Zr(Al3Sc).The following insights are obtained.Matrix-dissolved Sc or Zr strongly prefers to substitute the X sublattice sites in L12-Al3X(X=Zr or Sc),while the inter-substitution between L12-Al3Sc and Al3Zr is only weakly feasible.The cube-on-cube orientation with the(100)/(100)contacting facets is the most energy favored for the Al/Al3Sc(L12),Al/Al3Zr(L12)and Al3Sc(L12)/Al3Zr(L12)interfaces.All these interfaces are highly coherent,with fairly low formation energy.And particularly,the Al3Sc(L12)/Al3Zr(L12)interface has essentially zero formation energy.Ternary L12-Al3(ScxZr1-x)precipitates tend to form a Al3Sc-based core and Al3Zr-based shell structure,with a relatively sharp inner interface of Al3Sc(L12)/Al3Zr(L12).This core-shelled structure becomes energetically more favorable for the particle size R>1–2 nm.The potential influence of the Sc/Zr ratio and temperature on the relative stabilities of L12-phases in Al is also evaluated and discussed.Chaomin Zhang Yong Jiang Fuhua Cao Tao Hu Yiren Wang Dengfeng Yin 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,5:8

6肠系膜上静脉血管鞘内入路在右半结肠切除术中的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the clinical value of superior mesenteric vascular intrathecal approach in right hemicolectomy. Methods: We retrospectively studied the clinical data of 132 patients who had right hemicolectomy from June 2007 to June 2010, including 68 cases with superior mesenteric vascular intrathecal approach to resect specimen, and compared the operation time, blood loss, hospital stay and the number of dissected lymph nodes with patients treated with conventional surgery. Results: Compared the vascular intrathecal approach with conventional approach, the operation time and blood loss were decreased significantly, the number of Dukes C No. 3 lymph node dissection was increased, while the incidence of postoperative complications and hospital stay were equivalent to traditional surgery group. 7C_(17)-fengycin B,produced by deep-sea-derived Bacillus subtilis,possessing a strong antifungal activity against Fusarium solani显示文摘Root rot disease caused by Fusarium solani is the most devastating disease of the tomato and legume crops in China.The metabolites of Bacillus species can inhibit many fungal diseases.In this study,the metabolites of deep-sea-derived bacterium Bacillus subtilis 2 H11 can significantly inhibit the growth of F.solani.The metabolite C_(17)-fengycin B,one of the cyclic lipopeptides,was identified by the combination of silica column chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),high-energy collision induced dissociation mass spectrometry(HCD-MS)and tandem mass spectrometry(HCD-MS/MS).The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed that C_(17)-fengycin B could destroy the structure of the hyphae and spores of F.solani.The antifungal activities of C_(17)-fengycin B against F.solani were tested at concentrations ranging from 0.05 mg/mL to 0.20 mg/mL.The results indicated that C_(17)-fengycin B inhibited the growth of F.solani with antifungal index of 89.80%at 0.20 mg/mL,and the antifungal activity of C_(17)-fengycin B was further verified by the pot experiment.In addition,the cytotoxicity experiment showed that C_(17)-fengycin B had good biocompatibility and was a potential candidate for the development of biocontrol pesticide in the future.Weixiang LIU Chaomin SUN 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,5:5
8On-chip structure-switching aptamer-modified magnetic nanobeads for the continuous monitoring of interferon-gamma ex vivo显示文摘Cytokines are cell signaling molecules that indicate the health status of the body.In this study,we developed a microfluidic device integrated with structure-switching aptamers capable of continuously tracking the concentration of the cytokine interferon gamma(IFN-γ)in cell culture medium and blood serum.First,a ferrocene(Fc)-labeled structure-switching signaling aptamer with a hairpin structure targeting IFN-γwas immobilized on magnetic nanobeads by the strongest noncovalent interactions between streptavidin and biotin.The aptamer-modified magnetic nanobeads were trapped on a customized microfluidic chip by a magnetic field to form the sensing interface.The binding of IFN-γcould trigger the hairpin structure of the aptamer to unfold,pushing Fc redox molecules away from the sensing interface and consequently switching off the electrochemical signal.The change in the redox current of Fc was quantitatively related to the concentration of IFN-γin a linear range of 10–500 pg mL^(−1)and with the lowest detection limit of 6 pgmL^(−1).This microfluidic device was specific to IFN-γin the presence of overabundant serum proteins and allowed the continuous monitoring of IFN-γwithout adding exogenous reagents.It provided a universal point-of-care biosensing platform for the real-time detection of a spectrum of analytes.Guozhen Liu Chaomin Cao Shengnan Ni Shilun Feng Hui Wei 2019Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1:3
9Observation and research of deep underground multi-physical fields—Huainan–848 m deep experiment显示文摘Compared with the surface,the deep environment has the advantages of allowing“super-quiet and ultra-clean”-geophysical field observation with low vibration noise and little electromagnetic interference,which are conducive to the realization of long-term and high-precision observation of multi-physical fields,thus enabling the solution of a series of geoscience problems.In the Panyidong Coal Mine,where there are extensive underground tunnels at the depth of 848 m below sea level,we carried out the first deep-underground geophysical observations,including radioactivity,gravity,magnetic,magnetotelluric,background vibration and six-component seismic observations.We concluded from these measurements that(1)the background of deep subsurface gravity noise in the long-period frequency band less than 2 Hz is nearly two orders of magnitude weaker than that in the surface observation environment;(2)the underground electric field is obviously weaker than the surface electric field,and the relatively high frequency of the underground field,greater than 1 Hz,is more than two orders of magnitude weaker than that of the surface electric field;the east-west magnetic field underground is approximately the same as that at the surface;the relatively high-frequency north-south magnetic field underground,below 10 Hz,is at least one order of magnitude lower than that at the surface,showing that the underground has a clean electromagnetic environment;(3)in addition to the highfrequency and single-frequency noises introduced by underground human activities,the deep underground space has a significantly lower background vibration noise than the surface,which is very beneficial to the detection of weak earthquake and gravity signals;and(4)the underground roadway support system built with ferromagnetic material interferes the geomagnetic field.We also found that for deep observation in the“ultra-quiet and ultra-clean”environment,the existing geophysical equipment and observation technology have problems of poor adaptability and insufficient precision as well as data cleaning problems,such as the effective separation of the signal and noise of deep observation data.It is also urgent to interpret and comprehensively utilize these high-precision multi-physics observation data.Yun WANG Yaxin YANG Heping SUN Chengliang XIE Qisheng ZHANG Xiaoming CUI Chang CHEN Yongsheng HE Qiangqiang MIAO Chaomin MU Lianghui GUO Jiwen TENG 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,1:3
10Aeroelastic stability of wing/pylon/rotor coupled system for tiltrotor aircraft in forward flight显示文摘An analytical model for aeroelastic stability of the wing/pylon/rotor coupled system with elastic bending-twist coupling wing for tiltrotor aircraft in forward flight has been established in this paper. The investigation is focused on the effectiveness of the wing elastic bending-twist couplings provided by composite wing beam on the aeroelastic stability for the wing/pylon/rotor coupled system. By introducing the different wing elastic bending-twist couplings into the Boeing’s test model, the aeroelastic stability of the Boeing’s test model with different wing elastic bending-twist couplings has been analyzed. The numerical re-sults indicate that the negative wing beamwise bending-twist elastic coupling (the wing upward beamwise bending engenders the nose-down torsion of the wing section) can saliently enhance the stability of the wing beamwise bending modal. 19Characteristics of the Geotectonics in South China and Their Constraints on Primary Diamond显示文摘The Asian continent is one of the best places in the world to study continental dynamics. In this region the tectonic framework of the South China plate is related to the activity of the Pacific plate and Indian plate since the Mesozoic. In the South China plate, as the ophiolitic melange of the middle Proterozoic in the Shaoxing-Yingtan-Tengxian-Beihai faulted zone was confirmed to be a subducting ocean, the evolution of the Yangtze block and Cathaysian block, which are located on both sides of the fault zone, becomes clearer and clearer. A primary diamond deposit, which was first found by Bao Chaomin and his colleagues in Longyou County of Zhejiang Province in 1998, originated from kimberlitoid pipes. The pipes are located in the Cretaceous basin beside this deep fault and the diamond-bearing pipe was formed deep within a favourable geological structure. Diamond there occurs as octahedral crystals without visual impurities.
