The agents considered here are all identical upper-triangular nonlinear systems which satisfy the Lipschitz growth condition. First, it is shown that the leader-follower consensus problem is equivalent to the control design problem of a high-dimensional multi-variable system.Second, by introducing an appropriate state transformation, the control design problem can be converted into the problem of finding a constant parameter, which can be obtained by solving the Lyapunov equation and estimating the nonlinear terms of the given system. | 3 | Paeoniflorin-6′-0-benzene sulfonate alleviates collageninduced arthritis in mice by downregulating BAFF-TRAF2-NF-kB signaling: comparison with biological agents显示文摘Paeoniflorin-6′-0-benzene sulfonate (CP-25) is a new ester derivative of paeoniflorin with improved lipid solubility and oral bioavailability, as well as better anti-inflammatory activity than its parent compound. In this study we explored whether CP-25 exerted therapeutic effects in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mice through regulating B-cell activating factor (BAFF)-BAFF receptors-mediated signaling pathways. CIA mice were given CP-25 or injected with biological agents rituximab or etanercept for 40 days. In CIA mice, we found that T cells and B cells exhibited abnormal proliferation;the percentages of CD19^+ total B cells, CD19^+CD27^+-activated B cells, CD19^+BAFFR^+ and CD19^+TACI^+cells were significantly increased in PBMCs and spleen lymphocytes. CP-25 suppressed the indicators of arthritis, alleviated histopathology, accompanied by reduced BAFF and BAFF receptors expressions, inhibited serum immunoglobulin levels, decreased the Bell subsets percentages, and prevented the expressions of key molecules in NF-kB signaling. Furthermore, we showed that treatment with CP-25 reduced CD19+TRAF2^+ cell expressions stimulated by BAFF and decreased TRAF2 overexpression in HEK293 cells in vitro. Thus, CP-25 restored the abnormal T cells proliferation and B-cell percentages to the normal levels, and normalized the elevated levels of IgA, lgG2a and key proteins in NF-kB signaling. In comparison, rituximab and etanercept displayed stronger antiinflammatory activities than CP-25;they suppressed the elevated inflammatory indexes to below the normal levels in CIA mice. In summary, our results provide evidence that CP-25 alleviates CIA and regulates the functions of B cells through BAFF-TRAF2-NF-kB signaling. | 4 | Synthesis and characterization of tungsten and barium co-doped La2Mo2O9 by sol-gel process for solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘Herein,we demonstrate the synthesis of W and Ba co-doped La2Mo2O9(LBMWO)nanocrystalline powder by a sol-gel process.In all the compositions have general formulae La1.9Ba0.1Mo2-xWxO8.95(x=0-0.40).The crystal structure,microstructure and conductivity of LBMWO were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and electrical impedance spectroscopy.In addition,the thermal and decomposition properties of the LBMWO gel were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetric.The results reveal that all LBMWO powders calcined at 700℃have a cubic structure;the average crystallite size is about 48 nm.The unit cell parameter of LBMWO powders increases with increase in W content.The as-synthesized nanocrystalline LBMWO samples exhibit excellent sinterability and a relatively lower sintering temperature of 900℃.A high relative density of-96%is achieved after sintering at 900℃which is in good agreeme nt with the re sults of the SEM.Moreover,W and Ba codoping suppresses the phase transition and effectively stabilizes theβ-phase at low temperature.At the same time,La1.9Ba0.1Mo1.85W0.15O8.95 exhibits high ionic conductivity,3.07 x 10^-2 S/cm at 800℃.It is therefore concluded that co-doping can improve the properties of La2MO2O9 electrolytes. | Chang′an Tian Lingbo Shao Dongdong Ji Jie Yang Jinsong Xie Qiyi Yin Huirong Le | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,9: | 5 |
| 5 | A Dominant Locus, qBSC-1, Controls β Subunit Content of Seed Storage Protein in Soybean(Glycine max(L.) Merri.)显示文摘Soybean seed storage protein is one of the most important plant vegetable proteins, and β subunit is of great significance to enhance soybean protein quality and processing property. F2 segregated population and residual heterozygous lines(RHL) derived from the cross between Yangyandou(low level of β subunit) and Zhonghuang 13(normal level of β subunit) were used for mapping of β subunit content. Our results showed that β subunit content was controlled by a single dominant locus, qBSC-1(β subunit content), which was mapped to a region of 11.9 cM on chromosome 20 in F2 population of 85 individuals. This region was narrowed down to 2.5 cM between BARCSOYSSR_20_0997 and BARCSOYSSR_20_0910 in RHL with a larger population size of 246 individuals. There were 48 predicted genes within qBSC-1 region based on the reference genome(Glyma 1.0, Williams 82), including the two copies of β subunit coding gene CG4. | 7 | Regulation of Propylene and 1-Methylcyclopropene on Expressions of ACS and ACO Genes in Persimmon Fruits显示文摘The regulation of postharvest treatment with propylene and 1-MCP on ethylene release rate and expressions of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid synthase (ACS) and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid oxidase (ACO) genes in Fuping Janshi persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.) fruit were investigated. Fruits were treated with propylene and 1-MCP, then stored at 20°C, ethylene release rate of the treated fruits was measured at regular intervals and RNA was extracted for Northern blotting analysis. The results suggested that treatment with propylene accelerated the expressions of ACS and ACO genes and then enhanced the ethylene biosynthesis, while treatment with 1-MCP inhibited the expressions of two genes and their ethylene biosynthesis. Furthermore, different effects on expressions caused by treatments with propylene and 1-MCP existed in various fruit tissues, the inhibitory effect on ACS and ACO genes by 1-MCP was the strongest in pericarp, followed by pulp and core tissues, in the area near fruit stalk, the inhibitory effect was the weakest. While the enhanced effect on ACS and ACO genes by propylene increased from pulp, core, and pericarp to the area near fruit stalk. | 10 | Regulating the d band in WS_(2)@NC hierarchical nanospheres for efficient lithium polysulfide conversion in lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The performance of lithium-sulfur batteries is deteriorated by the inferior conductivity of sulfur,the shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs),sluggish redox kinetics of polysulfide intermediates and serious volumetric expansion of sulfur.To overcome these challenges,we report a versatile route to prepare multi-functional nanocomposites with tuable hierarchical structure via ammonium hydroxide(NH_(3)·H_(2) O)induced self-assembly.The versatility of the system has been demonstrated that the organization of the hierarchical structure can be regulated by adding different amounts of NH_(3)·H_(2) O,and WS_(2) and Co_(9)S_(8) with nitrogen-doped carbon coating(denoted as WS_(2)@NC and Co_(9)S_(8)@NC)can be prepared by adding different precursor salts.When the as-prepared materials are applied for Li-S batteries,the WS_(2)@NC composite exhibits a reversible capacity of 1107.4 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C after 500 cycles and even 728.9 mAh g^(-1) at2 C for 1000 cycles,which is significantly better than the Co_(9)S_(8) counterpart and other reported WS_(2) sulfur hosts.Experimentally,the advantageous performance of WS_(2) could be attributed to its higher surface area and total pore volume,giving rise to the easier access to electrolyte and better ability to buffer the volume change during the charge/discharge process.Theoretically,the density function theory(DFT)calculation reveals that the as-prepared WS_(2) has a higher binding energy towards LiPSs as well as a lower energy barrier for Li^(+)diffusion on the surface than Co_(9)S_(8).More significantly,the density of states(DOS)analysis further confirms that the superior performance is mainly ascribed to the more prominent shifting and the more charge compensation from d band of W than Co,which increase electronic concentration and give more hybridization of d-p orbitals in the Fermi level of the adsorbed Li2 S4 to accelerate the lithium polysulfide interfacial redox and conversion dynamics in WS_(2).By proposing this mechanism,this work sheds new light on the understanding of catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfides at the atomic level and the strategy to develop advanced cathode materials for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries. | Jintao Liu Shuhao Xiaoa Le Chang Long Lai Rui Wu Yong Xiang Xingquan Liu Jun Song Chen | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5: | 2 |

| 20 | Efficient drug delivery and anticancer effect of micelles based on vitamin E succinate and chitosan derivatives显示文摘Nanocarriers have emerged as a promising cancer drug delivery strategy.Multi-drug resistance caused by overexpression of multiple-drug excretion transporters in tumor cells is the major obstacle to successful chemotherapy.Vitamin E derivatives have many essential functions for drug delivery applications,such as biological components that are hydrophobic,stable,water-soluble enhancing compounds,and anticancer activity.In addition,vitamin E derivatives are also effective mitocan which can overcome multi-drug resistance by binding to P glycoproteins.Here,we developed a carboxymethyl chitosan/vitamin E succinate nano-micellar system(O-CMCTS-VES).The synthesized polymers were characterized by Fourier Transform IR,and 1H NMR spectra.The mean sizes of O-CMCTS-VES and DOX-loaded nanoparticles were around 177 nm and 208 nm.The drug loading contents were 6.1%,13.0%and 10.6%with the weight ratio of DOX to O-CMCTS-VES corresponding 1:10,2:10 and 3:10,and the corresponding EEs were 64.3%,74.5%and 39.7%.Cytotoxicity test,hemolysis test and histocompatibility test showed that it had good biocompatibility in vitro and in vivo.Drug release experiments implied good pH sensitivity and sustained-release effect.The DOX/O-CMCTS-VES nanoparticles can be efficiently taken up by HepG2 cancer cells and the tumor inhibition rate is up to 62.57%.In the in vivo study by using H22 cells implanted Balb/C mice,DOX/O-CMCTS-VES reduced the tumor volume and weight efficiently with a TIR of 35.58%.The newly developed polymeric micelles could successfully be utilized as a nanocarrier system for hydrophobic chemotherapeutic agents for the treatment of solid tumors. | Xiaotong Chen Junxiang Gu Le Sun Wenya Li Lili Guo Zhiyang Gu Litong Wang Yan Zhang Wangwang Zhang Baoqin Han Jing Chang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 1 |
