1An analysis of the types and distribution characteristics of natural gas reservoirs in China显示文摘The natural gas reservoir beds of different areas in China can be divided into three kinds,clastic natural gas reservoir bed,carbonate natural gas reservoir bed and special natural gas reservoir bed.They have different combination patterns controlled by deposition,diagenesis and tectonism.Our analysis indicates that the natural gas reservoirs are mainly distributed in the Precambrian,Palaeozoic,Mesozoic,and Tertiary-Quaternary.Craton basin,foreland basin and intracontinental rift basin which contain most of natural gas in China have special geological features and favorable accumulation conditions,and will be important exploration areas in the future.Xu Zhangyou Yue Dali Wu Shenghe Zhang Xiaoyu Chen Ce Ni Yuqiang 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,1:6

3Development and application of the Baosteel mechanical descaling technology显示文摘During the hot rolling process,o xides are formed on the surface of metal products.These oxides,which are commonly called scales,must be eliminated before other post-processing. Currently,chemical pickling is the most widespread technology for descaling.However,chemical pickling depicts several drawbacks such as severe pollution, high cost, and unstable quality.Consequently,Baosteel initiated the Baosteel mechanical descaling( BMD)technology research in 2009.The BMD technology uses a water jet containing abrasive to eliminate the scales.The metal surface after BMD processing achieves an excellent surface quality with grade of Sa3.0 and satisfies the requirement of subsequent processes such as stamping,coating,and cold rolling. In this study, the development history,process feature,and industrial application of the BMD technology are presented. 4New insights into the unfolded protein response(UPR)-anterior gradient 2(AGR2)pathway in the regulation of intestinal barrier function in weaned piglets显示文摘Sustained dysfunction of the intestinal barrier caused by early weaning is a major factor that induces postweaning diarrhea in weaned piglets.In both healthy and diseased states,the intestinal barrier is regulated by goblet cells.Alterations in the characteristics of goblet cells are linked to intestinal barrier dysfunction and inflammatory conditions during pathogenic infections.In this review,we summarize the current understanding of the mechanisms of the unfolded protein response(UPR)and anterior gradient2(AGR2)in maintaining intestinal barrier function and how modifications to these systems affect mucus barrier characteristics and goblet cell dysregulation.We highlight a novel mechanism underlying the UPR-AGR2 pathway,which affects goblet cell differentiation and maturation and the synthesis and secretion of mucin by regulating epidermal growth factor receptor and mucin 2.This study provides a theoretical basis and new insights into the regulation of intestinal health in weaned piglets.Feng Zhang Mengxian Chen Xiaodan Liu Xu Ji Shenghe Li Erhui Jin 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,4:0
