1Melatonin lowers edema after spinal cord injury显示文摘Melatonin has been shown to diminish edema in rats. Melatonin can be used to treat spinal cord injury. This study presumed that melatonin could relieve spinal cord edema and examined how it might act. Our experiments found that melatonin(100 mg/kg, i.p.) could reduce the water content of the spinal cord, and suppress the expression of aquaporin-4 and glial fibrillary acidic protein after spinal cord injury. 3Thermal Stability of Magnetron Sputtered Low Hydrogen Content Diamondlike Carbon显示文摘Response to vacuum annealing at temperatures up to 600℃ for 3h for low hydrogen content diamondlike carbon(LHDLC)films prepared by magnetron sputtering of pure graphite in pure Ar atmosphere has been studied.Optical properties of the as-deposited and annealed films have been characterized by ellipsometry and infrared spectroscopy.No change was found for the films annealed at up to 400℃.The LHDLC begins losing hydrogen after annealing above 400℃ and the sp2 hybrid structure increases.The refractive index of the films increases with increasing annealing temperatures above 500℃.Annealing at 600℃ results in graphitization and the loss of IR transparency.CHENG Degang LÜFanxiu SUN Qinbiao YU Wenxiu YANG Rang 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,5:0
4A study on the minority carrier diffusion length in n-type GaN films显示文摘The minority carrier diffusion length of n-type GaN films grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) has been studied by measuring the surface photovoltaic (PV) spectra. It was found that the minority carrier dif- fusion length of undoped n-type GaN is considerably larger than that in lightly Si-doped GaN. However, the data suggested that the dislocation and electron concentration appear not to be responsible for the minority carrier diffusion length. 5Effect of Laser Irradiation on the Optical Properties of Diamond-Like Carbon显示文摘Magnetron sputtered diamond-like carbon(DLC)films were irradiated by cw CO_(2) laser.It was found that the laser irradiation increased the visible absorption,decreased the optical gap of DLC and decreased lightly the infrared transmittance.The absorption curves of the as-deposited and the irradiated films indicated that the irradiation decreased the hydrogen content and the sp^(3) hybrid structure and altered the absorption mode of C-CH_(3).CHENG Degang LÜ Fanxiu YANG Rang YE Ruizeng SUN Qingbiao 1995Chinese Physics Letters1995,12,2:0
