1A two-stage convolutional recurrent network-based stereophonic acoustic echo cancellation approach with complex spectrum显示文摘A two-stage convolutional recurrent network(CRN) with complex spectral input features is proposed to address the stereophonic acoustic echo cancellation(SAEC) problem.The proposed algorithm avoids the decorrelation of far-end signals, which solves the non-unique solution problem of the adaptive filter-based SAEC and ensures the stereo sound quality and spatial perception. It deals with SAEC problem in two stages. In the first stage, a CRN model is used to estimate the echo signal based on the microphone and the far-end signals. In the second stage, a CRN model is used to estimate the near-end speech based on the microphone input signal and the estimated echo signal from the first stage. The discrimination between echo and near-end signal of the model can be improved by using the estimated echo signal as a priori information, which benefits the estimation of near-end signal. The input features and training targets used in the network are the complex spectral of signals, which can recover the phase information of the near-end speech. Experimental results show that the SAEC algorithm based on the proposed two-stage CRN model has significantly better performance than the traditional algorithms and single-stage CRN model in terms of both echo suppression in single-talk period and speech quality in double-talk period.CHENG Linjuan PENG Renhua ZHENG Chengshi LI Xiaodong 2023Chinese Journal of Acoustics2023,42,4:0
2An innovative method used for the identification of N-glycans on soybean allergenβ-conglycinins显示文摘β-Conglycinin is one of the major allergens existed in soybean.N-Glycans attached to theβ-conglycinin influenced the immunoreactivity and antigen presenting efficiency ofβ-conglycinin.In this study,we described a new method used to release and collect the N-glycans fromβ-conglycinin,and the N-glycans existed in linear epitopes ofβ-conglycinin were identified.Glycopeptides hydrolyzed fromβ-conglycinin were purified by cotton hydrophilic chromatography.Trifluoromethylsulfonic acid was then used to release glycans from glycopeptides,and new glycopeptides containing one single N-acety1-D-glucosamine(G1 cNAc)moiety were then utilized for mass spectrometry.Five glycosylation sites(Asn-199,Asn-455,Asn-215,Asn-489 and Asn-326)and 22 kinds of glycopeptides were identified.It is noteworthy that the peptide VVN^(#)ATSNL(where^(#)represents for the glycosylation site)was analyzed to be both glycopeptide and linear epitope.Our results provided a new method for the N-glycoform analysis of food allergens,and laid a foundation for understanding the relationship between glyco sylation and food allergy.Cheng Li Yang Tian Jianli Han Yu Lu Meiyi Zou Yue Jia Chengjian Wang Linjuan Huang Zhongfu Wang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
