| 1 | Precise orbit determination for geostationary satellites with multiple tracking techniques显示文摘A new precise orbit determination (POD) strategy based on the combination of satellite laser ranging (SLR) and C-band transfer ranging for geostationary satellites (GEO) is presented.Two approaches to calibrate ranging biases of the C-band ranging system are proposed,namely the two tracking system co-location comparison and the combined POD method,with calibration accuracies estimated to be 0.5 ns and 1 ns respectively.Using data from a C-band tracking network in China,POD experiments indicate that meter-level POD accuracy is achievable for GEO.Root-mean-square (RMS) of the post-fit C-band ranging data is about 0.205 m.The radial component errors of POD are evaluated with SLR data from a station in Beijing,with residual RMS of 0.133 m.Orbital overlapping experiments show the total orbit error is a few meters.Computations of SLR residuals also suggest that for 2-hour prediction,the predicted radial error is about 0.373 m. | GUO Rui HU XiaoGong TANG Bo HUANG Yong LIU Li CHENG LiuCheng HE Feng | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,8: | 24 |
| 2 | Salicylic acid and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in production of rice trypsin proteinase inhibitors induced by the leaf folder Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Guenée)显示文摘The roles of signaling pathways in the production of trypsin proteinase inhibitors(TrypPIs)in rice infested by the leaf folder(LF) Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were studied.Infestation by LF increased TrypPI levels in the leaves of rice plants at the tillering,booting and flowering stages but decreased TrypPI levels at the ripening stage;TrypPI levels in rice stems did not increase at any developmental stage.Infestation by LF at the tillering stage systemically increased TrypPI levels in leaves but not in stems;it also enhanced salicylic acid(SA)levels in leaves and stems,and the ethylene level released from plants.However,LF infestation did not increase JA concentrations.Exogenous application of SA or ethylene enhanced TrypPI levels in the leaves and stems of plants at the tillering stage,whereas treatment with both SA and ethylene induced lower levels of TrypPIs than treatment with SA or ethylene alone,suggesting an antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene on TrypPIs induction.The results suggest that both SA and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in the production of TrypPIs in rice induced by LF;moreover,the antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene may explain the changes in TrypPI levels seen at different plant developmental stages and in different organs. | WANG Xia HU LiuCheng ZHOU GuoXin CHENG JiaAn LOU YongGen | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,22: | 5 |
| 3 | Capturing dynamic biological signals via bio-mimicking hydrogel for precise remodeling of soft tissue显示文摘Soft tissue remodeling is a sophisticated process that sequentially provides dynamic biological signals to guide cell behavior.However,capturing these signals within hydrogel and directing over time has still been unrealized owing to the poor comprehension of physiological processes.Here,a bio-mimicking hydrogel is designed via thiol-ene click reaction to capture the early physical signal triggered by inflammation,and the chemical signals provided with chemokine and natural adhesion sites,which guaranteed the precise soft tissue remodeling.This bio-mimicking hydrogel efficiently facilitated cell anchoring,migration,and invasion in the 3D matrix due to the permissive space and the interaction with integrin receptors.Besides,the covalently grafted chemokine-like peptide is optimal for colonization and functional differentiation of endothelial cells through a HIF-1αdependent signal pathway.Furthermore,the early polarization of macrophages,collagen deposition and angiogenesis in rat acute wound model,and the increased blood perfusion in mouse skin flap model have confirmed that the bio-mimicking hydrogel realized precise soft tissue remodeling and opens new avenues for the phased repair of different tissues such as nerve,myocardium,and even bone. | Zhengwei Cai Qimanguli Saiding Liang Cheng Liucheng Zhang Zhen Wang Fei Wang Xinliang Chen Gang Chen Lianfu Deng Wenguo Cui | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,12: | 2 |
| 4 | Programmable immune activating electrospun fibers for skin regeneration显示文摘Immune cells play a crucial regulatory role in inflammatory phase and proliferative phase during skin healing.How to programmatically activate sequential immune responses is the key for scarless skin regeneration.In this study,an“Inner-Outer”IL-10-loaded electrospun fiber with cascade release behavior was constructed.During the inflammatory phase,the electrospun fiber released a lower concentration of IL-10 within the wound,inhibiting excessive recruitment of inflammatory cells and polarizing macrophages into anti-inflammatory phenotype“M2c”to suppress excessive inflammation response.During the proliferative phase,a higher concentration of IL-10 released by the fiber and the anti-fibrotic cytokines secreted by polarized“M2c”directly acted on dermal fibroblasts to simultaneously inhibit extracellular matrix overdeposition and promote fibroblast migration.The“Inner-Outer”IL-10-loaded electrospun fiber programmatically activated the sequential immune responses during wound healing and led to scarless skin regeneration,which is a promising immunomodulatory biomaterial with great potential for promoting complete tissue regeneration. | Lu Chen Liucheng Zhang Hongbo Zhang Xiaoming Sun Dan Liu Jianming Zhang Yuguang Zhang Liying Cheng Hélder A.Santos Wenguo Cui | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 1 |
| 5 | Progress of laser and light treatments for lower eyelid rejuvenation显示文摘Laser and light treatments have recently become popular owing to its efficacy in treating laxity,rhytids,hyperpigmentation of the lower eyelids,and drooping of septum fat.For several decades,our department has explored the application of laser and light treatment for eye rejuvenation.This paper summarizes common treatment methods and analyzes the published literature on the indications and outcomes of multiple laser and light treatments for lower eyelid rejuvenation.An extensive survey of peer-reviewed literature was performed using PubMed,with the search terms“noninvasive treatment”,“infraorbital”,“palpebral bags”,“lower eyelid”,“radiofrequency(RF)”,“laser”,“nonsurgical skin tightening”,and“noninvasive fat reduction”.The results showed that the use of lasers,intense pulsed light(IPL),monopolar RF,bipolar RF,AdipoLASER rejuvenation(ALJ),and fractional RF microneedling are safe and effective treatments for palpebral bags.We conclude that using Qswitched lasers,IPL,RF,ALJ,and fractional RF microneedling is safe and effective for lower eyelid rejuvenation,with minimal complications and quick recovery.Further research and development of optoelectronic therapy may encourage breakthroughs in lower eyelid treatment,such as simplified complex surgery and noninvasive methods. | Liying Cheng Lu Zhang Xiaoming Sun Xiyuan Mao Liucheng Zhang Yuguang Zhang Ying Zhang | 2021 | Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2021,3,4: | 1 |
