1Histopathological Observation of Lymphocystis Disease and Lymphocystis Disease Virus (LCDV) Detection in Cultured Diseased Sebastes schlegeli显示文摘Lymphocystis nodules occurring in the cultured sting fish Sebastes schlegeli were observed under light and electron microscope. Lymphocystis disease virus (LCDV) in the tissues of diseased fish was detected with indirect immunofluorescence test (IFAT). Results showed that lymphocystis cells had overly irregular nuclei, basophilic intracytoplasmic inclusion bodies with virions budding from the surface, and hyaline capsules outside the cell membrane. Numerous virus particles about 200 nm in diameter scat- tered in the cytoplasm, electron-dense particles 70-80 nm in diameter filled in perinuclear cisterna, and membrane-enveloped parti- cles with electron-dense core of 70-80 nm appeared around cellular nucleus. IFAT using monoclonal antibody against LCDV from Paralichthys olivaceus revealed that specific green fluorescence was present in the cytoplasm of lymphocystis cells, epithelium of stomach, gill lamellae, and muscular fibers under epidermis of S. schlegeli, just as that in the cytoplasm of lymphocystis cells of P. olivaceus, suggesting the presence of LCDV in these tissues.SHENG Xiuzhen ZHAN Wenbin XU Songjuan CHENG Shunfeng 2007Journal of Ocean University of China2007,6,4:6
2Approximate Data Aggregation in Sensor Equipped IoT Networks显示文摘As Internet-of-Things(IoT) networks provide efficient ways to transfer data, they are used widely in data sensing applications. These applications can further include wireless sensor networks. One of the critical problems in sensor-equipped IoT networks is to design energy efficient data aggregation algorithms that address the issues of maximum value and distinct set query. In this paper, we propose an algorithm based on uniform sampling and Bernoulli sampling to address these issues. We have provided logical proofs to show that the proposed algorithms return accurate results with a given probability. 3Sampling-Based Approximate Skyline Query in Sensor Equipped IoT Networks显示文摘Mobile-edge computing casts the computation-intensive and delay-sensitive applications of mobile devices onto network edges.Task offloading incurs extra communication latency and energy cost,and extensive efforts have focused on offloading schemes.Many metrics of the system utility are defined to achieve satisfactory quality of experience.However,most existing works overlook the balance between throughput and fairness.This study investigates the problem of finding an optimal offloading scheme in which the objective of optimization aims to maximize the system utility for leveraging between throughput and fairness.Based on Karush-Kuhn-Tucker condition,the expectation of time complexity is analyzed to derive the optimal scheme.A gradient-based approach for utility-aware task offloading is given.Furthermore,we provide an increment-based greedy approximation algorithm with 1+1/(e-1)ratio.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can achieve effective performance in utility and accuracy.Ran Bi Akshita Maradapu Vera Venkata Sai Xiuzhen Cheng Wei Cheng Zhi Tian Yingshu Li 2021Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,2:2
4Distributed Consensus for Blockchains in Internet-of-Things Networks显示文摘In recent years,due to the wide implementation of mobile agents,the Internet-of-Things(IoT) networks have been applied in several real-life scenarios,servicing applications in the areas of public safety,proximity-based services,and fog computing.Meanwhile,when more complex tasks are processed in IoT networks,demands on identity authentication,certifiable traceability,and privacy protection for services in IoT networks increase.Building a blockchain system in IoT networks can greatly satisfy such demands.However,the blockchain building in IoT brings about new challenges compared with that in the traditional full-blown Internet with reliable transmissions,especially in terms of achieving consensus on each block in complex wireless environments,which directly motivates our work.In this study,we fully considered the challenges of achieving a consensus in a blockchain system in IoT networks,including the negative impacts caused by contention and interference in wireless channel,and the lack of reliable transmissions and prior network organizations.By proposing a distributed consensus algorithm for blockchains on multi-hop IoT networks,we showed that it is possible to directly reach a consensus for blockchains in IoT networks,without relying on any additional network layers or protocols to provide reliable and ordered communications.In our theoretical analysis,we showed that our consensus algorithm is asymptotically optimal on time complexity and is energy saving.The extensive simulation results also validate our conclusions in the theoretical analysis.Li Yang Yifei Zou Minghui Xu Yicheng Xu Dongxiao Yu Xiuzhen Cheng 2022Tsinghua Science and Technology2022,27,5:2

17Chlorophyll sensitized BiVO4 as photoanode for solar water splitting and CO2 conversion显示文摘Converting solar energy into valuable hydrogen and hydrocarbon fuels through photoelectrocatalytic water splitting and CO_2 reduction is highly promising in addressing the growing demand for renewable and clean energy resources. However, the solar-to-fuel conversion efficiency is still very low due to limited light absorption and rapid bulk recombination of charge carriers. In this work, we present chlorophyll(Chl) and its derivative sodium copper chlorophyllin(ChlCuNa), as dye sensitizers, modified BiVO_4 to improve the photoelectrochemical(PEC) performance. The photocurrent of BiVO_4 is surprisingly decreased after a direct sensitization of Chl while the sensitization of ChlCuNa obviously enhances photocurrent of BiV04 electrodes by improved surface hydrophilicity and extended light absorption.ChlCuNa-sensitized BiV04 achieves an improved H_2 evolution rate of 5.43 μmol h^(-1) cm^(-2) in water splitting and an enhanced HCOOH production rate of 2.15 μmol h^(-1) cm^(-2) in CO_2 PEC reduction, which are1.9 times and 2.4 times higher than pristine BiVO_4, respectively.
