| 1 | Developing the Science Product Algorithm Testbed for Chinese Next-Generation Geostationary Meteorological Satellites:Fengyun-4 Series显示文摘Fengyun-4A(FY-4A), the first of the Chinese next-generation geostationary meteorological satellites, launched in2016, offers several advances over the FY-2: more spectral bands, faster imaging, and infrared hyperspectral measurements. To support the major objective of developing the prototypes of FY-4 science algorithms, two science product algorithm testbeds for imagers and sounders have been developed by the scientists in the FY-4 Algorithm Working Group(AWG). Both testbeds, written in FORTRAN and C programming languages for Linux or UNIX systems, have been tested successfully by using Intel/g compilers. Some important FY-4 science products, including cloud mask, cloud properties, and temperature profiles, have been retrieved successfully through using a proxy imager, Himawari-8/Advanced Himawari Imager(AHI), and sounder data, obtained from the Atmospheric Infra Red Sounder, thus demonstrating their robustness. | 2 | A linear ADRC-based robust high-dynamic double-loop servo system for aircraft electro-mechanical actuators显示文摘Compared with traditional hydraulic actuators, an Electro-Mechanical Actuator(EMA)is small in size and light in weight, so it has become more widely used. Aerodynamic load on aircraft control surface varies dramatically, and a change of flight environment leads to uncertainties of motor parameters. Therefore, high-dynamic response and strong anti-disturbance capability of an EMA are of great significance for aircraft rudder control and flight attitude adjustment. In order to improve dynamic response and disturbance rejection of an EMA and simplify control parameters tuning, a robust high-dynamic servo system based on Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control(LADRC) is proposed for an EMA employing a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM).Firstly, total disturbances of the EMA are analyzed, including parameter uncertainties, load variation, and static friction. A disturbance observer based on a reduced-order Extended State Observer(ESO) is designed to improve the anti-interference ability and dynamic performance. Secondly, the servo control architecture is simplified to a double-loop system, and a composite control of position and speed with acceleration feed-forward is presented to improve the EMA frequency bandwidth.Thirdly, the ideal model of the EMA is transformed into a simple cascade integral form with a disturbance observer, which makes it convenient to analyze and design the controller. Robustness performance comparisons are realized in frequency domain. | 3 | Complement C3 activation regulates the production of tRNA-derived fragments Gly-tRFs and promotes alcohol-induced liver injury and steatosis显示文摘Complement is known to play a role in alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD), but the underlying mechanisms are poorly understood, thereby constraining the development of a rational approach for therapeutic intervention in the complement system. C3 deficiency has been shown to impart protective effects against ethanol-induced hepatic steatosis and inflammation. Here we demonstrate a protection effect in wild-type mice by treatment with CR2-Crry, a specific inhibitor of C3 activation. The expression of glycine transfer (t) RNA-derived fragments (Gly-tRFs) is upregulated in ethanol-fed mice and inhibition of Gly-tRFs in vivo decreases chronic ethanol feeding-induced hepatosteatosis without affecting inflammation. The expression of Gly-tRF was downregulated in C3-deficient or CR2-Crry-treated mice, but not in C5-deficient mice;Gly-tRF expression was restored by the C3 activation products C3a or Asp (C3a-des-Arg) via the regulation of CYP2E1. Transcriptome profiling of hepatic tissues showed that Gly-tRF inhibitors upregulate the expression of sirtuin1 (Sirt1) and subsequently affect downstream lipogenesis and β-oxidation pathways. Mechanistically, Gly-tRF interacts with AGO3 to downregulate Sirt1 expression via sequence complementarity in the 3′ UTR. Notably, the expression levels of C3d, CYP2E1 and Gly-tRF are upregulated, whereas Sirt1 is decreased in AFLD patients compared to healthy controls. Collectively, our findings suggest that C3 activation products contribute to hepatosteatosis by regulating the expression of Gly-tRF. | 5 | The Effects of Rapid Temperature Changes on HK,PK and HSP70 of Litopenaeus vannamei in Different Seasons显示文摘Activities of hexokinase(HK),pyruvate kinase(PK) and levels of HSP70 were measured to evaluate the response of Litopenaeus vannamei to rapid temperature changes under controlled laboratory conditions.Shrimps were subjected to a quick temperature change from 27℃ to 17℃ for the summer case(Cold temperature treatment),or from 17℃ to 27℃ for the winter case(Warm temperature treatment).After 0.5,1,3,6,12,24,48,and 72 h of exposure time,shrimps were sampled and prepared for further analysis.The results showed that the effect of acute temperature changes on activities of HK was significant.Patterns of variations of the two glycolytic enzymes suggested that enzymes in the glycolysis cycle could adjust their activities to meet the acute temperature change.The HSP70 level increased in both cold and warm temperature treatments,suggesting that the rapid temperature changes activated the process of body's self-protection.But the difference in expression peak of HSP70 might be related to the different body size and the higher thermal sensitivity to temperature increase than to temperature decrease of L.vannamei. | GUO Biao WANG Fang DONG Shuanglin HOU Chunqiang | 2010 | Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,3: | 4 |

| 7 | Hydrogen production via chemical looping reforming of coke oven gas显示文摘Coke oven gas(COG)is one of the most important by-products in steel industry,and the conversion of COG to value-added products has attracted much attention from both economic and environmental views.In this work,we use the chemical looping reforming technology to produce pure H_(2) from COG.A series of La1-xSrxFeO_(3)(x?0,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6)perovskite oxides were prepared as oxygen carriers for this purpose.The reduction behaviors of La1-xSrxFeO_(3) perovskite by different reducing gases(H_(2),CO,CH4 and the mixed gases)are investigated to discuss the competition effect of different components in COG for reacting with the oxygen carriers.The results show that reduction temperatures of H_(2) and CO are much lower than that of CH4,and high temperatures(>800℃)are requested for selective oxidation of methane to syngas.The co-existence of CO and H_(2) shows weak effect on the equilibrium of methane conversion at high temperatures,but the oxidation of methane to syngas can inhibit the consumption of CO and H_(2).The doping of suitable amounts of Sr in LaFeO_(3) perovskite(e.g.,La0.5Sr0.5FeO_(3))significantly promotes the activity for selective oxidation of methane to syngas and inhibits the formation of carbon deposition,obtaining both high methane conversion in the COG oxidation step and high hydrogen yield in the water splitting step.The La0.5Sr0.5FeO_(3) shows the highest methane conversion(67.82%),hydrogen yield(3.34 mmol g^(-1))and hydrogen purity(99.85%).The hydrogen yield in water splitting step is treble as high as the hydrogen consumption in reduction step.These results reveal that chemical looping reforming of COG to produce pure H_(2) is feasible,and an O_(2)-assistant chemical looping reforming process can further improves the redox stability of oxygen carrier. | Kun Yang Zhenhua Gu Yanhui Long Shen Lin Chunqiang Lu Xing Zhu Hua Wang Kongzhai Li | 2021 | Green Energy & Environment2021,6,5: | 2 |
