2Recrystallization nucleation under close-setδphase in a nickel-based superalloy during annealing显示文摘Annealing is one of the most efficient heat treatment to refine the grain microstructure in metal alloys.Prior to the annealing,an aging treatment can be implemented to precipitate the second phases for more nucleation sites in deformed mixed grains during subsequent recrystallization.However,the underlying mechanism behind the second phases and recrystallization has not yet been fully understood.Taking a typical deformed nickel(Ni)-based(GH4169)superalloy as an exapmle,this research aims to clairfy the connections between the recrystallization and delta(δ)phase(Ni_(3)Nb) during annealing.All deformed samples were also treated by aging and then annealing.The results show that the microstructure and component ofδphase dominated the recrystallization nucleation in the Ni-based alloy.Moreover,there was the presence of theδphase interval limiting nucleation(PILN)andδphase protecting nucleation(PPN),when a high content of close-set phase was precipitated from the matrix.The PILN determined the primary condition for the recrystallization nucleation that happended at the interval ofδphase larger than the critical nucleation size.The peak nucleation occurred in the PPN,where the recrystallization nucleus were free of the penetration by the adjacent grains,before the nucleation incubation time was reached.Thus,a new feasible JNtheory was proposed to determine the maximum domain of recrystallization nucleation under close-set precipitated phases.All the possible nucleation sites were assumed under PPN in the JNtheory.As such,the original microstructure can be expected to design for the annealing via the aging process.A quantitative evaluation of recrystallization nucleation can also achieved in the Ni-based alloys during aging.Guanqiang Wang Mingsong Chen Yongcheng Lin Hongbin Li Yuqiang Jiang Yanyong Ma Chengxu Peng Jinliang Cai Quan Chen 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,20:1
3Analysis of the track system in bumpy unstructured hard road environment by vibration test显示文摘The complex terrain environment in the hilly land directly affects the operational reliability of agricultural robots.In order to study the impact of road irregularity on walking chassis vibration,the 3CYLZ-750 remote-controlled weeding machine which is applied to orchards was taken as the object of study,and the rear roller was selected as the object of observation to reveal the rules under which the vibration of the track chassis changes as there is a sudden change in road surface elevation.A column-type test-to-pass method based on unit excitation was proposed in this study.The excitation behavior and action process were analyzed by category.A critical acceleration prediction model was built and verified by virtual simulation and hard road surface excitation testing.The results showed that at the forward velocity of 0-2.5 km/h and exciter height of 20-100 mm,the vertical vibration acceleration of the target roller was significantly affected by Track Contact Point Centrifugal Acceleration(TCPCA).As TCPCA increased,the change rate of vertical vibration acceleration decreased,reaching a minimum of[−13.8,28.8];as TCPCA decreased,the vertical vibration acceleration tended to increase positively at a maximum variation range of[−13.3,42.2].The measured and simulated macroscopic change rules were consistent with the theoretical analysis,further verifying the correctness of variable extraction,and providing a research basis for the accurate modification and improvement of the model.The research conclusions can lay a theoretical foundation for analyzing the walking reliability of the track chassis,and provide a design basis and technical support for the development of a tracked agricultural robot chassis for the hilly land in the future.Mutong Li Junlue Li Lin He Jie He Lian Hu Chengxu Lyu 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,4:1
4A novel annealing method to uniformly refine deformed mixed grain microstructure of a solution-treated Ni-based superalloy显示文摘Increasing static recrystallization(SRX)nucleation rate and decreasing grain growth rate are the main ways to obtain uniform and fine grain microstructure by annealing treatment.However,it is contradictory to raise the SRX nucleation rate and reduce grain growth rate during isothermal annealing treatment.This is because the increase of the SRX nucleation rate needs to raise annealing temperature,while the decline of grain growth rate needs to reduce the annealing temperature.To solve the contradiction,a novel method named cooling recrystallization annealing treatment(CRT)is designed and verified.For the CRT,the relatively high annealing temperature in the primary stage can promote SRX nucleation,and the gradually decreased annealing temperature can reduce the growth rate of SRX grains.Besides,an aged treatment is first carried out to precipitate high content of theδphase before the CRT.Enoughδphases not only provide large numbers of sites for SRX nucleation but also limit the grain growth due to the pinning effect,especially in the primary high-temperature stage.The results show that the novel method can refine deformed mixed grain microstructure well when the suitable cooling rate,start and final recrystallization annealing temperatures are employed.The deformed mixed grain can be uniformly refined to an average size of 8.26μm with the route of 900℃×12 h+1020℃→970℃×20 min.WANG GuanQiang CHEN MingSong LIN YongCheng LI HongBin ZENG WeiDong MA YanYong CAI JinLiang PENG ChengXu ZOU FenYang 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,8:1
5Zooplankton community size-structure change and mesh size selection under the thermal stress caused by a power plant in a semi-enclosed bay显示文摘Zooplankton samples were collected using 505, 160 and 77 μm mesh nets around a power plant during four seasons in 2011. We measured total length of zooplankton and divided zooplankton into seven size classes in order to explore how zooplankton community size-structure might be altered by thermal discharge from power plant. The total length of zooplankton varied from 93.7 to 40 074.7 μm. The spatial distribution of mesozooplankton(200-2 000 μm) populations were rarely affected by thermal discharge, while macro-(2 000-10 000 μm)and megalo-zooplankton(>10 000 μm) had an obvious tendency to migrate away from the outfall of power plant.Thus, zooplankton community tended to become smaller and biodiversity reduced close to power plant.Moreover, we compared the zooplankton communities in three different mesh size nets. Species richness,abundance, evenness index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index of the 505 μm mesh size were significantly lower than those recorded from the 160 and 77 μm mesh size. Average zooplankton abundance was highest in the 77 μm mesh net((27 690.0±1 633.7) ind./m^3), followed by 160 μm mesh net((9 531.1±1 079.5) ind./m^3), and lowest in 505 μm mesh net((494.4±104.7) ind./m^3). The ANOSIM and SIMPER tests confirmed that these differences were mainly due to small zooplankton and early developmental stages of zooplankton. It is the first time to use the 77 μm mesh net to sample zooplankton in such an environment. The 77 μm mesh net had the overwhelming abundance of the copepod genus Oithona, as an order of magnitude greater than recorded for 160 μm mesh net and 100% loss through the 505 μm mesh net. 6Indium-doped perovskite-related cesium copper halide scintillator films for high-performance X-ray imaging显示文摘Scintillators are widely utilized in high-energy radiation detection in view of their high light yield and short fluorescence decay time.However,constrained by their current shortcomings,such as complex fabrication procedures,high temperature,and difficulty in the large scale,it is difficult to meet the increasing demand for costeffective,flexible,and environment-friendly X-ray detection using traditional scintillators.Perovskite-related cesium copper halide scintillators have recently received multitudinous research due to their tunable emission wavelength,high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),and excellent optical properties.Herein,we demonstrated a facile solution-synthesis route for indium-doped all-inorganic cesium copper iodide(Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5))powders and a high scintillation yield flexible film utilizing indium-doped Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)powders.The large area flexible films achieved a PLQY as high as 90.2%by appropriately adjusting the indium doping concentration,much higher than the undoped one(73.9%).Moreover,benefiting from low self-absorption and high PLQY,the Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5):In films exhibited ultralow detection limit of 56.2 n Gy/s,high spatial resolution up to 11.3 lp/mm,and marvelous relative light output with strong stability,facilitating that Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5):In films are excellent candidates for X-ray medical radiography.Our work provides an effective strategy for developing environment-friendly,low-cost,and efficient scintillator films,showing great potential in the application of highperformance X-ray imaging.RUI LIU ZHIYONG LIU CHENGXU LIN GUANGDA NIU XUNING ZHANG BO SUN TIELIN SHI GUANGLAN LIAO 2024Photonics Research2024,12,2:0
7Regulatory dynamics of the higher-plant PSI-LHCl supercomplex during state transitions显示文摘State transition is a fundamental light acclimation mechanism of photosynthetic organisms in response to the environmental light conditions.This process rebalances the excitation energy between photosystemI(PSl)and photosystem Il through regulated reversible binding of the light-harvesting complex Il(LHCll)to PSl.However,the structural reorganization of PSI-LHCI,the dynamic binding of LHCll,and the regulatory mechanisms underlying state transitions are less understood in higher plants.In this study,using cryoelectron microscopy we resolved the structures of PSI-LHCI in both state 1(PSI-LHCI-ST1)and state 2(PSILHCI-LHCll-ST2)from Arabidopsis thaliana.Combined genetic and functional analyses revealed novel contacts between Lhcb1 and PsaK that further enhanced the binding of the LHCll trimer to the PSI core with the known interactions between phosphorylated Lhcb2 and the PsaL/PsaH/PsaO subunits.Specifically,PsaO was absent in the PSI-LHCI-ST1 supercomplex but present in the PSI-LHCI-LHCIl-ST2 supercomplex,in which the PsaL/PsaK/PsaA subunits undergo several conformational changes to strengthen the binding of PsaO in ST2.Furthermore,the PSI-LHCI module adopts a more compact configuration with shorter Mg-to-Mg distances between the chlorophylls,which may enhance the energy transfer efficiency from the peripheral antenna to the PSl core in ST2.Collectively,our work provides novel structural and functional insights into the mechanisms of light acclimation during state transitions in higher plants.Jianghao Wu Shuaijiabin Chen Chao Wang Weijun Lin Chao Huang Chengxu Fan Dexian Han Dandan Lu Xiumei Xu SenFang Sui Lixin Zhang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,12:0
