| 1 | Marinamide, a novel alkaloid and its methyl ester produced by the application of mixed fermentation technique to two mangrove endophytic fungi from the South China Sea显示文摘A novel 1-isoquinolone analog desig- nated as marinamide (A) and its methyl ester (B), were produced by the application of mixed fermenta- tion technique to two mangrove endophytic fungi (strains Nos. 1924 and 3893) from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated by compre- hensive spectra methods (mainly by 2D NMR) as 4- (2-pyrrolyl)-1-isoquinolone-3-carboxylic acid (A) and methyl 4-(2-pyrrolyl)-1-isoquinolone-3-carboxylate (B), respectively. Compounds A and B were not obtained when either strain was cultured individually under the same conditions. | 2 | Soil heavy metal pollution from Pb/Zn smelting regions in China and the remediation potential of biomineralization显示文摘Smelting activities pose serious environmental problems due to the local and regional heavy metal pollution in soils they cause. It is therefore important to understand the pollution situation and its source in the contaminated soils. In this paper, data on heavy metal pollution in soils resulting from Pb/Zn smelting(published in the last 10 years) in China was summarized. The heavy metal pollution was analyzed from a macroscopic point of view. The results indicated that Pb, Zn, As and Cd were common contaminants that were present in soils with extremely high concentrations. Because of the extreme carcinogenicity, genotoxicity and neurotoxicity that heavy metals pose, remediation of the soils contaminated by smelting is urgently required. The primary anthropogenic activities contributing to soil pollution in smelting areas and the progressive development of accurate source identification were performed. Due to the advantages of biominerals, the potential of biomineralization for heavy metal contaminated soils was introduced. | 4 | 2 K superfluid helium cryogenic vertical test system for superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I显示文摘Purpose The accelerator-driven subcritical system(ADS)is the internationally recognized key technology of nuclear waste problem treatment,of which superconducting proton linac is an important part.With the support of the strategic science and technology pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences took the lead in the research of 325 MHz superconducting proton linac,which is called ADS Injector I.The superconducting accelerator part of ADS Injector I mainly consists of 14 spoke-type superconducting cavities withβ0.12.At the same time,the research work of various cavities with differentβvalues and different frequencies is also carried out to lay the technical and technological foundation for ADS main accelerator.The only way to determine whether the superconducting cavity can reach the design target and whether it can be installed into the cryostat is the vertical test at cryogenic.As the only way to test the microwave performance of the superconducting cavity at low temperature,the vertical test can accurately test the acceleration gradient Eacc and the corresponding quality factor Q0 of the superconducting cavity.The design and construction of the superconducting cavity vertical test facility is based on the practical needs of the pilot project and the long-term development of the superconducting accelerator.Methods This paper mainly introduces the design and construction of the cryogenic vertical test system for the superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I,including the system scheme design,process design,heat load analysis,2 K superfluid helium obtaining method,system commissioning and operation,etc.Results and Conclusion The static heat leakage at 2 K of the 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I is 1.624W,which has reached the international advanced level.The 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I after constructed not only meets the test requirements of ADS pilot project,but also conducts 4 K and 2 K vertical tests for other different types of superconducting cavities and relevant cryogenic experiments. | Rui Ge Liangrui Sun Miaofu Xu Rui Ye Xiangzhen Zhang Minjing Sang Ruixiong Han Zhuo Zhang Jiehao Zhang Lin Bian Mei Li Changcheng Ma Tongxian Zhao Yongcheng Jiang Zhengze Chang Shaopeng Li | 2020 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2020,4,2: | 2 |

| 7 | Recrystallization nucleation under close-setδphase in a nickel-based superalloy during annealing显示文摘Annealing is one of the most efficient heat treatment to refine the grain microstructure in metal alloys.Prior to the annealing,an aging treatment can be implemented to precipitate the second phases for more nucleation sites in deformed mixed grains during subsequent recrystallization.However,the underlying mechanism behind the second phases and recrystallization has not yet been fully understood.Taking a typical deformed nickel(Ni)-based(GH4169)superalloy as an exapmle,this research aims to clairfy the connections between the recrystallization and delta(δ)phase(Ni_(3)Nb) during annealing.All deformed samples were also treated by aging and then annealing.The results show that the microstructure and component ofδphase dominated the recrystallization nucleation in the Ni-based alloy.Moreover,there was the presence of theδphase interval limiting nucleation(PILN)andδphase protecting nucleation(PPN),when a high content of close-set phase was precipitated from the matrix.The PILN determined the primary condition for the recrystallization nucleation that happended at the interval ofδphase larger than the critical nucleation size.The peak nucleation occurred in the PPN,where the recrystallization nucleus were free of the penetration by the adjacent grains,before the nucleation incubation time was reached.Thus,a new feasible JNtheory was proposed to determine the maximum domain of recrystallization nucleation under close-set precipitated phases.All the possible nucleation sites were assumed under PPN in the JNtheory.As such,the original microstructure can be expected to design for the annealing via the aging process.A quantitative evaluation of recrystallization nucleation can also achieved in the Ni-based alloys during aging. | Guanqiang Wang Mingsong Chen Yongcheng Lin Hongbin Li Yuqiang Jiang Yanyong Ma Chengxu Peng Jinliang Cai Quan Chen | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,20: | 1 |
| 8 | The machine protection system for CSNS显示文摘Background The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)accelerator consists of an 80 MeV H-LINAC,a 1.6 GeV rapid cycling synchrotron(RCS)and two beam transport lines.The uncontrolled beam may permanently damage the components or lead to very high residual radiation dose along the beam line.So the equipment protection must be deliberately designed and implemented.Purpose The machine protection system(MPS)protects components from being damaged by the beam.The response time requirement for the CSNS MPS is less than 20 ms,so the PLC(programmable logic controller)was adopted to implement the interlock logic.Methods The MPS was implemented as a two-tier architecture system,and developed through utilizing PLC and Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS)software toolkits.The application logic was taken into careful consideration during the implementation stage.An embedded CPU module can function as an IOC accessing PLC I/O modules through the sequence CPU,with an embedded Linux operation system.Results The interlock logic and heartbeat functions were tested with all functions ok.Time consumption has been measured thoroughly since the important requirement,which is around 15 ms to stop the beam.Conclusions MPS was completed in Sep.2017 and then put into operation.It has been operating smoothly for more than 3 years.MPS has played an important role in every stage of CSNS’s commissioning and operation and achieved high reliability during the user’s experiment operation.The accelerator recently runs stably with low equipment failure. | Kang Mingtao Zhang Yuliang Jin Dapeng He Yongcheng Zhan Mingchuan Zhu Peng Wu Xuan Guo Fengqin Wang Lin | 2021 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,2: | 1 |

| 20 | A novel annealing method to uniformly refine deformed mixed grain microstructure of a solution-treated Ni-based superalloy显示文摘Increasing static recrystallization(SRX)nucleation rate and decreasing grain growth rate are the main ways to obtain uniform and fine grain microstructure by annealing treatment.However,it is contradictory to raise the SRX nucleation rate and reduce grain growth rate during isothermal annealing treatment.This is because the increase of the SRX nucleation rate needs to raise annealing temperature,while the decline of grain growth rate needs to reduce the annealing temperature.To solve the contradiction,a novel method named cooling recrystallization annealing treatment(CRT)is designed and verified.For the CRT,the relatively high annealing temperature in the primary stage can promote SRX nucleation,and the gradually decreased annealing temperature can reduce the growth rate of SRX grains.Besides,an aged treatment is first carried out to precipitate high content of theδphase before the CRT.Enoughδphases not only provide large numbers of sites for SRX nucleation but also limit the grain growth due to the pinning effect,especially in the primary high-temperature stage.The results show that the novel method can refine deformed mixed grain microstructure well when the suitable cooling rate,start and final recrystallization annealing temperatures are employed.The deformed mixed grain can be uniformly refined to an average size of 8.26μm with the route of 900℃×12 h+1020℃→970℃×20 min. | WANG GuanQiang CHEN MingSong LIN YongCheng LI HongBin ZENG WeiDong MA YanYong CAI JinLiang PENG ChengXu ZOU FenYang | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,8: | 1 |
