1Timing of Magma Mixing in the Gangdisê Magmatic Belt during the India-Asia Collision: Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb Dating显示文摘Abundant mafic microgranular enclaves (MMEs) extensively distribute in granitoids in the Gangdise giant magmatic belt, within which the Qüxü batholith is the most typical MME-bearing pluton. Systematic sampling for granodioritic host rock, mafic microgranular enclaves and gabbro nearby at two locations in the Qüxü batholith, and subsequent zircon SHRIMP II U-Pb dating have been conducted. Two sets of isotopic ages for granodioritic host rock, mafic microgranular enclaves and gabbro are 50.4±1.3 Ma, 51.2±1.1 Ma, 47.0±l Ma and 49.3±1.7 Ma, 48.9±1.1 Ma, 49.9±1.7 Ma, respectively. It thus rules out the possibilities of mafic microgranular enclaves being refractory residues after partial melting of magma source region, or being xenoliths of country rocks or later intrusions.Therefore, it is believed that the three types of rocks mentioned above likely formed in the same magmatic event, i.e., they formed by magma mixing in the Eocene (c. 50 Ma). Compositionally, granitoid host rocks incline towards acidic end member involved in magma mixing, gabbros are akin to basic end member and mafic microgranular enclaves are the incompletely mixed basic magma clots trapped in acidic magma. The isotopic dating also suggested that huge-scale magma mixing in the Gangdise belt took place 15-20 million years after the initiation of the India-Asia continental collision, genetically related to the underplating of subduction-collision-induced basic magma at the base of the continental crust. Underplating and magma mixing were likely the main process of mass-energy exchange between the mantle and the crust during the continental collision, and greatly contributed to the accretion of the continental crust, the evolution of the lithosphere and related mineralization beneath the portion of the Tibetan Plateau to the north of the collision zone.MOXuanxue DONGGuochen ZHAOZhidan GUOTieying WANGLiangliang CHENTao 2005Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2005,79,1:100
2Hybrid metal-insulator-metal structures on Si nanowires array for surface enhanced Raman scattering显示文摘Surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)is an efficient technique to detect low concentration molecules.In this work,periodical silicon nanowires(Si NWs)integrated with metal-insulator-metal(MIM)layers are employed as SERS substrates.Laser interference lithography(LIL)combined with reactive ion etching(RIE)is used to fabricate large-area periodic nanostructures,followed by decorating the MIM layers.Compared to MIM disks array on Si surface,the SERS enhancement factor(EF)of the MIM structures on the Si NWs array can be increased up to 5 times,which is attributed to the enhanced electric field at the boundary of the MIM disks.Furthermore,high density of nanoparticles and nanogaps serving as hot spots on sidewall surfaces also contribute to the enhanced SERS signals.Via changing the thickness of the insulator layer,the plasmonic resonance can be tuned,which provides a new localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)characteristic for SERS applications.Kaichen Xu Chentao Zhang Tzu Hsiao Lu Puqun Wang Rui Zhou Rong Ji Minghui Hong 2017光电工程2017,44,2:6
3Electron Diffraction Patterns of Plesiotwinning of Fe-Illite显示文摘A new selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern was found from Fe-illite. The lattice of the ED pattern can be described as a compound tessellation of {3,6}[79{3,6}], which is based on a large coincidence-site lattice (CSL) with oriented crystal associations rotated by a non-crystallographic angle 26°. 5Delay-weight plasticity-based supervised learning in optical spiking neural networks显示文摘We propose a modified supervised learning algorithm for optical spiking neural networks,which introduces synaptic time-delay plasticity on the basis of traditional weight training.Delay learning is combined with the remote supervised method that is incorporated with photonic spike-timing-dependent plasticity.A spike sequence learning task implemented via the proposed algorithm is found to have better performance than via the traditional weight-based method.Moreover,the proposed algorithm is also applied to two benchmark data sets for classification.In a simple network structure with only a few optical neurons,the classification accuracy based on the delay-weight learning algorithm is significantly improved compared with weight-based learning.The introduction of delay adjusting improves the learning efficiency and performance of the algorithm,which is helpful for photonic neuromorphic computing and is also important specifically for understanding information processing in the biological brain.Yanan Han Shuiying Xiang Zhenxing Ren Chentao Fu Aijun Wen Yue Hao 2021Photonics Research2021,9,4:4

9MEB-YOLO: An Efficient Vehicle Detection Method in Complex Traffic Road Scenes显示文摘Rapid and precise vehicle recognition and classification are essential for intelligent transportation systems,and road target detection is one of the most difficult tasks in the field of computer vision.The challenge in real-time road target detection is the ability to properly pinpoint relatively small vehicles in complicated environments.However,because road targets are prone to complicated backgrounds and sparse features,it is challenging to detect and identify vehicle kinds fast and reliably.We suggest a new vehicle detection model called MEB-YOLO,which combines Mosaic and MixUp data augmentation,Efficient Channel Attention(ECA)attention mechanism,Bidirectional Feature Pyramid Network(BiFPN)with You Only Look Once(YOLO)model,to overcome this problem.Four sections make up this model:Input,Backbone,Neck,and Prediction.First,to improve the detection dataset and strengthen the network,MixUp and Mosaic data improvement are used during the picture processing step.Second,an attention mechanism is introduced to the backbone network,which is Cross Stage Par-tial Darknet(CSPDarknet),to reduce the influence of irrelevant features in images.Third,to achieve more sophisticated feature fusion without increasing computing cost,the BiFPN structure is utilized to build the Neck network of the model.The final prediction results are then obtained using Decoupled Head.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms several already available detection methods and delivers good detection results on the University at Albany DEtection and TRACking(UA-DETRAC)public dataset.It also enables effective vehicle detection on real traffic monitoring data.As a result,this technique is efficient for detecting road targets.Yingkun Song Shunhe Hong Chentao Hu Pingan He Lingbing Tao Zhixin Tie Chengfu Ding 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,6:2
10Quantitative proteomics revealed extensive microenvironmental changes after stem cell transplantation in ischemic stroke显示文摘The local microenvironment is essential to stem cell-based therapy for ischemic stroke,and spatiotemporal changes of the microenvironment in the pathological process provide vital clues for understanding the therapeutic mechanisms.However,relevant studies on microenvironmental changes were mainly confined in the acute phase of stroke,and long-term changes remain unclear.This study aimed to investigate the microenvironmental changes in the subacute and chronic phases of ischemic stroke after stem cell transplantation.Herein,induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)and neural stem cells(NSCs)were transplanted into the ischemic brain established by middle cerebral artery occlusion surgery.Positron emission tomography imaging and neurological tests were applied to evaluate the metabolic and neurofunctional alterations of rats transplanted with stem cells.Quantitative proteomics was employed to investigate the protein expression profiles in iPSCs-transplanted brain in the subacute and chronic phases of stroke.Compared with NSCs-transplanted rats,significantly increased glucose metabolism and neurofunctional scores were observed in iPSCs-transplanted rats.Subsequent proteomic data of iPSCs-transplanted rats identified a total of 39 differentially expressed proteins in the subacute and chronic phases,which are involved in various ischemic stroke-related biological processes,including neuronal survival,axonal remodeling,antioxidative stress,and mitochondrial function restoration.Taken together,our study indicated that iPSCs have a positive therapeutic effect in ischemic stroke and emphasized the wide-ranging microenvironmental changes in the subacute and chronic phases.Yao Chen Fahuan Song Mengjiao Tu Shuang Wu Xiao He Hao Liu Caiyun Xu Kai Zhang Yuankai Zhu Rui Zhou Chentao Jin Ping Wang Hong Zhang Mei Tian 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,3:1

20A Fully Distributed Approach to Optimal Energy Scheduling of Users and Generators Considering a Novel Combined Neurodynamic Algorithm in Smart Grid显示文摘A fully distributed microgrid system model is presented in this paper.In the user side,two types of load and plug-in electric vehicles are considered to schedule energy for more benefits.The charging and discharging states of the electric vehicles are represented by the zero-one variables with more flexibility.To solve the nonconvex optimization problem of the users,a novel neurodynamic algorithm which combines the neural network algorithm with the differential evolution algorithm is designed and its convergence speed is faster.A distributed algorithm with a new approach to deal with the inequality constraints is used to solve the convex optimization problem of the generators which can protect their privacy.Simulation results and comparative experiments show that the model and algorithms are effective.Chentao Xu Xing He 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,7:1
