| 1 | Optimal power allocation for cognitive relay networks: amplify-and-forward versus selection relay显示文摘We consider a cognitive relay network which is defined by a source,a destination,and cognitive relay nodes and primary user nodes.In this network,a source is assisted by cognitive relay nodes which allow coexisting with primary user nodes by imposing severe constraints on the transmission power so that they operate below the noise floor of primary user nodes.In this paper,we mainly study the power allocation strategies of this system to minimize the outage probability subject to total and individual power constraints for cognitive relay nodes and subject to interference constraints for primary user nodes.A relay transmission scheme,namely amplify-and-forward (AF),is considered.We first present an optimal power allocation (OPA) scheme to minimize the system outage probability,based on instantaneous channel state information among the source,destination and relay nodes and mean channel gains between primary user nodes and cognitive relays.Next,we propose a selection AF scheme (S-AF) where the single best relay is chosen to assist in the transmission and study power allocation strategy for S-AF to minimize outage probability.The analytical power allocation strategies have been validated through numerical simulations.The results indicate that the AF with OPA and S-AF with OPA have significantly better outage behavior and average throughput than AF and S-AF schemes respectively.We also find that S-AF with OPA achieves a higher throughput,and hence lower outage probability than AF with OPA. | YUE WenJing ZHENG BaoYu MENG QingMin YUE WenJie CUI JingWu | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,4: | 3 |

| 3 | COOPERATIVE MIMO SPECTRUM SENSING BASED ON RANDOM MATRIX THEORY显示文摘Random Matrix Theory (RMT) is a valuable tool for describing the asymptotic behavior of multiple systems,especially for large matrices. In this paper,using asymptotic random matrix theory,a new cooperative Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) scheme for spectrum sensing is proposed,which shows how asymptotic free property of random matrices and the property of Wishart distribution can be used to assist spectrum sensing for Cognitive Radios (CRs). | 4 | Recent advances in the application of MXenes for neural tissue engineering and regeneration显示文摘Transition metal carbides and nitrides(MXenes)are crystal nanomaterials with a number of surface functional groups such as fluorine,hydroxyl,and oxygen,which can be used as carriers for proteins and drugs.MXenes have excellent biocompatibility,electrical conductivity,surface hydrophilicity,mechanical properties and easy surface modification.However,at present,the stability of most MXenes needs to be improved,and more synthesis methods need to be explored.MXenes are good substrates for nerve cell regeneration and nerve reconstruction,which have broad application prospects in the repair of nervous system injury.Regarding the application of MXenes in neuroscience,mainly at the cellular level,the long-term in vivo biosafety and effects also need to be further explored.This review focuses on the progress of using MXenes in nerve regeneration over the last few years;discussing preparation of MXenes and their biocompatibility with different cells as well as the regulation by MXenes of nerve cell regeneration in two-dimensional and three-dimensional environments in vitro.MXenes have great potential in regulating the proliferation,differentiation,and maturation of nerve cells and in promoting regeneration and recovery after nerve injury.In addition,this review also presents the main challenges during optimization processes,such as the preparation of stable MXenes and long-term in vivo biosafety,and further discusses future directions in neural tissue engineering. | Menghui Liao Qingyue Cui Yangnan Hu Jiayue Xing Danqi Wu Shasha Zheng Yu Zhao Yafeng Yu Jingwu Sun Renjie Chai | 2024 | Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,2: | 0 |
