| 4 | 外照射配合肝动脉栓塞治疗不能手术切除的原发性肝癌的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: This study evaluated the therapeutic effect of external beam radiotherapy (RT) combined with trans- catheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) on the patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: From June 1994 to April 2002, 114 patients with unresectable HCC were nonrandomized prospectively stepped into our study. All patients received TACE as initial therapy, except 54 also received combination therapy with external beam therapy. Sur- vival failure patterns were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: Overall survival rates in the patients in the radiotherapy group were 65%, 47%, 38% at 1, 2, 3 years, respectively, improved over the non-radiotherapy group rates of 54%, 36.5%, 18% at 1, 2, 3 years, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The survival rates correlated with tumor size, number of tumors, and portal vein embolus. | 5 | The role of radiotherapy in 74 patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans显示文摘Objective:To study treatment and prognostic factor in 74 patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.Meth-ods:From August 1990 to November 1999,74 patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP)confirmed by pathology were treated in Cancer Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.72 cases were given wide excision and 2 cases were given local exci-sion.All of 74 cases,52 cases had surgical resection alone,and 22 cases had surgical resection combined with radiotherapy.Total dose of radiotherapy was 50-70 Gy.Results:The rate of recurrence was 36.1% for all patients.The 5-year recurrence-free survival(RFS)rate was 66%.The 5-year recurrence-free survival rates for resection alone and combined with radiotherapy were 58% and 90%,respectively(P=0.0187).The 5-year recurrence-free survival rates for positive microscopic margins and negative microscopic margins were 57% and 75%,respectively(P=0.0468).Conclusion:Post-operation radiotherapy is an effective treatment to decrease the recurrence rate for the patients with positive microscope,or the patients without suitable surgical treatment. | Xiushen Wang Mengzhong Liu Hui Liu Nianji Cui | 2006 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2006，5，6： | 0 |
| 6 | 广东省放疗医师对乳腺癌改良根治术后放射治疗认识现状调查分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to comprehensively access current status of radiotherapy physicians' opinions in post-mastectomy radiotherapy(PMRT) for breast cancer in Guangdong province.Methods:From June 2007 to June 2008,questionnaires on the clinical value,sequencing with chemotherapy and endocrine therapy,indications and irradiated targets for PMRT were sent to physicians of all radiotherapy departments registering at Radiotherapy Professional Committee of Guangdong Anti-cancer Association.Results:There were 126 physicians joining this investigation.Proportions of physicians who accepted the views that PMRT could merely improve local control or can improve both local control and overall survival were 100% and 25.2%.The most common sequences of PMRT and chemotherapy or endocrine therapy were 'sandwich' and sequential modes,performed 46.9% and 59.5% respectively.The median interval of surgery and PMRT was 8 weeks.Proportions of physicians who accepted T3-4 diseases,or four or more axillary lymph nodes metastasis,or T1-2 with 1-3 positive lymph nodes,or T1-2N0 with primary tumor located in the center or inner quadrant as the indications of PMRT were 97.6%,100%,46.8%,13.5%,respectively.Proportions of physicians who accepted chest wall,supraclavicular region,internal mammary chain or axilla as irradiated targets were 86.5%,100%,49.2% and 38.9% respectively.Conclusion:For Radiotherapy physicians of Guangdong Province,there is still lacking of consensus in the opinions of whether PMRT can improve survival,and optimal sequencing with chemotherapy or endocrine therapy,and how to make decision for patients with T1-2 with 1-3 positive lymph nodes,and rational irradiated targets,which requires advanced professional training for physicians and further prospective clinical trial evidences to guide clinical practice. | Xiaobo Huang Ge Wen Nianji Cui Yujin Zhang Taixiang Lu Xunxing Guan Mengzhong Liu | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011，10，4： | 0 |
| 7 | Synthesis,characterization and properties of diamidodisilanes and azocyclosilane显示文摘Several diamidodisilanes and azocyclosilane were prepared from the resultants of Wurtz coupling reaction between dichlorosilane and sodium and characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. The two split peaks of the stretching vibration bonds of Si-H bonds in compounds 1 and 3 were firstly found at ~2163 cm-1 and ~2100 cm-1 respectively. The density functional theory was adopted to calculate the several stable geometrical isomerism structures of compounds 1 and 3. The results of the calculations show that the peak split of Si-H bonds stretching vibration absorption was caused by the different geometrical isomers of the compounds and the calculated IR spectra of compounds 1 and 3 are much closer to the experimental results. The processes of hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions of the synthetic compounds were studied by FT-IR. At the same time, the transition of Si-H bonds split peaks was observed in this procedure.
